This is a roomy beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that is in a nice residential neighborhood close to many sites. On one corner you will find breakfast baked goods at the Sandwich Bar. Turn left and you have Berlin Pizza which beat many pies we had in Venice. Come out the door and turn left and you have the short walk to the U Bahn Spittelmarkt. A short diostance further is a great German Restrauant called Ephraims. A little further are all the Museums of Museum Island. I strongly recommend a Musem Pass. A 3 day pass is only $35 a single entry is 12 euros I would strongly recommend this apartment. The elevator was a final nice touch for dog tired legs at the end of the day

My wife and a friend stayed for a few nights in our first ever visit to Berlin to enjoy the Christmas markets. The apartment was perfect for us and is an excellent location right next to a U-bahn stop that makes the entire city easily accessible. I would highly recommend the property if you want to stay in the city center of Berlin.

It was a wonderful time in Berlin, the appartement was clean, spacious and just next to a U-bahn station. We could go anywhere easily. The residence was quiet and safe. I’ll recommend this appartement without hesitation!

We really liked this property, it was better than expected. There is a balcony off the living room at the street side and a balcony off the master that looks over the court yard. Quiet, comfortable and spacious.

Great location and accommodation. Clean but there was no washing machine or dryer, nearest laundromat was 2 kms away. Would be good to have the English tv channels listed. Beds comfortable but two beds pushed together did not make for a great double bed. Location was brilliant. Can walk to most places and underground very close as was supermarkets. Seemed like a good neighbourhood.

Our family of four (2 adults, kids of 9 and 6) had a wonderful week's holiday in Berlin. The apartment is a fantastic base - you can walk to many sites, and the u-bahn is 2 mins away. It was also a cool and welcoming place to come back to after a hot day site seeing. The shower and bath are both excellent, and the whole flat was very clean. As a family we appreciated being able to cook meals and there was a wide range of pans and crockery to use. Overall we would highly recommend this place and would happily return. P S a couple of non-guide book recommendations: - football at Olympic stadium. Family section tickets available easily, unforgettable experience (€62 for the four of us) - swimming pool at Pankow. Public pool. Fantastic slide. Our kids must have gone down it at least 30 times each (€10.30 for us all)

Very easy

Location made it easy to travel on foot or by subway; host lovely; kitchen well equipped and we really liked the balcony.

We had a very good time in this apartment, equipped with everything you need and comfortable to easily reach every point of Berlin.

Lovely well appointed apartment in nice leafy area. Everything you would need for a visit to Berlin. Jens was very helpful and was there to greet us even though we arrived after 11pm.would recommend it.

Plenty of room for having conversations together. Nice bathrooms and the kitchen is equipped with all you can imagine to need in a week. The beds were excellent. Big balconies on both sides of the apartment. U-station near by but you could reach many interesting places (e.g. Museum Insel, Kreuzberg) by walking, also. And the owner Jens and his wife were very friendly and helpful😁

Very nice accommodation in a recent building, very central and close to everything you need tout visit Berlin very easily (metro, biking, walking,...) We are a family of 4 with 2 children and found the flat very spacious, nothing is missing!

This apartment is in a great, central location and has easy access to everything Berlin has to offer. We were two women traveling and felt very secure in this apartment. Jens was very gracious and met us when we arrived exactly as he said he would. We got in late (~11PM on a Sunday night) and he had to work the next day but there he was to give us an overview of everything! The apt is very quiet, very spacious and has everything anyone would need. If you travel to Berlin, check it out, you won't be sorry!

The apartment is really spacious, and conveniently located in a quiet area of town just a short walk to Museum Island and a U-bahn stop that can take you right into Alexanderplatz. The hosts were very kind and left lots of helpful resources. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here during our time in Berlin.
