Hosts are very friendly and accomodating..
They offer a room + bathroom in their house.
Rule is: "arrive as guest, leave as friends ;)
If there are no other guests, you can choose between firm or soft bed. Breakfast included and very good coffee.
At first we tought we would have privacy issues but they make you fell comfortable and welcome. Ended up having really nice chats on many occasions.
Not in a central location (as stated). Familiar neighborhood. Very clean. We did not use the bath as stayed out for most of the time but it looked great.
Price is right for what is offered. Best if you have a car to move around.
Wifi worked well. Parking provided.

Everything was beyond our expectations. Excellent B and B, the hosts were so warm, very welcoming and friendly. Our room was really comfortable, the bed was very comfortable with lovely bed linen and good towels. Attention to detail was impressive, a seamless combination of a highly personal service with a professional approach. Next level B and B. We enjoyed every moment of our 3 night stay. Absolute top marks all around.

Peter is an excellent host. Very easy to get along with, it was like I’d known him for years. He made sure I was comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for him to make my stay a very good experience.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Wow, what an amazing Bed and Breakfast in Tauranga. Jenny and Peter are amazing hosts and the coffee and their hospitality were amazing, not to talk about the breakfast, that was just next level. They were caring and we will definitely go back.

I loved everything about this BnB, spotlessly clean house and a super-comfy bed. Hosts are a lovely, friendly couple with a gorgeous wee poodle, absolutely no hint of dog smell whatsoever. The shower was lovely but I didn't have time for a soak in the spa bath, hopefully next time! The house is very quiet and peaceful, the roller blind and curtains made the room lovely and dark, perfect for a sleep in!
A lovely breakfast was provided and I truly appreciated your hospitality.
I can't fault this property at all and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We liked the hosts and we the choice between firm or soft bed and a choice of 2 views.
I liked everything but could suggest a plain chair in the room for people with back pain who can not sit on a bed and watch television.

We received a very warm welcome, our bags were carried up the stairs for us, and we were immediately offered a cup of tea or coffee.
Very friendly, warm and interesting hosts. We could have stayed longer.....

Welcoming and friendly hosts, beautifully clean facilities, amazing views of the Mt. quiet surroundings that made for a very restful stay. The B & B is well set up with all the extras. We were very happy with our selection of accommodation

Made us comfortable to ask anything we need. One of the best B&B I have stayed.
Security, Privacy, comfortability, cleanliness, quite, parking provided, Pricing/easily affordable on top of that Peter's coffee in the breakfast was incredible.
Finally the view from all around the property was magnificient. Favourite spot was lounge and will be the deck on a good weather.

Wholesome breakfast taken overlooking the bay (breathtaking view of Welcome Bay).
Wonderful family atmosphere.
Had dinner then watched rugby in the living room with host and family. Wine and beers. Hostess served some dessert too.
We enjoyed the location; definitely up in the stars, away from the hustle and bustle of city, yet just 10 minutes drive into Tauranga city.
Wished we had an ensuite. Private bathroom meant sharing with the next room occupant/s if the room was booked. Good to book as a family so you take up all rooms and have a family bathroom. However, we were the only guests so we enjoyed use of the bathroom on our own.
