This is an amazing property! It has plenty of room to spread out, it's close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Its in a quiet neighborhood. We loved and utilized the huge front porch and swimming pool a lot. The rental was well equipped and very clean. It had everything we needed. I HIGHLY recommended this property on Tybee!

This was the cleanest pool of any house we have ever stayed in Georgia, Florida or Alabama. Doc has everything you need, even a cheese grater--hey sometimes it's the little things that make you feel like you are at home. The property is very well maintained and loved.

Perfect vacation home for our family. The ease of check in and location to the beach and restaurants was just what we were looking for. Our family loved the house, multiple outside seating areas and especially the heated private pool. This house is decorated with the right amount of beachy comfort. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was the best house ever. It was so cute and I loved the style. It was very comfy. The location was awesome and having the pool was a total bonus. As soon as I get the school calendar for next year, we plan to rent it again.

Pool NEVER heated, despite stressing this was a key rental point and asking for confirmation that it was “in proper working heating order” before arrival ... and even after 2 visits from pool guy during our stay. Doc Holiday is a sweet property and great location, but it needs all new mattresses, cookware, the grill was so nasty we never used it, HDMI cable to dvd also inoperative and the dishwasher did not dry. Wish I could post photos of the completely clogged outside dryer vent cover (which my husband cleaned) and the moldy bathroom HVAC vent. Ruined the long awaited fall break of two military families. Don’t bother purchasing expensive trip insurance as we did; Hurricane Ian was headed to the Georgia coast so we left 3 days early. Everything on the island was either already shut down or shutting down. Since mandatory evacuation was not declared, they will not refund our money ... nor did we get any reimbursement or even an apology for all the hassles and kid’s pool disappointment. These annual Tybee renters will no longer be using this rental company.

We had a great stay this past week at the cottage. We took our 3 year old and the location was PERFECT! The house is right next to a great park and a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. You can also walk to the ice cream shop. The pool is awesome, it’s a great size. There is so many options for hanging out outside and we loved that too!

We enjoyed our stay at Doc Holiday and especially the pool! It was a hot week and it was the perfect temperature for a cool swim in the morning and refreshing after a day at the beach. Our only complaint was on two occasions maintenance personnel showed up and we were not notified. Our privacy felt a little compromised. With that said we would definitely book this place again!

We love tybee! This house has the perfect location- quiet street, close to the playground, walking distance from the beach. My disabled mother was able to more easily access the beach this year and we LOvED the pool! The a/c unit isnt as effective in the back room the the only issue. Loves everything about this house, esp the old captains door in the bathroom! Thank you for allowing my family to stay and create amazing memories! Katya

We loved our stay. Our was close to the beach and had great amenities. Would suggest ceiling fans and a better for to the back bedroom. But that's it. It was awesome. Thanks so much.

The pool was small, but a big hit with our family (especially the kids)! The house has lots of different spaces where people can do their own thing. Highly recommend getting a golf cart, as we did -- you can get to the grocery, beach, restaurants, stores, and sites easily and safely. Biggest hassle was to and from the airport -- don't trust Uber on this -- use a local shuttle surface. The Doc Holiday cottage was perfect for our family!

It was so clean and tidy. The kitchen is well appointed. The linens we nice and soft and the towels were plentiful. We traveled with young children and they loved the bunk bed room with the individual reading lights. The other two bedrooms were both great- it is nice they each have their own bathroom. The screened porch is excellent to relax on. The cottage is right next to a park, on a bike route and very close to the beach.The management company was accommodating with our requests and quick and friendly in all communications. We were very pleased with everything and will consider returning again if we come back to Tybee.

This year due to COVID we opted for something smaller. We were so happy with our choice. Doc Holiday is the perfect Tybee cottage. The screened porch was the highlight. Sitting and watching people enjoy Memorial Park and ride by on bicycles was so relaxing. The location to the beach was wonderful. The Cottage feels very spacious and the outdoor space offers lots of room to spread out. I will definitely be staying at Doc Holiday Cottage again and again.

It had everything we needed to prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and location to the beach was great. Nice quiet area and we even had a black cat that visited us at least twice a day that was very friendly. Front porch was nice to sit out on and had plenty of seating for everyone as well as the small outside patio area.
