The lawn needed mowing and the property was not in walking distance to the centre of Mudgee. The property was a mix of old and new, obviously slowly renovating.

From first booking this property to finally leaving Carolyn and Michael have been exemplary hosts. They respondesquickly to any questions we had.
The property was wonderfully appointed and spotlessly clean. Light and airy throughout with a very comfortably bed the property is central enough to enable easy access to all that Mudgee has to offer. The shower was nice and powerful.
Thoughtful gifts and extras were welcome. We’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. Thank you Carolyn and Michael. Xx

My sister and I loved our stay. The house is light-filled and open plan in the living, dining, kitchen. The bedrooms are a decent size (especially the master bedroom) and very comfortable. It's a quiet neighbourhood, bordered by a lovely park area. Very easy walk to the weekend craft makers market and not far from town. I'd definitely stay again.

This was the perfect spot for us. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The townhouse was very clean. The king bed was very comfortable. The property was fully equipped and we lacked for nothing. Many thanks

This is a great option if you are traveling with your fur-baby. It is a simple unit, but very comfortable and meticulously clean. Great location with direct park access for the dog and and an easy 10 minute walk to town. The owners are very helpful and left us a lovely bottle of local wine and treats at check in. A very good option if you are visiting Mudgee.

This place is the only one we have stayed at that our dog has a fantastic yard and a doggy door. The unit was fantastic as well. There was a lovely gift on the bench too, which was a lovely surprise. I would recommend this to anybody

Parklane was well positioned, quiet, clean, tidy and had everything we needed at our finger tips. We were able to walk into the town centre from the property. The back yard is fenced and so our dogs were able to visit the yard through a doggy door located in the laundry. All in all a great stay was enjoyed by all.

Lovely weekend stay
Caught up with a girlfriend for a weekend in Mudgee (Friday and Saturday nights).
Lovely unit in a quiet area, but not too far from city Centre.
Very clean, modern and beautifully appointed .
We were welcomed with a lovely card and a bottle of local wine and chocolate. (Nice personal touch).
Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful stay!
A big thanks to Michael and Carolyn for their hospitality. The property is very conveniently located (a leisurely stroll down to the town square), everything was well thought of (particularly coming with a furry guest) and the property was modern, clean and well-kept. Michael and Carolyn were very responsive prior to our stay and also provided a complimentary gift upon arrival. Thank you for making our long weekend so much more enjoyable and I would not hesitate to book with Carolyn and Michael for our future stays at Mudgee!

Perfect Pet Friendly Location

Spotlessly clean, fresh and everything super comfortable. So lovely to sit out in the the back courtyard with a morning coffee/afternoon wine overlooking the park. Extremely quiet. Hosts very attentive and so quick to respond to any enquiry. Would totally recommend this property !

There is a big park just behind the property, and the dogs loved running there every day.
