Everything was perfect,I recommend, Even there was no air conditioner in my room but the weather was naturally perfectly conditioned, very cute family running managing the hotel, everything was according to what I saw in photos

It was a little bit away from the center of cholponata, maybe because I am lazy and I didn't want to walk 2 km to reach the center

We enjoyed our stay greatly at this guesthouse and it was in fact our favourite place where we stayed in Kyrgyzstan. We returned for the second time to stay here in Cholpon At because our previous stay was excellent! Thank you we appreciate everything!

Staying at Svetlana’s place was a unique experience. First, we met the youngest and the most pleasant receptionist so far - the grandson of the owners. He welcomed us, checked our reservation and helped us with our stay. I can’t remember did I even know how to turn on the computer at his age, but he surprised us so many times that we stopped counting. The property is located in the entrance to Cholpon Ata city and it presents a great starting point for adventures on the lake of Issyk Kul. From the property it takes about 15 minutes walk to the Kruiz yacht club and city center. Place was really quiet no matter the fact that’s close to the main road. The room was comfortable and cozy, breakfast was outstanding and first morning coffee in the yard while sun is rising on the lake was fantastic experience. Svetlana, her husband and their grandson were perfect hosts, providing us all help necessary for the first time in Kyrgyzstan, and if we come again we’ll stay at theirs place.

This hotel is excellent! Located near the beach. The family who runs it is very kind! We had a great stay there. We originally booked one night but ended up staying five nights! Hope to visit again! Thank you for the great stay!

Great place located just outside the center of Cholpon Ata , Stayed 2 nights and the host was very friendly. Nice rooms , good breakfast and even drove us to the bus station. Highly recommended

Loved the location of the guest house. It was just 5 mins walk to the issyk kul lake. The guest house was clean. English speaking owners. The owner of the guest house went beyond the length and took us to the petroglyphs museum for free (a gift from his side) and then dropped to the bus station as well. Very nice people. I would extremely recommend staying at this guest house.

Big rooms and nice breakfast. Viktor and his family are amazing.

I love everything it was great I will recommend this place and stay again.
