The property is beautifully decorated with many thoughtful details, it’s clean, welcoming and cozy, and Beth was very helpful and easy to communicate, we had a wonderful time staying here, thank you Beth and hope we will come back soon and spend more time here at the resort!

Great location, easy access to all Tahoe sites

Very simple checkin process. Cozy condo and well furnished. My son noted that the pullout couch he slept on was the most comfortable he has ever experienced. The most important aspect we were looking for: very quick walk to the ski lift without breaking the bank. Very convenient and large ski storage locker on the ground floor. Easy parking garage access. The only improvement I could suggest is a digital door code to negate the necessity of mailing physical key cards. We made an error and didn’t properly review the checkout date or time. Beth was very professional, patient, and accommodating to help us get our luggage situated, so the maids could prepare the property for the next guests. Class act all around!

Very nice one bedroom condo. Top drawer amenities: nice, well equipped kitchen, large bathroom, cozy living room and comfy bed. But the star is the location. Steps from restaurants, gondola, ski rental- everything. Highly recommend.

For starters we skied all day then after a long day we tried to follow the Check in Instructions as they were slightly confusing, because we were already in the village and thought we could find the key location on foot. Not the case. So I called the property owner at 4:30 to try to get assistance by telling them my location, they tried to explain the best they could but it still didn’t help. So after the second call and them replying “it’s never been this difficult” (which I thought was rude to say to a guest) we got to lock box NO key. Waited until 6:30 for cleaner to bring the key to us at restaurant we were eating at. Check in was at 3:00. Got to the room the sheets in the closet for the sofa bed were wet, luckily there’s a dryer in the place. The parking placard had to be found by playing “where’s Waldo looking through all the drawers. The PO was apologetic but one would think for the inconvenience something would have been offered in good business, but nothing. Also in the notes in the property it says $40 dollars will be charged for every hour you stay passed 10 oclock check out time. We got in the property at 7:00 PM and we departed at 9:00 am on check out day. Do we get a credit? (Haha Doubt it). I would recommend shopping around before renting this property. Anyway good luck hope you have a better experience with this place than we did.

Never saw property after 3 days of record snow the roads were too treacherous to drive but prop mgr insisted we try or lose our nights rental charge, which we lost because we would not travel Hwy 50 during an avalanche watch and spend at least 5.5 hours traveling from Sacramento around the east side of Lake Tahoe to get to Northstar. All authorities advised travelers that unless it is an emergency, stay off the roads, it could be life threatening if you got stuck or had car problems. P.S much of Hwy 50 has no cellphone service.

Beth Hamm is a great owner who sets things up nicely. Comfy king bed in master. Ski lockers on first floor. Underground parking with elevator and luggage carts. Will stay there again.

We loved how close we were to the gondola. The ski lockers were great to have. So nice to not need to carry your skis long distances.

Warm. Cozy, comfortable and convenient! We enjoyed the amenities. Big Horn condos are so close to the ski lift - quiet condo- other than when they are grooming the slopes! We will return!!

Property is near the gondola, ski rentals and located on the outer perimeter of the village with a short 2 min walk to the center of the village/skating rink. The host Beth was very knowledgeable and accommodating! We plan to return…

What a fantastic location! Finding it was a breeze thanks to Beth. She was always available for any questions or needs. We were meant to stay in another unit but there were some internet changes being made by the company so Beth offered us another unit. Very clean, conveniently located, comfy bed, linens & pillows, plenty of room to unpack and put clothes away, coffee maker (plus pod compatible), and so much more. Blow dryer, shampoos & conditioner, washer/dryer, soaking tub, the fireplace was a little tricky but probably because it was the first use of the season. We wanted to get away and enjoy some beautiful scenery, we loved our stay. Definitely recommend!

Found it hard to find the entrance to the underground parking structure. Could use a map of the property and identification of parking entrance. Once found the rest of the vacation was great. Minor problem with the Kuerig coffee machine when it dripped out cold coffee and AC stopped working. After reset control temperature above the room temperature and back to lower temperature it started working again.

Very comfortable and well located unit, especially in winter. Ski in/ski out. We were there in summer but still great. Unit is in Northstar Village so can easily walk to everything in village. Also, a close drive to Truckee and north Lake Tahoe. Enjoy!

The condo is really nice, but is definitely better for adults because the furnishings aren’t meant to handle kid-like activities (jumping, spilling, etc). We’ll stay again for sure.

This was a great place to stay in Northstar village. It is Right next to the gondola and several restaurants. It was a beautiful place, well decorated, and very well furnished. We stay in a lot of various ski lodgings and this one was much better furnished than any other we have stayed in before. Very comfortable

Thank you to Beth for hosting our family at this awesome property. The condo's location is fantastic and made escaping back from the slopes for lunch easy and convenient. This was especially important because the food at the on-slope lodges has really declined in quality and value. The condo was updated, clean and had all the basic amenities needed. Both the king bed and the sleeper were comfortable. Loved being near the Bourbon Pub as the food and drinks there are great. Overall, great property and owners and I would hope to stay here again.
