The home was spotless when we arrived and was equipped with the essentials to get us started for our two week stay. The manager was responsive and very pleasant. The pool is a short walk away and very well maintained. Felt very at home.

Beautiful house, perfect location! The home had everything you could ever want and more! We can't wait to come back next year and stay at this house again.

We stayed at this property for a month and this is the first time we can say we were as comfortable on vacation as we would be at home. This house has everything you need and more! Only downside is no private beach access, but public beach access is close by.

Our Spring Break trip was cancelled and we were able to reschedule the week prior to July 4th. The property was in excellent condition. We cooked all week, the kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The house is close to the beach. We had a great week!

Went down with family members for our mom's 95th birthday celebration. Had never stayed on the bay side of Siesta Key, but it was nice and quiet location. The house had every amenity we could think of, whether for the kitchen, patio, the beach ir the fishing dock. We were also able to get the local management to secure a high chair and a pack 'n play for one of the grandkids. The place was very clean, nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels for beach and showers. Would stay here again, so thanks to the owners and verb.

Our party consisted of four adults and an eight year old granddaughter. We found this home to be one of our best rentals. The following were some of the highlights that we especially appreciated: * A notebook that gave pertinent information about the home and area * A well-appointed kitchen * Large and modern televisions in each room * Comfortable beds and linens * Close proximity to Sarasota for off-island exploring * A large well- kept community pool, and a beautiful community dock on the Bay * Plenty of close restaurants * Trolley transportation * Attractive outside furniture and area for grilling, making a fire, and/or dining * A sun room that afforded separate reading/sitting area * Beach toys and carts The few negatives: * We had two cars and the parking was tight and slightly on an incline with greenery on each side making it a little difficult to get out. * The beach access was a little further than expected for two of us who are in our late 70's with limited parking at our access point. All in all, however, it was a lovely home and vacation memory that we would all be happy to repeat. Thanks for allowing us to share your home.

We had such a wonderful time staying in this home. Clean, Modern, LARGE for our family, great amenities, and just elegant decor and furniture. Comfortable beds made for a great stay and the shower had best tile I've ever seen! Beautiful home and we look forward to staying there again in the future! Thank you!
