Location and nice bathroom

Some of the housekeepers dont speak English it was hard for me to get more towels because she didn't understand me.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Michelle that works at the front desk provided me with exceptional customer service. She answered all of my questions, helped me sign up for the rewards program, and she is such a joy to be around and converse with.

It is supposed to be a non smoking hotel, but the second day the entire hall really stinks, we left the hotel to run some errands and we were stinking.

The easy process to sign in

My room smelled of mildew and had us coughing and unable to breathe through out the night.

The location was fine. The beds were outstanding. Even though there were many families with young children around us, we were not bothered by any noise that they made.

Breakfast on Monday was great, but on Tuesday was disappointing in quality. I would rather pay a bit more and have a more appetizing and satisfying breakfast. Our room was next to a church service on Sunday afternoon. They were joyful and enthusiastic in their worship, as they had every right to be. I feel that our room (225) should not be rented out when meetings are being held, unless people are given that information and a choice of rooms. That being said, we left the room and when we returned the service had concluded and noise was no longer a concern.
