Well cared-for place, ideal for relaxing or swimming/surfing/strolling.

The condo was beautiful. It was well-maintained. Very clean. We had everything we needed for the week. It was right on the beach. The porch had incredible furniture that we could sit and watch the ocean and the dolphins. They had gates that we can use to go onto the beach, It was a convenient location. We were able to take day trips to various places, and come back to a relaxing atmosphere.

Enjoyed the very nicely decorated condo. View is beautiful even when weather is not the greatest. Enjoyed our time there.

Very clean and view was great from the room. Pictures are just as shown. Would not hesitate to book this room again.

Our stay in the condo was relaxing, convenient, and scenic. Every morning watching the dolphins, drinking coffee, and exchanging the previous days abundance of awesome food and drinks. I would definitely recommend staying there to enjoy Charleston while relaxing.

We stay in COV340 two years ago. It was a nice condo then. We stayed there this year and it was filthy, and in need of repairs. Wallpaper was peeling away and held with tape, painted walls were dirty, carpet was filthy, bathroom vents were horrid, and if they were that careless with the condition of the condo, how clean were the linens - seriously. We washed everything. We will not book this condo again. These condos are all overpriced and many are in need of updating and repairs. We will look elsewhere next year.

Beautiful / updated condo right on the beach. 3 minute walk to Folly restaurants and a 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston. We hope to stay here again next year! The furniture was comfortable and the view was spectacular. The pools were clean and easy to access. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently remodeled and were lovely. The TVs were sad - small and standard definition. If you have plans for a movie night you should get a different unit. The only reason I didn't rate this property as excellent is because of the master bed. I only looked at properties with King size beds. The listing stated the bed was a king so. I was surprised to get there and find a Queen. I checked the listing and other reviews and noticed I am not the only one to notice the discrepancy. The listing has been corrected but I still had to try and sleep in a bed much smaller than I am used to. Additionally, the bottom sheet was lumpy because the mattress cover is king size and so there's a lot of extra fabric and padding below the fitted sheet. Finally, the headboard is made from shutters. I'm all for a beach shabby chic look but the shutters click and clack every time they are touched or the bed moves (the frame was unsteady). It's a shame the condo is so nice except for that one bed.

What an amazing property to enjoy a wonderful get away! Great beach life and close enough to go enjoy Charleston! The condo itself was beautiful and well stocked for being in the middle of this crazy year! We had a little hick-up and they fixed it as soon as they could! -Wall paper is peeling. -TV goes out frequently do to bandwidth issues. -Glass door needs replaced for ocean view status to be pleasurable, fogged between the two layers of glass. -Need more utensils for a 6 person rental. Had a great time as the location is great, will be coming to this property again next season, not this unit.

Awesome condo! Great location.

We stayed a week with 3 adults and 2 kids ages 9 and 12. The condo was perfect for our needs! We selected it because of the ocean frontage so grandma could see the kids at the beach while she sat on the deck. The building was very quiet! The condo is spacious and well furnished, the beds were super comfortable (we like pillow-top beds) and the kitchen had lots of dishes and well stocked. We didn't have any issues during our stay but a few questions popped up and the management was super responsive over texts. I would recommend future renters read the details more carefully - I didn't realize that we needed to bring shampoo, laundry, dish soap. We also recommended they provide beach towels - we had to buy them and it's so bulky to pack in our suitcases (we were flying in to SC.) We have rented frequently for beach condos through VRBO and these items are typically included or leftovers from prior guests are in the condo. That was not the case here. The location was walking distance to great restaurants and the pier even for grandma! We didn't need a car. And we liked the vibe of the small town. The beach was great - sandy and enough space, quiet during the week, and shallow for the kids to play. Note there was rip tide warnings but also life guards. All in all, a really great week. Pros: Location is excellent and very close to the Folly Beach boardwalk. Great patio and patio furniture. Great accessibility to the beach. Living room and Master updated and 2 of the 3 baths updated. Cons: One of the bedrooms/baths highly outdated with stained carpet. Some of the furniture stained. TV's don't really work that well. Location could be a little bit more secure with anyone able to get up to the 3rd floor via elevator, no security. Overall: Price is steep, but if they updated the 2nd queen bedroom/bathroom I would come back here again. General updating and this would be very good unit.

Enjoyed our stay. It was everything we needed. Clean and exactly matched description. Great condo with pools and wash beach access. We will be coming back!

The only issue I had were the tv's are tiny lol and the cable didn't work in the master bedroom the whole trip.... other then that was exceptional!!

After a small glitch with the incorrect door code (taken care of promptly by the property manager), the condo was exactly as we had hoped. Great ocean view! Easy access to the beach! Property was clean and location to downtown Folly Beach was great! Everything worked out perfectly and we look forward to another visit there.
