The house was beautifully decorated and more spacious than the pictures seemed. Rooftop rather small and located off a busy road but otherwise we really enjoyed the space, There were some hiccups but nothing crazy. We arrived to the house and the door was not working to get into the property. It was very hot but once we got ahold of the property it was fixed. We did need to use the garage and back entrance as the front was broken but not a big deal.only other issue was the refrigerator was not working it was set to 66 degrees and would not cool. We had purchased $250 in groceries that went bad but the property kindly offered to refund us (awaiting refund). They came the next day to fix it. Overall we enjoyed the beautiful home and responsive team at playlist properties! Cheaper Ubers to broadway. They allows us a late check out which was so nice!!!! Would stay again :)

The space was beautiful inside and very clean. Good location and a coffee shop close by. Only thing to be aware of is that the garage didn’t fit our suburban so drive a smaller car if you want to use the attached garage. We had to park across the street. Otherwise everything else was great.

Parking 2 cars in the garage is extremely difficult because of the angle to get in/out as well as the size. Recommend compact cars only. But there is parking across the street in the strip mall. We also had issues with parking due to other tenants parking their cars in areas they are not supposed to which blocked our garage. We contacted the management company via the after hours email address to try and resolve the issue but never heard back from them so we had to park across the street for 2days.

cleanliness good except we saw cockroaches on the rooftop (along with bats) and in the upstairs back bedroom. not adequate garage space for a large vehicle. decor and furniture very nice. security light on front outside was too bright for downstairs bedroom. it would be nice to have window covering on the top window in the front upstairs bedroom. very bright with street lighting. suggest earplugs due to busy street condo is on.

There are a lot of stairs but we knew that coming into it. The location is not really near any of the popular restaurants but downtown is just a short 10 min drive. The rooftop area was a great spot to hangout! I would definitely recommend.

We thought the house was perfect for our stay! Might I suggest having a box on the patio to store pillows and blankets as we did have rain in the middle of our stay. Also, there are NO baking dishes or crock pot. These are items that we missed on our stay. Paper towels were very poor quality and made the use of them ineffective. We also did not have any cleaning spray for tables and counter tops. Dusting the top of the living room lamp would also be a benefit.

Great space, someone mentioned lots of stairs and omg there are! Comfy beds and pillows. Draw back was the hvac units in the walls. No instructions and we couldn’t get them all to work. There are notes about dark wash cloths for makeup but only found 2. For 6 women it was not convenient. Location was great too

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked our trip in 2019, due to Covid, it was rescheduled and the Christmas bombing we had to switch to this condo. We had 5 women stay. The condo itself was lovely yet had a few issues. We were totally unaware of all the stairs, there is a ton! Seniors beware. One of the poofs on the floor was very stained, throw it out. All in all pretty clean, but all baseboards could be wiped down. Kitchen is somewhat equipped, we only made breakfast once and made coffee (coffee filters for the pot would have been nice). Our original condo was walking distance to downtown. This condo required 2 Lyfts each day, include that in your expenses. Having 3.5 bathrooms was a nice feature, beds were comfy. The management company was very easy to work with. All in all, I would use Playlist again.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the place and best part of it was the rooftop deck.

This location is a great place to stay in Nashville! Close to everything! The area around the property was great. There was a gas station, grocery store, and restaurants just a short walk away. Also was close to downtown. The place was beautiful!

Especially with full en suite bathrooms. The property is well kept with plenty of space. And decorated beautifully! The location is great! Conveniently near restaurants, and a huge grocery store. Only about a 10 minute ride to downtown Nashville, maybe 20 minutes from the airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already begun looking into returning back to stay at Artistry, Music City! The Management Company Staff handled our reservation so professionally. We never had any issues. I would highly recommend Playlist Properties if you're headed to Nashville.
