Would like to have had a better access to TV viewing channels especially when it comes to sports. Such as golf snd baseball. Had to place a call to the owners to provide guidance on how to access channels offered only on UTube for baseball and other live sporting events.

THANK YOU for easy, quick communication in answering questions/concerns! Condo clean, quiet, comfortable, beautiful surroundings, accurate description. Did not buy/bring grocery as we planned just to stay overnight, appreciated the coffee grounds in the morning! I'm sure that isn't a stocked feature but whoever left it - thanks :) Ease of ramps to third story condo exceptional, so much better than stairs. Instructions for check-in/check-out were extremely easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family & friends!

This was our second stay at this charming condo. It is so close to all that the area offers yet far enough away to be so peaceful and relaxing. The condo was clean and spotless and has everything you could possibly need. Internet is great and the beds are amazing. Thank you for letting us stay again. We will be back!

You cannot park in front of the unit, instead there is a walkway and a ramp to the third floor. Individuals with mobility issues may have difficulty.

It was a great relaxing weekend at Fairway to Heaven. It was supposed to have a trip with our grandson who was going to play in an AAU basketball tournament at the Rockytop Sports Complex, but ended up not playing. So, it was just my wife and I for a relaxing weekend. Thanks.

The cabin is not good for cold weather. We felt guilty running heat so much, but it was always cold. The kitchen should have had more of everything, plates, utensils, pans, etc. It served it's purpose, but it could use some maintenance. As for Gatlinburg, as well as Pigeon Forge, you can keep it. It has gotten so busy, there's not enough eateries for the amount of people, one shouldn't have to wait 3hrs. for dinner. Luckily, 3 Jimmies was available.

We used this condo for the night before and after our wedding. It was so close and convenient to our venue!! It was very clean and the bed was SO comfortable. Our only issue was the sliding bathroom door in the master. It gets stuck very easily and I got stuck in there the morning of my wedding. Thank goodness for strong bridesmaids! Lol. Overall a wonderful stay :)

We are from Northeast Indiana & had not been down to this area as a family. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations & the proximity to different points of interest. The neighbor was very sweet & friendly. We will be booking another visit & this is our first choice of places to stay!

Great pillows and mattresses! Super comfortable to sleep. Very clean condo. Quiet (except you can hear the nearby road a little) private, and cozy. Has everything you need. The patio is spacious with comfortable furniture and nice view. Would definitely like to stay here again.

My Brother and I traveled to TN for 4 days before heading over to NC for a wedding. We loved this condo! Not in the heart of Gatlinburg busy section which was a blessing. It was so busy in downtown Gatlinburg. Nice to be away from all that! We enjoyed rafting, horse back riding , and hiking. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We loved it. Would definitely stay again.

So much better than a hotel. We would definitely do this again. This property was very clean and spacious. Furniture and bed were all comfy. It is located on a golf course and the view is lovely. The only issues we had were that the ice maker didn’t work and there was one slow shower drain. We would stay here again!

The property and location were sufficient for our needs. The property in general could use better outdoor lighting and signage. The property is an end condo & quiet as long as the neighbor’s dogs were obedient. The entrance door was sticky and extremely difficult to open and close. Needs to be repaired. The layout was comfortable. However cleanliness was lacking. The bedding was not clean and the bathrooms could have been much cleaner. Which is a shame since the overall condo was good.

Wonderful place to stay, very quiet and wonderful neighbors. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at the condo in late July/early August 2021. The directions to the condo were easy to follow. The condo is easily accessible by following a well-lit path to a ramp leading to the top floor. It’s a short walk from the parking area. Inside, the condo was well equipped and nicely furnished. The two bedrooms were nice sized. The master with the king bed and private bath was huge. There is another full bath in the hallway just outside the second bedroom. The beds are comfy. We were a party of 5 and had adequate room in the condo. The covered deck was huge and comfortable. Grab some moonshine or wine and enjoy the evening on the deck. The condo complex is quiet and peaceful. The property manager, Tammi, was kind and helpful. We would definitely rent the Fairway to Heaven on our next trip to Gatlinburg. Thaks, Karin &Tony!!

This was our families favorite stop on our 10 day trip. The home is very spacious, clean, and in a quiet location. The balcony is an especially nice bonus! Perfect location to visit Gatlinburg and the National Park and still get away from the tourist noise when you have had enough.
