The ocean view is unparalleled! We really loved staying here. The condo had plenty of room for our family. The private beach was right downstair and the community was gated and very quiet. We look forward to booking again next year. Even the management company was great!

Great place - amazing view and very close to the beach with easy access. We enjoyed our whole week there! One minor thing was a whooshing sound which could be heard at night in a couple of the bedrooms. Would stay again!

The condo is actually clean way better than most. It was late February but the beach is kind of different with it being private with not much people watching as it feels like a ghost town on the beach.

Such a perfect beach front property. You can access the beach straight from your balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was well appointed and the view and proximity to the beach spectacular. Our only issue with the condo itself was the guest queen room. There was a clicking/swooshing noise that clicked on and off throughout the night, so much so that my daughter & son-in-law had to sleep in the twin bunk room. Also, there was no beach chair umbrella service. I reached out to the office and it took two days/ three tries to get a response. I was told by the person who answered that Spyglass had stopped service mid-October without telling them, that she had been working on finding a replacement service and that someone would be out early the next morning to set up for us…and that we would receive a $100 credit (maybe that will happen today?) The next day just before 11am the property manager showed up with two folding chairs at our front door and no umbrella…and he never apologized or tried to make the situation right…he just blamed Spyglass and went on his way. All that said, it was a lovely place, just not well managed.

Had a very pleasant stay. This condo was perfect for our needs. View was fantastic.

We really enjoyed staying at this place. It was important to me to be able to park my car in the garage and store rental bikes and paddle boards. Access to the beach was easy. The view is amazing and there is plenty of space for extra guests.

We have stayed at this property several times for a winter beach weekend. Love the view, love being able to walk right out to the beach, and love the porch/deck - the furniture is comfortable, and the set-up blocks the wind. It's clear that the owner is committed to keeping it updated - we notice updates and changes every time we stay here. Will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed staying at the condo! The location of it on the beach along with the private beach and chairs was incredible. Will be staying here every time we come to Santa Rosa Beach! The property managers went above and beyond to help when we needed it (wasn’t much) and even worked with us at check in! Penny was a big help each time I called.

This was the perfect family beach trip!!! We had our grandchildren and we were all 100% happy with the whole week!!! Restaurants were close. And most important the beach was close!!! It was very clean and private. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils needed for cooking.

I loved everything about this place. It was immaculate, decorated very well. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked with any dishes/appliances you could need. The view is gorgeous and you can walk right out to the sand. The beach service is really nice too. This place spoiled me and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

The location was beautiful. My husband and I had to work so this house worked out perfectly as we could keep an eye on the kids from the balcony while working. We will be renting this place again in the future. We were a total of 6 people, we stayed there for a week and the only thing I would have liked is to get a heads up on what is available in the house and what is not. Example: There were no spices, oil, only 1 kitchen towel, no laundry detergent, only 2 pods for dishwasher, 1 small bar of soap and small quantities of shampoo and conditioners etc.

OMG the view of the ocean from this condo is phenomenal! We loved everything about this unit, its beautiful decor, stocked kitchen and the balcony that you can walk right out onto the beach. It looks exactly as showed on the site. The management company provided plenty of supplies for our stay. We would love to stay here again.

This was the perfect place to book for our vacation! It has a stunning view of the Gulf. We loved it here and definitely will come back.

This condo is everything it's advertised to be. Very clean and plenty of room. Great access to everything 30A has to offer. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. It's literally just a few steps from the balcony overlooking the ocean. Balcony has plenty of seating also. Will definitely stay there again.

Our stay could not have been enjoyable. The view of the ocean and beach were spectacular.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 30A Sugar Sands. The view was absolutely amazing. The beach access was so convenient for us and having the hose to rinse off everything before going up to the patio was awesome. And we LOVED having the private beach area for this property. This property is so close to some really great areas, restaurants, activities and beautiful beaches. Only negatives that we found were, 1) My 24 yr old son & his family stayed in the bunk room and complained about the mattresses being uncomfortable. 2) The parking arrangements only allows 1 small vehicle in garage and one numbered parking spot. They do not allow a vehicle to be parked in front of the garage door so we had no choice to put my Tahoe in the garage and it fit fine. But my daughters fiance came to stay with us and he was in his vehicle. There was no where for him to park because they do not allow a vehicle to park in front of the garage door which is crazy to me. 3) Several of the handrails on property were extremely loose causing concern having a 4 year old with us. Overall... Our stay turned out AWESOME and we absolutely loved 30A and we will be back!!

Our group of 2 families had a great stay at this condo. The access to the beach is unbeatable. Don't plan to bring a wagon on account of the stairs, but it's a quick and easy walk even with young children from the balcony to the beach. There were toys and an umbrella in the closet, which was a pleasant surprise. There were ample bathrooms and space for everyone. We would love to, and plan to, stay here again for future trips.

This is our second time staying in this unit. I really don't think you can get a better location along 30A. This condo is literally ON THE BEACH. The layout of each of the bedrooms suits our party of 8 perfectly! The home is clean and has very nice decor. I love the umbrella and chair service included in the reservation. (I hope they never get rid of that, it's definitely one of the reasons we choose this location). Thank you, Beach Luxury, once again for an amazing experience. We'll be back!

We loved the Sugar Sands property! It was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was perfectly positioned on the beach and it was very comfortable. Our check in process worked very well & condo was what we expected. Everything in condo worked well. Beach Service made our trip even more comfortable...Elion with Spy Glass Beach Service was excellent with set up and was very precise in positioning chairs & umbrellas! Beautiful to wake up to! I also worked with Penny who was very helpful and kind. All in all our vacation at Sugar Sands was just about perfect!!! Thanks to Management & Staff.

We loved our stay at Sugar Sands. Penny was extremely helpful. Place was very comfortable. The decor & cleanliness as well as the deck & nearness to the beach is incredible! Amazing Beach Service...especially Elion & his precision amd attention to detail! Toys that are available made our stay even better. Experience was great! We intend to come back.

We booked another property at Beach Villas for additional family thru AirB&B. It too was very nice. They also intend to come back.

We love the property location..... we ALL sit on the deck with it's glorious view of the ocean. We cook in most nights because very few restaurants have a view that can compare! The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking for 8! Our only issue was the queen mattress in the bunk room needs replaced! Our 16 year old Granddaughter ended up sleeping on the living room sofa because the mattress sunk in the middle!! We all had a wonderful time and plan to come back next year....if the mattress is replaced!

We absolutely loved staying here. The location is perfect and the condo was clean. They do have strict HOA rules so make sure to read all the instructions carefully. We are already looking forward to staying next summer!

Prompt response to questions presented. No issues with the rental. I wish the check-in time was earlier than 6:00 p.m. so that we could enjoyed more of our first day at the rental.
