Location is quite convenient if you are using public transport.

Misleading listing. Not suitable for kids under 4 years old. Only one room (not two) and a living room/kitchen. There is a very steep staircase inside the flat with no protection against fall at the top of it (no photo or information about it when we booked, otherwise we would never have chosen it as we traveled with a toddler). No storage place, all cabinets were packed with household stuff. No room to place groceries, washed dishes etc. The futons were not made and there was no instructions to prepare them. The living room has no curtains on the top windows and the sunlight comes at full power around 5 a.m. Impossible to sleep there.

住宿所在位置優，應該是住宅區環境寧靜，又位於晴空塔及主要車站附近，走路可及，逛街購物、大型超商都有，十分方便。

房間隔音不太好，有一天遇到樓上房客跑跳聲音很大聲，有點困擾。

一家4口空間充足，設施完備、位置也很好、採購、搭車都很便利。

It was perfect for our family as we were able to cook and do laundry. Loved the layout of the place too.

You could hear upstairs walking around at night. Out of our control but did keep us up some nights.

The property was super spacious and basically had everything you could want in a home!

Although it felt like a home it was missing a couple things like a clothing iron and the walk to station is about 10 mins which is not bad but during Japan summer is quite exhausting- so be prepared.

Two toilets. Bath room is comfortable. Near Tokyo Skytree and you can take great photos on the nearby bridge.

1, No towels change. We stayed 6 nights and no towels change is below any standard. 2, only one pillow per person. I expected at least two pillows per person as most North American stays do. Quilts are not too comfortable. 3, No garbage collection or room cleaning during the stay. 4, No chop sticks or food wrap as the utensils are not enough. 5, Noise level. As kids running upstairs, it was quite noisy.

located nearby bus stops and subway stations. very neat and comfortable place. will stay here again next time I visit Tokyo :)
