We were just 15 minutes from the center of Denver but this house is nestled in a lovely neighborhood overlooking a stream. The rooms have been beautifully updated and furnished well. There was ample space for my daughter and I and the king sized bed made us feel as though we had our own bed! The kitchen provided all of our needs to cook our meals. We were also conveniently located to many trails that we enjoyed. We would stay again as well as recommend it to anyone staying in the Denver area.

My husband and I had our first trip to CO and loved it! This location was perfect, between everything we wanted to do. Went to a concert at Red Rocks, saw look out mountain and did a lot in Denver. This place was perfect for the two of us, it was private and quiet and had some great food choices in Lakewood too. We are ready to plan our next trip back!

The hubs and I stayed for a long weekend while in town for a concert at Red Rocks. Great location - in between Denver and Morrison. Great neighborhood. Clean and well equipped studio. Beautiful backyard!

Perfect location to Red Rocks and nice neighborhood!

My husband and I just stayed at this super cute little place on our recent trip to Colorado to see a concert at Red Rocks. It was a great location and there is a lot of fun stuff around. Simple to access the freeways and just a short drive to our concert venue. Comfy bed and really cute kitchenette! Highly recommend for a weekend getaway. The owners were also very kind.

This property is definitely worth it. Very clean and well maintained. The Freed's were great at communicating with me. Would highly recommend it!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was decorated nicely and modernly equipped. Bed and linens were comfortable. We loved its convenient location to our activities including hiking, Red Rocks Ampitheater and Park, Golden and good dining. Owners were responsive to any need. Though it did not inconvenience us too much, others may want to consider how hot it will be for your stay. This location has no air conditioning or fan. The only cool air comes through an open window on the ground floor. Some may not want that window open all the time for security reasons. Closed curtains at night also blocks any breeze. We were cool enough but wouldn’t have wanted it any hotter outside (it was mid 70s). Don’t hesitate to stay here. If we come back to the area it we will stay here again.

It was very clean and just the right size for the two of us. Just wished there was a fan in the apartment. I highly recommend this place. Will stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We would rent again . Loved the location, right in between the mountains and Denver. Very private and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable too.

We chose this listing because of the beautiful yard and it’s even better in person, relaxing for adults and fun for kids. Cute places to sit all over, very resort feeling. The inside of the unit has great updates and lovely decor. We hope to stay again next time we’re in Denver for a few days!

The Lakewood Escape was our wonderful “home away from home” for 5 nights. The studio apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everything one might need during their stay. Having access to the beautiful backyard made our stay even more memorable. We can’t wait to go back!

Roomy and welcoming large studio with everything one needs to stay. Very comfortable for hanging out; quiet and private. Large bathroom with superb shower. Doug is an excellent host - we were there during an epic snowstorm and he shoveled extensively so we did not wade through the 2 feet+ of snow. Cons are bed is a bit soft for our liking but others may find it fine and there's no thermostat to control the temp and the place was too warm

The studio is beautifully decorated, updated, clean and cozy. The setting on the creek is lovely.

The location of this property was great for getting around in Denver. The quiet neighborhood and clean space made for a nice respite in the evenings. The owner is very nice, accommodating and helpful if you are not familiar with the area. We look forward to staying her on our next trip to Denver. Thank you for sharing your lovely apartment and we loved the décor. Peaceful and tranquil.
