We had a great stay at Pat's 4th floor unit(elevator) at Coral Baja. Easy, hassle free check in. Pat had great communication from booking to check out. The resort is laid back and the other guests were friendly and there to have a good time. The location was good and a cheap Uber ride into downtown San Jose Del Cabo. I would definitely stay there again.

From start to finish Pat was amazing to work with. She always responded very promptly and went overboard to help you. We are planning to rent from her again the next time we come back to San Jose. The condo is exactly like it’s described. Great view from the deck. It has everything you need and is very close to all amenities. Thanks again Pat. This end unit had great natural light from the extra windows you get in an end unit. And the angle of the building gives you morning sun and afternoon shade on the balcony. Well stocked and clean. The bed and recliner were very comfortable. And the host was responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Coral Baja was great for us and Pat was extremely communicative and connected with us throughout our stay. Early check in and late checkout were available for us.

This was not my first time to the Coral Baja, but my first time using VRBO. Pat was an excellent owner and incredibly helpful prior to and during our stay. Great view and REALLY comfortable bed! 5 Stars!

We really enjoyed our stay. We are both over 65 and like the peace and quiet of the places we visit. Pool music, employees and local restaurants made this a great vacay. Aside from Hurricane Olaf which was exciting (and very safe) everything was as described. Can't wait to stay here again.

This was a great stay for us with an ideal location. The host was very accommodating (we were able to do a last minute extension for 2 days) and the property is in a perfect location for us to head into San Jose. The property is part of World Mark so it was nice to have the pool bar and activities as well as the onsite restaurant. Dining on the beach at sunset can't be beat!

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay here! The condo is well equipped, didn't find anything we were missing. Bed was comfortable, patio was perfect for sunrise...I took a ton of pics! Concierge was great about helping book activities (Hidden Villages tour was lovely, parasailing spectacular). Pat gave us wonderful tips on the area (Flora Farms was an awesome dinner), and was very responsive to any questions before and during our stay, and emailed to check on us a few times during our stay. With Uber, it was more convenient than even the bus. A great stay, ready to return! Thanks Pat! No bad days in Cabo!

For our first trip to Los Cabos, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The location of Pat’s suite is perfect! It’s not in the town, so it’s very peaceful. And yet, it’s only a 10 minute walk to two beautiful grocery stores. We woke up every morning to a gorgeous view of the ocean and a long, wide beach with very few people on it. It’s also right along the main highway, so super easy and inexpensive to catch the bus into Cabo San Lucas, but the resort is down from the highway so you don’t hear the traffic. The suite itself is very clean and nicely stocked with everything you need to cook and function during your stay. The bed was comfy and we loved the big walk-in shower. The restaurant on site has delicious food at a reasonable price. The staff were all very friendly, and even the locals in San Jose all said hello when we were out walking. Of all the places we’ve travelled in Mexico, San Jose is definitely our favourite! San Lucas was very busy and touristy, but we really liked San Jose. Pat was always available through email, and she made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We would come back and rent from Pat again for sure!

Pat was very helpful with her suggestions for restaurants and activities. The description of the property was accurate and everything was spotless. What was not mentioned was the fantastic view from the balcony of the grounds and the beach. What a perfect place to read, have a morning coffee and watch the sun rise.

Great all round stay.

The Penthouse condo, unit 512 is set up very comfortably with nice living room furniture and comfy bed. The kitchen is stocked with all of the condiments you need for cooking. The unit is located at the end of the building so it is super quiet but still has the panoramic ocean and pool area views. Pat is really easy to work with and very detailed about making sure your stay is hassle free.

Everything went very well. The king bed was wonderful, the AC for sleeping in the bedroom was excellent, and the whole holiday turned out exactly as I had hoped. The owner was very responsive when we needed some advice. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband warned my not to go on here praising the property up and down. "Why? It deserves it?" Because he says, then it may just not be available for us next time we need to come down!!! :) (Laughter commences) Our family of my husband, myself and my 10 year old daughter came to San Jose Del Cabo as "newbies", under very different circumstances than the average vacationer. We come from New York and at 44, my health has been in a very bad way for 8 plus years. There is a clinic close to this property with some very promising treatments not available in the US. We would need to stay for 5 weeks. We did not know whether to choose a well known hotel or a private condo. We did not know Mexico, San Jose Del Cabo, how to speak spanish, what to expect, safety concerns with me being very ill and traveling with a child etc. To put it simply, I might have been the most reluctant traveler to embark on this journey. To put it simply, we could NOT have found a better place to stay than Pat's condo! It's a private, good size condo on a beautiful resort with all the amenities you could ask for to feel comfortablem safe, welcome, entertained, well fed etc! The condo has ALL the comforts of home from a washer and dryer to dishwasher to a very comfortable king size bed and murphy bed (perfect for my daughter), cable, wifi, flatscreen TV's in living room and bedroom...very nice kitchen and the most BREATH TAKING VIEW of the beautiful beach and ocean right off your balcony! I have traveled a lot and have never stayed in a place with a more gorgeous view for such a reasonable price! The staff are VERY accomodating and friendly. The pool and on site restuarant are amazing. There's volleyball nets, golf, tennis, ping pong table, pool table, gym...the list goes on! In my honest opinion, whether you are traveling for business, pleasure with family looking for a more laid back time or friends looking for fun, this is the place to stay! There's a little bit of something for everyone! I cannot say enough good things about Pat (the owner) and how accomodating she was to deal with. I cannot say enough good things about her condo and how perfect it was for our long term stay. I cannot say enough good things about the resort itself and all it has to offer! And not to beat a dead horse but I cannot say ENOUGH about the absolutely beautiful view that her condo balconey has, which took our experience from what might have been a generous 8 to over a 10 out of 10!!!! Loved it all!

This is my 10th or 11th time to Los Cabos. This trip was my best ever. This location and the resort amenities and staff were excellent. The condo came stocked with everything we needed, even some leftover spices, juices and liquor from prior visitors. Overall, this experience was everything as advertised. Oh, I can’t forget to mention the spectacular ocean breezes & views make you not want to leave!

property was clean and comfortable. everything we needed! restaurant was delicious and great prices. complex wasn't too big or overwhelming but still felt sociable, not crowded. everyone at the front desk was helpful. easy accessibility to buses, walking distance to other places to eat and very easy to get around. rental car is helpful but not needed. view was perfect! would highly recommend to friends!

We loved our Stay at the WorldMark Coral Baja. The condo was fully furnished and equipped with everything you could need – a place you could call “home away from home”. The location, amenities, staff, food/drink options are endless. This was personally my 3rd stay here, which each stay Pat goes above and beyond to make it “turn key” by answering all of our questions, and providing us with all the information we need from resort FAQ’s, local attractions/eateries to coupons. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, beautiful getaway. We will return again! A+

Great ocean view, steps away from the beach condo. Private owner (some of the condos are owned by Worldmark). This condo’s furniture, amenities etc all major upgrades from those of Worldmark. Very well stocked; extra bedding, lots kitchen utensils, extra pots & pans, food prep & storage items, lots of nice towels Community pool, bar, exercise room, business center, grounds well kept & beautiful. Good on site privately owned restaurant (avocado shrimp cocktail was excellent & huge) Security was outstanding Highly recommend

Upon our arrival we were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. Pat's condo had all the comforts of home, clean and well maintained with an amazing view from the balcony. Pat's suggestions for restaurants, transportation and local activities were perfect. The resort had a very nice onsite restaurant, wonderful heated pool and a beautiful beach which made for a most relaxing vacation. Due to the the weather back home, our flight was cancelled but Pat was available and accomodating which helped us get through what could have been a stressful situation. Thank you for a great vacation experience, we will defienlty be back soon.

Great waterfront place for a sunshine getaway. Large, well equipped condo with ocean view. Check in was easy and staff very helpful. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. We have booked for next year.

Both beds were comfortable, the apartment is in a quiet portion of the resort and had a wonderful view of the pool area, beach, and ocean. We had a great time! Pat was prompt with responding to emails and staying in touch. Thank you!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Pat’s unit was clean, well stocked, with an incredible view of the ocean. The internet connection in the unit worked great. Coral Baja is exceptional. The staff is so friendly, and go out of their way to make your stay amazing! We love Mama Mia’s and ate there several times. The location is perfect, and it’s easy to walk to many wonderful restaurants and grocery stores, or catch a bus downtown. Thanks Pat! Your place is the best.

This was the first stay in Cabo for my husband and I and right from the begining Pat was there to help with every little detail. First off I was greeted with a warm welcome when our reservations were made, Pat knew we were coming for our Anniversary so she made it extra special with a beautiful bottle of wine when we arrived. I was unsure about many things as we had never stayed in Cabo, however it did not matter because Pat made sure we had every detail needed to make our trip 100% perfect. I wanted to surprise my husband with a special private dinner on the beach and Pat made sure from beginning to end that I was contacted by all the correct people to arrage everything from the menu to the table setting. Up through the week prior to arrival Pat was in contact with me to assure all was ready to go. When the reservation was finalized, Pat sent written details on locations to visit and amazing restaurants to eat at...and they were great. Pat also sent coupons for free drinks and food...it seemed as though everywhere we went they knew Pat. The condo was beautiful and very clean, you could eat off the floors. We stayed in Unit 412 and the view was breathtaking as well as a beautiful breeze due to all the windows, making the unit bright and airy. Pat and I have already been discussing the next trip, only this time it will be more than 5 days...which was not enough time. When our last day came, Pat assured me that there was no rush checking out as no one was staying that night and cleaning was scheduled for the next day. The property is beautiful with a resturant, golf putting, tennis, general store and an amazing pool with a swim up bar. Sardina's which is at the entry of the resort was amazing as well. The staff made you feel like family, never once did they make us feel like just a visitor. I highly suggest the private dinner on the beach...ask for Diego as your private server, he was amazing. We want to Thank Pat and all of the people at The Coral Baja for their hospitality and the warm welcome. We will be back very soon and will stay in Pat's condo for years to come. Out heartfelt Thank You Pat...It was an amazing stay and adventure.

We are SO glad we picked Pat's condo at the Coral Baja. The view is spectacular, the condo clean, spacious and perfect. We were there as a family of four, and our two little girls shared the murphy bed just fine. Hoorah for in unit W/D we were able to do laundry while there (beach, sun and sand!). The resort is clean and well kept. The pool fantastic. The onsite restaurant had good food, and the Sardina Cantina (a small walk to the top of the hill outside the resort) was our favorite. We rented a car onsite (easy) and drove to beaches with low surf (Tequila Cove, Santa Maria) and the girls loved boogie boarding in the surf. We went downtown to Baja Brewing Company and walked around the art shops in San Jose. I cannot think of a single downside, outside the fact we had to leave and come home. We had a spectacular stay and would recommend the property to all. Cheers, Melinda

This resort was perfect for us as it is a hotel and condo complex at the same time. I have been in the area many times and have stayed in La Jolla, Mira Vista, Mykonos and El Zalate. While all are nice they can really be completely dead. Coral Baja has it's own onsite restaurant and swim up bar that is very reasonably priced. During happy hour in the pool we got 2 mojitos and 2 miami vices for $10 usd, find that at any resort pool with an ocean view. The pool is sectioned off so we were able to play water volleyball or just chill depending on our mood. We had friends come over from La Paz that were able to hang with us at the pool and have lunch. The best thing was dealing with Pat as she is a wealth of information and great to work with. Her unit was in perfect condition and very updated. We rented a second unit for a couple of days that was a timeshare unit and while it was nice it was not up to the standard of Pat's unit nor had the extra things in it or a private parking space. We will be contacting Pat for our next trip to the area.

Overall everything went well and smooth with the rental from Pat. Communication was excellent and the place is exactly as described. Washer/ dryer was a plus. Can’t beat the location. Thank you for having us

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We had everything we needed. The view was perfect! The resort was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and attentive to any questions we had. We loved hanging out by the pool. The kids and grown ups loved getting fruity drinks during happy hour. The weather was perfect while we were there. One of my favorite things was sitting on the beach with a cup of coffee every morning. Pat Lillo was amazing! She was able to send us some coupons by email and even while we were there continued to check in with us to make sure things were going well. She had great recommendations for us and we were greatly to be renting from such an attentive, helpful owner.
