We were VERY pleased with this vacation rental! It was spotless and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! Communication was excellent with the owner and she was very accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in OOB!

This unit was clean, well stocked and in a great location. Loved that beach towels and chairs was provided. The only con was that the train is right across the street and runs through out the night blaring its horn. So bring a noise machine if you are a light sleeper!

Everything in the room to help with our stay even Booggie boards,which my 7 year old grandson loved. We had no problems with anything and were beyond satisfied !!!!

I reserved this spot as a getaway for my wife and 3 children. I go to old orchard every year but this property was by far the best we have ever been to. I also did this for my wife's birthday and she was thrilled. We will only rent here for now on!

The condo was very clean and situated in the very heart of Old Orchard Beach. We enjoyed the local eateries and shops. We’ll definitely go back.

My husband and I took our 5 year old twins here for a little reprieve from the city and it was absolutely perfect for us. The surf was so chill, our girls were in heaven. Super easy to locate and immaculately clean. We had a blast.

Beautiful condo, very clean too. Summertime in the area would have been even more fun. Kinda wish it had a DVD player, tho.

This is a fantastic property!! Owner was quick with responses to any comments/questions. Extremely cozy. Love OOB and staying at the Grand Victorian! I will add this unit to my list of desired units.

The location was perfect; adjacent to the most beautiful beach and totally accessible to all the bars and shops. The condo itself was impeccably clean and appointed with comfort and style. We have no complaints nor advice on how to improve the experience. Thank you for sharing this pleasure with us.

Unit 401 - Upon arrival to the grand we were greeted by Bill - he helped us 3 woman in the door and showed us how To use the handicap lift that is available instead of taking the 4 steps up to the elevator with all our stuff. They also have a couple of bellhop carts that made it very easy to transport from our assigned spot to the 4th floor unit. Once in the unit - we settled in Like it was home - from the jacuzzi tub in the king bedroom bath - to the lovely seating area on the 37’ x 7’ deck well appointed with tall boy table and chairs as well as a couple of Adirondack chairs. I have to say I am so pleased with every aspect of our stay. The railroad tracks are across the street from the condos and it sounds a very loud horn in the middle of the night - sometimes more than once which we jump with Shock each time and then laughed hysterically about it all week . It’s a momentary interruption of sleep but with the doors and windows closed not a big deal at all. Only one negative about our entire stay was a smell in the elevator that they kept trying to cover with fabreese but the carpet Just needs to be replaced. And that is truly the ONLY negative .. very appointed unit - from the well appointed kitchen items to fresh clean towels - linens - washer dryer - we didn’t want to leave - walk to ocean ... stores- pier- rides - loved it all -thanks so much for lovely home.

Great location. Very clean and organized. Great space in the condo. Walking distance to everything thing Old Orchard had to offer. Very close to Downtown Portland and both Kennebunk and Kennebunk port. Great communication with the owner and very accommodating. Definitely would rent this unit again.

Great location, property was clean and well stocked with needed items for the week. The owners where friendly and very responsive to questions. We had no issues while staying here and would rent again. Would definitely recommend!

This property is in a prime location" beach, amusement park, gift stores, places to eat and a grocery store very close. The condo has so many household items to use. We especially liked the crock pot. Plus they have a cart to bring in everything when unloading your car. Kept the beach chairs, toys, towels and boogie boards in the car every day. Made it easier to get to the beach. Out granddaughter really loved it here. Great place for family vacation. I really recommend this beautiful place to stay. We will definitely be returning.
