Very nice place, very kind and attentive host

We looked for a accommodation to feel the local touch and found it. The place is simple, but extremely spacious and clean. The terrace is very pleasant for sitting in the evening . Although the road is close , the noise did not bother us too much. The kitchen is well equipped. The wi-fi very good. The neighborhood is cheerful, full of locals but very safe. We rented a car ( from the host) and visited the areas around - a lot of places to see and wonderful beaches. There are some small shops nearby, for basic food, drinks, etc.

When we first arrived at the property I did raise my eyebrows as we had to walk through the families dining room/kitchen! I don't know why this raised my eyebrows but I think it was because I just wasn't expecting it. We basically had upstairs of the property and it was wonderful. The best thing it the balcony and the sunset! Amazing! Right on the beach and great snorkeling just a stone throw down the road. Also the family were just lovely. We sat at the table and had a few drinks with them. We can't recommend this place enough. We just wish we were staying longer!

Gorgeous ocean view. Well furnished with Everything you need. Really spacious, perfect for a big family. Hosts are great and made us a complementary Creole fish curry I wish I could eat everyday. A true Mauritian experience. No regrets on not choosing the hotel down the road. This place will bring us back to the beautifull Island.

Spacious and clean. The View of the Ocean from the balcony was beautiful, Francois and his family couldn’t have made us more at home. Close to the La Morne kite surfing beaches and La Gaulette facilities. Great breakfasts!! The apartment will comfortably accommodate 6/7 adults and a baby!!

It was the relaxed start of our MauritianVacation we were looking for. A perfect place to do some outdoor activities (le Morne Brabant, Black River PeakTrail etc.), relaxing at the beaches of Le Morne and let the creolian lokal life happening around us. E.i. the Fisherman repariered their nets every day to deliver fresh fish for the streetfoodseeler over the road. François and Michelle, the hosts, asked frequently for our wellbeing and to assist. Next time, when we go for windsurfing to the Mauritian South, we are sure to stay there again.
