Very spacious and comfortable apartment with an impressive design. The terrace is huge. The kitchen is well equipped. Good choice for a couple of nights in Heraklion.

Not very close to the historic center, but relatively easy to reach the center by car. Limited parking space in front of the property.

Elen is a very warm, friendly, kind and generous hostess. The apartment was very clean, with all amenities. Definately recommend it!

Arrived late because of the flight delay. Apartment was easy to get in, clean and spacious. Friendly host provided us with full instructions on how to get into the apt. WiFi and A/C worked well. I recommend this stay when you arrive at the Heraklion airport and need to find a place to sleep.

I wish the breakfast would be improved. Nothing else to complain about.

Ellen our host was terrific. She provided excellent information from star to finish. Great to communicate with. Ellen gave us detailed check in instructions, how to work washing machine, water heater, cooker etc. She sent pictures and videos to help us. We stayed for 3 weeks during lockdown. We stayed in ‘Cool’ apartment which was exactly as described by host. The apartment has full kitchen, separate bedroom, lovely living area and good size bathroom with bath and shower over. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a lovely little garden with furniture, BBQ, orange and lemon tree. Check in was straightforward with lockbox. On arrival, Ellen had provided breakfast items, tea & coffee, bread and vegetables. All the basics for cooking were available such as oil, salt/pepper and herbs. Plentiful supply of towels and bedding. Thank you Ellen for being fabulous.

Communication with the host was very good. Breakfast was simple, but there was enough. Although the location is a bit out of town, it kept the cost down. A quiet street with some on street parking. This was a good place for an overnight stop after a late flight.

We were not aware that the bedroom was only separated from the lounge by a fold back divider, not a separate room. This was ok for us, as we were only there for one night.
