We had a wonderful time in this apartment, which is a short walk from the old town but with a local neighborhood feel! Rooms were very spacious and apartment stocked with the basics. Grocery shop across the road was very handy and hosts were very responsive. Would stay again!

We had a great stay in Split. The apartment had everything we looked for and was really well placed for the city and sea as per its name! Zrinka was wonderfully helpful and even forwarded a couple of items my daughter forgot after we had left!

This property was exactly like the pictures. The bedrooms were a good size. The place was very clean. The host was helpful and responsive.

We had difficulty finding the apartment as we never received the full address (just the street address). Once inside, though, the apartment was clean and comfortable. The fruit and wine left by the host were a lovely touch. Of note, the AC is only in the main room, so if you sleep with your bedroom door shut, it will be very hot. The location is fine - more urban than quaint. All and all, a perfectly lovely apartment if you just need a place to lay your head.

The apartment was very nice and we greatly appreciated the property owner’s flexibility letting us check in an hour early. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was very clean and it was so nice to have wine, fruit & chocolates provided upon arrival. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier. The only downside of our stay was that the hot water tank is very small so the last 2 people that showered had no hot water. For 4 adults we also could’ve used 2 more larger bath towels. Another thing to keep in mind is that the air conditioning unit is in the living room so we had to sleep with our bedroom doors open otherwise it was very hot. This wasn’t a problem for us but worth noting. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Fabulous apartment! We love everything about this apartment. The location is only about a 10 minute walk to the Riva. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions and recommended good restaurants. They left a nice package of goodies for our arrival which was much appreciated. I would stay here again and again! Added bonus to have a grocery store across the street too!

The apartment is located an easy 15 minute walk to the Old Town and waterfront. Very comfortable for three adults. We didn't cook in but the kitchen appeared fully equipped if you wanted to do so. A convenience store is just across the street. Zrinka was great! She left fruit, cookies and wine for us and constantly checked in to ensure we had everything we need. She arranged transportation for us, and provided suggestions on things to do and places to eat.

Lovely property with great hosts. Marin and Zrinka went above qnd beyond to help when our luggage unfortunately was lost. Spacious, clean apartment with great utilities (fruit and wine even provided!) And just 10 minutes walk to the old town. Highly recommend staying here.

We’ll located, first floor, spacious (2 bedrooms), immaculate, well equipped apartment. 15 minute walk from the promenade. Easy communications, appreciated the complimentary fruit bowl. Street parking can be a challenge so park on the sidewalks like the locals or on a free lot behind the building . Hosts were super responsive and accommodating.. Highly recommended.

Zrinka was amazing with advice on visits, advice on the neighborhood and friendliness! The apartment was great and the garden view with children playing a diversion from the busy streets. All furnishings and equipment very good quality. Welcome fruit, wine, beer stocks of coffee , teas and spices etc more than we expected. Thank you!

This was our first stop in Croatia! We had a wonderful time in Split and the location of this apartment was excellent as a starting point to many adventures. It fit our needs as a family of 5 (kids ages 2, 7, and 9) perfectly. Many thanks!

Aptly named in a great location walking distance from several beaches/swimming areas, the country park and the old town. Several supermarkets local as well (including Lidl) so you can run on a budget. Parking in local streets - sometimes had to hunt around for a space but never too far from the apartment. The host was very helpful in providing anything or any information we needed - booked a great restaurant for us on one occasion. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable - two spacious bedrooms and a sofa bed in the kitchen/diner if needed.

This apartment is in a great location. It is close to all the sites we wanted to visit. The apartment had everything that we needed and more. Zrinka was responsive to messages and was very informative at the check in.

Very cute 2 bedroom apartment with many amenities. Place was very comfortable and walking distance of all the hot spots, restaurants, tours, port, etc. my sister and I had a wonderful visit. I fell in love with the city and Croatia. Hope to return soon for more exploration

L'appartement était parfait pour 3 et exactement comme sur l'annonce! Il etait très bien situé, environ 15 min à pied de la vieille ville. L'hôte était facile à rejoindre et à tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable, par exemple en laissant des fruits frais et un peu de nourriture dans le frigo.

Absolutely loved our stay in Zrinka’s apartment. The beds were both huge and very comfortable. After a few weeks of travelling, this apartment was everything we wanted and needed. Everything about the guest experience had been considered, including complementary travel toiletries (in case you forgot anything!), fresh fruit in the kitchen, laundry facilities etc. Great location, a short 10 min walk to the Old Town and Riva. Good quality and affordable dining options nearby. Host was very easy to reach and provided good recommendations and advice for getting around the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, great hostess, great Apartment

This apartment lives up to its name "city and sea." It's the perfect combination of great location - just 1/2 a mile from old town split, and down the street from the harbor. Zrinka and Marin were extremely warm and helpful. Starting from the 1st night Marin greeted us at the parking lot, walked us to the apartment (just around the corner) and spent time sharing suggestions for dinner, local cafes, and beaches. The apartment is modern, clean, with all the amenities including dishwasher, washer for clothes, wifi, and 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Zrinka and Marin had generously left a bottle of local wine & some beer in the refrigerator, plus a bowl of fresh fruit on the kitchen table. They were very responsive to our requests, we asked for a fan they came over with it the same day. They made everything easy. We would definitely go back!

Well appointed apartment in quiet location - easily 15-20 minute walk to everywhere in the center. Marin helped us reserve spots on a great boat to see the islands. Highly recommend for a stay in Split.

We were impressed with our warm and hospitable greeting from the lovely owners. They anticipated and provided our every need +++. The apartment was lovely and we really relaxed and felt at home there. The AC kept us cool on hot days. We had good tv with lots of channels. We were completely happy with this apartment. Thankyou.

I knew before I arrived, that I was going to love this place. Zrinka went above and beyond in more ways than I can mention here including arranging airport transit, offering me a lift to a sporting equipment store, a thorough orientation to the apartment, maps and guides, advice on quickest and most scenic routes and places to eat and rent a bicycle. It seemed as if nothing was too much trouble as she met me on arrival, saved a parking spot for my travelling companion who arrived 2 days later and allowed us some much appreciated flexibility with our departure time. She even left fruit and baked treats in addition to cooking staples, toiletries and laundry products. The location is perfect as it is a very short walk to the old town and the port but also very close to the magnificent Park Marjan with its cycling and hiking trails, secluded beaches and breathtaking vistas -a fabulous place to regroup and relax when you want to get away from crowds and traffic. There is a grocery store and cafe right across the street as well. This property comes highly recommended for most helpful hosts, great communication, special touches, convenient location and safety & security. I will always have happy memories of Split and be grateful for the hospitality I was shown during my stay at City and Sea!

Si vous allez à Split, cet appartement est idéal. Il n'est pas loin du centre (5-10 minutes à pied). Il y a un magasin alimentaire et un café de l'autre côté de la rue. Le point d'observation de la ville et la promenade dans la partie forestière sont à seulement 5 minutes également. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, décoré avec goût et extrêmement bien équipé. En 10 ans de location, c'est la première fois que l'hôte met à disposition des brosses à dent neuve, du dentifrice, mais également toutes les denrée de base pour cuisiner. (Huile, pâtes, riz, corbeille de fruits garnie, etc...). Les casseroles, les couteaux sont d'une excellente qualité, ce qui est très rare dans les locations. De plus, l'accueil est extrêmement chaleureux. L'hôte est à disposition pour vous fournir tous les conseils sur la ville est les endroits à ne pas manquer. L'appartement a vraiment contribué à ce que nous passions un bon séjour à Split.
