This was a great place to stay with a group of friends. Everything from the booking process to checking out was great. The house itself was in a good location and was in good shape. It had beach chairs for us to use a long with a cooler. We will definitely choose this house again when we return to PCB.

We enjoyed our stay could have had a better cleaning prior to check-in but overall the house was nice! The beds are not comfortable at all but we still enjoyed our vacation! Beautiful ocean views easy access to beach, pier park, and restaurants! The bush out front could use a trim to help with leaving the driveway safely so you can see traffic.

We had to have maintenance come nearly every day and still had issues when we left. And I hope that no one gets seriously injured when, not if, someone’s foot goes through the back porch or cuts their foot on a rusted nail. I don’t want to list everything here, but it is a shame, this house could be somewhere that we rent every year since the location is PERFECT.

We loved the house. It was very welcoming and accommodating for our group of 12. Master bedroom was a nice layout. Water pressure was awesome. Kitchen is perfect for all of to gather. Pros: stand alone ice maker, floor to ceiling windows allows for fantastic views, couches very comfortable, private beach entrance always a plus. Cons: had to unstop sink in master bath, had to empty vacuum from previous guests, guests stated upstairs beds are very creaky and disrupted sleep, found the road noise to be a nuisance when in master bedroom. Suggestions: provide a squeegee to clean windows to optimize view and maybe better cookware. We very much enjoyed our stay which made it worth the steep rental cost.

We had a great time. The view was amazing and we even had a sea turtle lay her eggs in front of the house while we were there. The rooms were all a nice size and we enjoyed the open floor plan of the kitchen, den and eating area. The only negative I would say is there were several broken and cracked chairs on the deck.

The is a great house for a family. The house has been updated and is close to the ocean for easy beach day. The front decking and large kitchen and living area are great for large family gatherings. The only reason it was four stars instead of five is that there were some cleanliness issues upon check in. The house had been superficially straightened and cleaned. But was in need of a deep cleaning. For example: dirty oven and frigerator, shower and tub mold issues, and extreme dust under furniture. We would likely rent this unit again. Hopefully these issues would be resolved by then.

Great location. Within walking distance to Pier Park, steps from the beach, etc. Only negative is we had 20 people staying here and one of the refrigerators didn’t work. We called on the 2nd day there and let them know but it was never resolved. Someone did come out to check it but it was never fixed. Kinda disappointing.

Pretty seamless

The place needs a serious cleaning. The bottoms of our feet were black after just the first afternoon. And there is mold in all the showers. They actually left a moldy shower curtain laying in the bathtub of one of the bathrooms. They advertise 24/7 service but when we reached out to them twice about the WIFI being out, the response was "we can't help with that". Great location but not worth it!

Was a wonderfully maintained house. Needed a little maintenance and they were quick to respond and fix the issue. Would definitely rent again!

If you love staying at the beach with the beach an ocean as your backyard, this is the place for you. Perfect house for large family and get together for friends.

We had 15 stay for 4 days to celebrate 30th and 60th birthdays. The management was great. The property was as advertised and awesome! Everything was really great, particularly the weather. Thanks for arranging that too! Beach was footsteps away, shopping restaurants all in walking distance. We cannot wait to stay here again!

House layout, location and beach access were awesome. House needs some TLC. As noted in previous reviews; needs a grill, cooking utensils. Some cabinet doors were off the hinges and a hole in the bedroom door upstairs.

This is such a great house as far as location, the view, and living space goes but it needs attention! In desperate need of painting, a new dryer, door knobs on all doors and toilet seats in a couple bathrooms. ! The dryer does not work so we had to hang everything including bath towels up to dry. That’s not fun when you have 17 people in the house😞 All of these things are on their last leg. The beds are all very comfortable. This would be our favorite place ever if these things were replaced for sure. We had a great trip! Love love the location! None better for sure.

This house has the most beautiful view of the ocean and it sits directly on top of a beautiful beach. Traffic was terrible but that's to ne expected when you're so close to everything Panama City has to offer. It could stand to be repainted on the exterior but this house is perfect otherwise.

We absolutely loved this house .we loved the location and the neighbors were wonderful.Beach is so close and loved the homes floor plan . We have no complaints All was a blessing to us .

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We loved having our coffee in the deck as the sun came up, so peaceful. The only complaints would be that the grill was broken and there were 2 dogs next door that barked non stop all night. Would stay here again if those dogs could be kept inside overnight.

This property has an excellent location but is in need of updating for the kitchen items, furniture, grill, and outdoor seating. We stay at a lot of VRBO properties and have a pretty good idea of what to expect for the the price being paid. This price needs to be lowered or these changes need made to get the appropriate expected property for the pricing. Management company was very prompt on our needs while we were there. The main issue we had was the grill as it was completely rusted and literally falling apart. They stated they were in contact with the owners and the property manager on getting it replaced. It took over 2 days just to get a yes and by then we had already made other reservations instead of grilling. We do not know whether it has been replaced as it was not done prior to the end of our stay. All in all good location just needs some items addressed.

We loved most aspects of the house. The deck is great. On the days it was cool on the beach we were able to enjoy sitting on the deck looking out onto the beach. We loved being a 5 minute walk to multiple restaurants. The house was clean. However, it's greatest asset is also the area of concern. The house sits right on Beach Front Road and for someone who is a "lite sleeper" (like myself) the road noise in the front 4 bedrooms could be an issue. If you are lite sleeper you should take some earplugs and a sound machine. With that said, we would definitely rent this house again.

I booked this place for all of my family to stay at for my Mom's 60th Birthday. We had age ranges from 3-60 and everyone loved it! There were 14 of us and the house was the perfect size, with beds to spare. It was the perfect location and I just can't say enough positive things to express how great this place was for the family! If I HAD to say anything I would have changed, it would be that the housekeeper should leave extra toilet paper in the restrooms, extra kitchen garbage bags, and the toaster needs to be replaced because it's next to useless. But that's the worst I can come up with, so you can see how nit-picky I had to be to come up with those things. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Second, their is a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean as soon as you walk in the front door. Breathtaking!And last but not least the house is beautiful! Everything you could imagine needing and so very clean.My only negative is we needed some extra blankets for the cold natures people and loungers would be great to lay out on the deck. The Good: Location. You could not ask for a better location for a beach house. Everything is within walking distance or at most a 5 minute drive. The house itself is quite large. Separate living areas to accommodate a large family. Bedrooms are decent size as well. Perfect for grandparents that might have difficulty moving around at times. The Not So Good: The house needs work. A good bit of it actually. Outside, the spindles in all the railings are falling off. The porch needs replaced, or at the very least, some of the joists replaced. There are soft spots in them that just new deck boards will not fix. Place could use some paint as well. Inside, the furniture and cabinets are falling apart. Kitchen drawers are difficult to open and close. The ice make was broken the entire time. They did bring a couple bags of ice to compensate one time. The entire upstairs needs to be updated. The vanity drawers are falling apart. Neither shower would drain so we called maintenance on Monday. They took care of it Thursday when they installed the new dryer. The cabinet in the upstairs family room looks like it just needed to be thrown away. There’s a wet bar upstairs, but the refrigerator did not work. This was our third year staying in this particular house and was unfortunately our last. We will be looking for a new place next year. For the cost of this house, you can find much nicer houses with the same or better amenities. Location will not be the same, and that is something I will miss, but this house just isn’t worth the money. A house of this size on the beach requires annual maintenance. It doesn’t look like the owner has touched the house since our first time visiting.

The property was absolutely beautiful and the perfect size for my family. Unfortunately, the communication with the realty company was unacceptable. I could not get them to answer the phones and return phone calls. The one time that I did speak to someone, she was rude. I would definitely choose this location again if It were managed by someone else.
