We had a great experience at this cabin. The Hosts were exceptional, and we could reach them with any needs or concerns. I would recommend this cabin to anyone. It was spacious and beautiful.

We were a family of 14 multi generation. We had a great time. The home was just as described we all fit comfortable. The worse part was coming up the mountain to reach the home. It was spacious and beautiful views. The homeowner werengreat and very on top of things. Would recommend it to anyone who wanted to stay there.

Our family of 9 met up to stay in this wonderful cabin over the Christmas holiday. Our hosts were very responsive to the any questions or suggestions that we had regarding Gatlinburg. Everything was just as described in the listing. Cabin was clean and well equipped with everything that we needed. The views were AMAZING! Our teenagers and adults loved the game room with many great competitions. I would absolutely recommend this rental. Thank you for sharing your cabin!

This trip was totally amazing! If you subtract the heart attacks we all had going up the mountain (lol), everything was perfect. We weren't even 1/2 way home, and the family was ready to go back.

We have brought our family to Cobbly Nob for Thanksgiving for close to 30 years. This year four generations were represented with my husband and I, our children some with spouses, our grandchildren some with spouses and our very first great grandchild! We were the first to stay at this location when it was built and to be back here all these years later made the visit truly fun!

This place was in a great location to all that has to offer in the area and view and secluded lo ations was amazing. Plenty of of room for all of us. Would definitely rent this plave again.

We stayed with 30 people of all ages for a family reunion. Overall, we had a great stay with beautiful views! We enjoyed the hot tub, the grill areas, the porches and the kids loved the game room and theatre! The pictures can be a little deceiving as the main area can not accommodate all 30 people to eat dinner and breakfast comfortably. We had to split into 3 groups around the house to watch the World Series games. There were several staples on the stairwells that kids and adults stepped on. The floors turned all feet and socks black. The tv’s Roku boxes were dangling from the walls and had to be troubleshooted (some to no avail). The downstairs apt smelled like mildew and the main bed was broken. Karolina did stop by to address some issues we had and we were very thankful for that! However, we enjoyed our stay, saw bears right outside, and can’t wait to come again! Thank you Carlos and Karolina!!!!!!

The cabin was great for our family of 15 to gather and retreat together. We did not use the lower level apartment bedrooms because there was a musty basement smell and several of our family have asthma but there was plenty of room in the 7 bedrooms in the main cabin area for us. the view was amazing and we enjoyed the decks very much. Communication with the hosts was immediate and they were very accommodating. Would recommend this cabin and would stay here again.

This cabin was great for our wedding weekend. We were able to have all of our friends and family with us in one location.

Recently stayed and we had a fantastic time! House is clean and well equipped to host multiple families. Outdoor top deck has beautiful view of smokies. Close to so much. We rented ATV’s, visited Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Went on scenic hikes and visited swimming hole where we jumped off huge rocks. Literally only drawback is current construction on a house one down on street. Construction workers start early on weekdays and are loud. Only an issue when outside. Still highly recommend.

Lovely Cabin, could have been cleaner on lower floors. Enjoyed the view, plenty of room for my children and my grandchildren. Carpet on the stairs has sharp tacks exposed and caught on socks , shoes and bare feet. Enjoyed the space and kitchen , overall very nice experience.

My family, friends and I just finished a 7 day vacation in this beautiful 9 bedroom cabin. Everything was fantastic and as displayed on VRBO. We are all very happy with our stay. Please pay attention to the guidelines involving the bears because you will see them often. Very close to Gatlinburg and about 30 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Thanks to our hosts for great communication throughout the reservation process and our week in their home.

Great location. Easy to get to the trolley or downtown Gatlinburg. Karolina was incredibly responsive to our questions or needs.

This cabin has a beautiful view. Totally worth the extra money, this cabin is a decent amount away from other neighbors and you feel it! Great change of pace from the city. This cabin also has an entire bonus suite on the bottom floor!

This was a great stay!!

We had a lovely time. 15 people from age 2 to 69. Each person had a bed and the separate family and game room areas made a pleasant space for individuals to be together or separate as needed. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment. Hot tub was enjoyed by all. The view was spectacular and very relaxing. Owners responded quickly when we had questions, and when we needed a new Keurig coffee maker.

Our group had a great time! The owners communicated very well with us. Location is not too far from downtown Gatlinburg and the cabin comes equip with everything you need.

Renting process was easy! Communication with the owner was great. Our family had a great time being together. Some issues with the cabin (which I have informed the owner) The water pressure was terrible. We had a total of 20 people staying at cabin. If more than one person took a shower at the same time, the water would barely come out. The WiFi got worse throughout our stay. The Tv in the living room speakers crackled. We had to turn the volume down to help with the crackling. We never got the TV in the game room to work. One arcade machine did not work and another machine controller (one side) would not work up and down. The theater room was amazing though and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. I would suggest the owners add a refrigerator in the game room. Most of the family hung out in the game room. It would have been nice to store drinks and snacks so you are not having to go up and down the stairs so much. On the second floor, the pictures on VRBO shows two king beds and one queen. However, there was only one king bed. The other two were queens. Also it would have been nice to have inside access to the basement apartment instead of having to walk outside. But that is just a preference and would not have stopped us from staying. I am not sure we will stay at this cabin again but I did enjoy spending a week with my family in one location

We had a wonderful time and will cherish the memories. We have 2 with handicaps so they were limited to 1st floor only. Didn’t know that from listing.

The cabin is clean and everything we had hoped for. Very spacious we had plenty of room for our big group. Was so impressed with how stocked the kitchen was. You really don’t need to bring anything but the food. Would highly recommend this cabin, we will be back!!

Our family had a wonderful time. The property was fabulous.

We had the best time at the cabin. Having the family and friends together under one roof, for my daughters wedding was amazing. The memories we made throughout the weekend, including getting ready for the wedding, will never be forgotten. The cabin was big enough to have places for everyone to gather but not too big that we felt separated. Bonus that we got to see bears and the views were amazing. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with everything that you can imagine and every drawer is labeled for ease. Plenty of linen, blankets, etc. Parking suitable for lots of guests. The only negative is the water pressure in the kitchen sink was low, making it hard to wash dishes (BUT there is a large dishwasher). Suggestion- add a small beverage frig in the game room area. And our funniest moment was my husband tried to figure out the bidet ... only to shoot himself in the eyes with toilet water.

The property was great!

The views of Mt Leconte are awesome and everyone felt very comfortable. Do heed the bear warnings - had a momma bear and three cubs visit on the first morning of the visit and they were very entertaining from inside the cabin.
