Property was nice except for the fact there were ants all over and it’s not very insulated it got very cold at night

Perfect location in Ogunquit; close to the beach and shopping with easy access to Route 1. Quiet street with low traffic count. Studio was immaculate and well appointed. Kitchen had all the pots, pans and dishes needed to eat in every night. Two grills and tables in the backyard allowed for outdoor dining if one desired. Although I did not use these amenities this time, I may on my next stay. Ken was always very prompt in responding to my emails, usually within the hour. Rules were well defined and very easy to abide by. Outdoor light was left on for my arrival at 8 PM. Couldn't have asked for more. Felt like I was staying at a friend's place rather than renting from someone that I had never met. You will not be disappointed in renting this property. Glad that I found it and I am sure you will be, also.

We have booked these properties for the last 4 years and have never been disappointed. The location is fantastic and every unit is sparkling clean - couldn't ask for a better vacation rental!

The location of this rental was perfect. Located a short walk from Shore Road with access to beach, shops and dining. The unit upon arrival was spotless and well equipped. Will definitely return here again soon.

Kennebunkport was our intended destination but the value and location of this wonderful cozy studio couldn't be beat. So happy to have discovered Ogunquit and all that it has to offer and with the perfect location of the studio so close to everything, our few days away were a little taste of Heaven. The highlights of our stay were walking barefoot on the beautiful Ogunquit Beach, getting up early to catch the sunrise on the Marginal Way Walkway, talking with the friendly residents, artists, store managers, shopping in the fabulous little stores especially in the Village area, visiting The Ogunquit Museum of American Art...love the setting and the sculpture park overlooking the ocean. Would highly recommend Roost Cafe and Bistro on Shore Rd and Five-O located at the end of School St...so convenient for some fine dining. Surf Point 360 has amazing ocean views, located at Anchorage by the Sea. The studio apartment was perfect for the two of us, we are not tall people but someone over 6ft may have a problem with the low ceilings. Beautifully furnished ,immaculate and comfortable. The bed very comfortable. Wifi a little spotty at times but not a necessity for us as we were out and about most days.Loved the backyard for casual lunch one day under the shade of the umbrella...great area for grilling and chilling! No one was above us in the house until the day we checked out so not really sure on sound barrier etc. Thank you to our hosts for providing this wonderful accommodation and for taking care of the details so promptly. Our little getaway has become a treasured memory....
