We loved everything about our relaxing stay at this property. The house is even more beautiful than reflected in the pictures and the salt water pool is SO delightful! Both stylish bathrooms have a large layout with amazing oversized showers. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet. It is located close to Fort Myers Beach as well. The owner, Patricia, was so friendly and accommodating to our special requests. My husband and I definitely plan on returning just as soon as we can!

We had a wonderful time. The house was nice and clean. We Definitely enjoy staying in Cape Coral.

We loved the house and the pool. There were only two of us so it worked well, but would certainly be great for a larger group. The house was great. The AC worked well as the temperature was very comfortable plus we used the ceiling fans. Loved the large island in the kitchen and how open it was. Loved the pool and outdoor area. House was clean. Very convenient location as it’s easy to get around Fort Myers. Great restaurants in Fort Myers. We recommend this location!!

The property was very clean, also enjoyed the pool and the dock outback. I fished and caught multiple different types of fish in the canal behind the house. The house comes with fishing pools but you will need to buy reels if you want to fish, also the bikes come with the house and they are very fun to ride. I would come back to this house and recommend it to others!

The house is absolutely beautiful! Very well furnished and maintained. Bug-netted pool area and a gorgeous pool…can’t ask for anything more!! Communication with Patricia was a breeze, check in and check out instructions were crystal clear! Loved the stay and will come back again!!!

The property was in great shape when we arrived. It was no secret that the area was hit by a major hurricane a couple months before. While there were a couple minor, cosmetic things still in progress, the house was beautiful and in great shape. We enjoyed the sunsets from the lanai and enjoyed the pool. The owner was very communicative with us throughout. We would gladly stay here again.

Stated a specific rate per night but that rate was only for 2 people. Owner jacked up pricing even with the house having been flooded from hurricane. House smelled like mold and baseboards were all pulled off walls. Poo not funcional during stay. I realize Hurricaane had hit 3 weeks prior but owner should have been honest.

There was a hurricane that hit the area I can understand some damage. This homeowner should have never made this home available to rent. The baseboards where ripped out and half the home had electricity. Huge mold spots throughout the home where drywall was close to the floor. Pool was dark green water definitely not safe to swim in. My dad has respiratory problems and had to sleep in the truck.

We really liked the house. The kitchen was well done and bathroom was great. The only problem we had was the pool It was nice but there were no railings to hold on to when you went in and out. It took us 20 minutes to get my husband out as he could not get out without something to hold on to. The pool was one of the things we looked forward too. Otherwise we had a nice time.

We spent a few days at the property, but it was great, we managed to fully enjoy the pool area. the property is well located, there are many places of service around. The beach that is a 4-minute drive is good to enjoy with the family. We loved the weekend we enjoyed at this property. Thank you very much, we hope to be able to rent again. The property has everything, the kitchen is equipped to cook without a problem, as well as personal hygiene in terms of towels, there were enough. Very good choice when choosing this property.

Checked in nice and easy. Jumped straight into the pool. It was perfectly warm throughout our stay. Rooms and ammenities were exactly as advertised not to mention clean and ready to go! Half mile away from 50 resturants and the main drag through town. Rode my bicycle to a couple places as the area is very bicycle friendly. A quick 25 minute drive and your in Sanibel or Ft Myers Beach. If I visit the area again, I will be staying here for sure.

My son and I booked this property for a baseball tournament in Fort Myers. It was perfect. Great location to all the fields, well equipped, and just as pictured. The pool area and dock on the canal are fantastic. We were so excited to find this property and look forward to coming back in the future!

House was gorgeous, pool area was perfect. Patricia was a wonderful host with quick replies to any message. House was spotlessly clean with plenty of fresh towels that were clean and fluffy. Kitchen was well equipped. Had a really lovely weekend with my husband and parents and even thought about extending our stay. Just worth noting that the second bedroom is two single beds (felt child sized), and the third is more of a den with sofa bed. It worked for us as none of us are very tall and we didn’t mind the singles for a couple of nights but that is the only thing that wasn’t what we expected. Would return again in a heartbeat!

We had a very relaxing week, and spent most of our time in the pool. The house is lovely with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed morning bike rides and used the smart tvs at night to stream movies. Beds are comfy, showers are large, and kitchen is great for someone who likes to cook. This was our second stay at this property. My 9 year old was sad to go (again) and is hoping to come and stay again next summer.

The house was very open and bright. We were very happy with the house, pool and local community. The owner was a very nice person and always available if needed. Close to Fort Myers as well as roads to beaches.

Really enjoyed staying in this relaxing villa everything as it should be . lovely and clean full marks to the cleaning staff and owner of the place . Fantastic pool with lovely canal backdrop everything you need for a relaxing break was supplied. Could not fault it at all we have stayed in many “villas” over the years and this one outshone them all. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a very relaxing stay in this quiet neighborhood close to the Cape Coral Yacht Club and Beach. Our expectations were exceeded by the gracious hospitality of our host.

Property in a great location. Close to everything. Clean and well maintained.

My best friend and I take a girls trip every year- this was THE BEST trip ever! The house is immaculate, the accommodations are superb. The location is perfect. Just not enough good could be said about this home! Pat is a living doll!! So helpful and so kind! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!! Dawn and Tracie

Everything was great and in order, the pool was awesome and the canal was great for saltwater fishing too. The neighbors on each side were very nice.

We had a wonderful time. The outdoor area was fabulous. The location was fabulous as well. The toilet in the secondary bath had not been cleaned at all and was gross. I had to clean it before anyone could use. We had my daughter's family stay for 4 days and the house was listed as a three bedroom. We never found the third bedroom. There is a sunroom which had a midget sized futon. Our youngest grand daughter got stuck there, age 11 because she was the only one whose feet did not hang off too badly. It also has springs coming through. Please get rid of that "piece of furniture:." Put a set of bunk beds against the window. Simple fix.. One last thing. Get a notebook and write the wi fi code and other pertinent information. There was a stack of little pieces of paper on the counter and so easy for them to become lost. I did not bring all these issues up to the owner because we had such a fabulous time in the back yard. A better cleaning and a set of bunk beds would truly make this place a dream.

The house is very nice and quiet neighborhood on a scenic canal. We really enjoyed pool area. Having bikes there was a plus. Many nice restaurants within a few miles. Perfect house to rent
