Girl's trip to see Morgan Wallen concert and explore the city. House was perfect for our group of six. Lots of room and very comfortable, clean home with extras. Kitchen is well stocked and toiletries provided in all bathrooms. All bedrooms are very comfortable and offer lots of storage plus charging stations on the night tables. The roof top is amazing, although we had some rain so were unable to utilize it as much as we hoped. The upper lounge area off the roof top is another fabulous spot to chill after a long day of wandering the city. The house is a short Uber ride to Broadway (10 min) and walkable (35 min). There are also a number of restaurant options in the area that are walkable. The host provides an awesome guide book filled with restaurant and activity information. Jenni is a wonderful host and answered all questions promptly. Everyone is our group loved the home and were very impressed. The home shows better in person. We would highly recommend staying here.

There was a large group of us that stayed in this home for a quick trip to Nashville. We could not be happier with it! They were super easy to work with and were very flexible with our schedules. They were able to allow us an early check in, as well as a late check out due to our flight times. House was beautiful, and very clean and had everything we needed within. Was close enough to Gulch area, as well as Downtown Nashville with just a quick Uber ride. Highly recommend this property!

We had the best time! The house was perfect & exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable & there were plenty of linens. Well stocked kitchen- everything that you could need. Owners were very accommodating & responsive. Highly recommend staying here. Very convenient location.

Went to Nashville for husband’s birthday celebration. Great location. The house was well equipped, clean, beautiful and very comfortable! Property manager was very communicative and responsive. Would definitely book again if we’re back in the area!

The property location was within a 10 min drive from most of Nashville's major attractions. Accommodations were pretty close to perfect for me and my 3 brothers for our reunion vacation. Very well appointed kitchen, super comfortable beds, large high res TVs, wonderful outdoor space and very peaceful, secure neighborhood. We loved it! This property we'll be at the top of our list for all return visits!

Used The Gulch South as our homebase for 3 nights ( 3 couples) mostly for music on Broadway. Plenty of space, very clean (most important), close to downtown, plenty of parking, great air conditioning, everything we needed in the home. While it’s walkable to Broadway, a $12 Uber ride each way was clearly the best choice! Sun—Wed stay provided enough people visiting to create a good atmosphere on Broadway without it being over crowded. Overall, I highly recommend this location!! You won’t be disappointed.

A perfect hime with all of the extras. We loved sitting on the rooftop with their cozy blankets in the am and also at night. Kitchen/bathrooms had everything we needed. Owners were so responsive and hope to come back soon!

This is an absolutely gorgeous place. My friends and I stayed here and had a fabulous time celebrating our 50th birthdays. Everything we needed was easy to find and places to go were easy to get to. The garage was tricky to find with no house number but once we found it, we’re able to help the others understand where to go. Loved being only a few blocks away from the downtown area was great, made things easy since no one had been to Nashville before. The group stated we will return and want to go back and stay here again.

For anyone coming to a conference at the Music City Center, this is a great space to bring your team. Comfortable rooms, spacious and close to downtown. Everything you could need for an easy work event.
