Great property with a beautiful view of the sunrise. Everything we wanted and needed, very close to everything we wanted to visit.

This condo looked just like the pictures. It felt like home for the week. Had everything you needed for a great stay. Being right on the ocean seeing the view everyday was awesome. Hearing the waves crash while sleeping was a bonus. We googled eating places before we arrived 26 in all. Everything was less than 10 minutes away. We even saw a night launch right from the balcony! We looked at may other units in the building and this was the best by far. We had a few days of rainy cloudy days and were thankful for the view. The beach was never crowded either. The resort in whole was well maintained. Our only very small negative was the sliding glass doors were hard to open and close. Eating or relaxing on the balcony was awesome too. Getting to wash our clothes before leaving was so nice. We spent a few days at KSC which is only 30 minutes away. This will be our place to stay every year! I'll start with pros, then go on to cons: PROS: Beautiful view (although very bright in the morning with the sunrise!), Great beach, not super crowded- even on Labor Day when we went, not too many people on shore. Water was EXTREMELY warm! Like bath water! I personally loved that (I hate cold water ha) no shock factor, just get right in the ocean! It was so warm that we never even went into the pool. We did hit up the jacuzzi a couple nights though. Condo was stocked with kitchen supplies, 2 beach chairs (had to have my sister bring more since there were 6 of us), cooler, umbrella, and 2 GOOD boogie boards (not the cheap ones, which was great bc I love to boogie board and most condos we've stayed at have cheap, crappy boogie boards). Beds were comfy and clean. Communication with owners was great, check in was easy. They also had a queen size blow up mattress for extra bedding. Condo is right by the Kennedy Space Center so we were able to see a rocket launch from shore! so cool! Oh another thing that we loved was that the building had luggage carts you could use to haul all of your stuff up to the unit. That was handy. CONS: Building and unit were old- one of us got there a day early and one of the showers weren't working so maintenance had to spend a couple days fixing that. Luckily they were able to fix it. There were some bugs in the unit but to be expected in Florida. There is no "pull out" couch bed, just the sofa cushion. Also, the sofa pictured is not the same sofa. Our sofa did not have the chaise on one side. Another con was that the building only has one outdoor sprayer to spray all the sand off of your feet/boogie boards etc but it's located inside the gated pool area, so once the pool is closed, they lock it up and you can't get in to use the sprayer. I wish they would add another sand shower outside the pool area. Overall, a great stay! We had a great time on our girls trip!

Perfect condo for familly with lots of space with 2 bedrooms and 2 washrooms. Appreciate sunrise from large balcony or a short walk to the beach! Thanks to the hosts (Kelsy) for great information and follow-ups!

Absolutely fabulous! We spent 5 nights in apartment 507 and it was the best!! Right on the beach with a fabulous balcony and lounge that overlooks the sea - it's like paradise. The apartment itself is clean, spacious and well equipped with two generous bedrooms. It's well equipped and we wanted for nothing - Kelsy was great at pre check in and catching up during our stay and I'd recommend this apartment to anyone! What an absolute gem.

I really think this condo has the best views in the area. The two bedrooms with comfortable beds, fully furnished with laundry and kitchen supplies, and some beach chairs too. They have big, up to date TVs if you want a cozy movie night in. And an awesome balcony overlooking some great beach and dune views. A short stroll and you're on the beach, central to many restaurants, and a short drive to Kennedy Space Center, there's a lot to do while you're here.

Great place to stay property wise and location. Not super tourist feeling-not swarmed with hotels. Mainly all condos on the beach front. Beach was great not super crowded and large enough to accommodate if it would have been super crowded. Saw a lot of cruises ships going out from the port.

Communication with Kelsey was excellent! Was great to have laundry soap, paper towels, dish soap, and personal toiletries provided.

Great stay - it was awesome to hear the waves as we were falling asleep each night and playing cards. Porch is simply awesome! Only drawback was the couch - we thought it would sleep 2 children - really didn’t. Had to have one of our kids sleep with us the whole week, which led to a few struggles. I would not rent for anymore than 5 unless the couch is switched to a pullout type. Very clean and functional - neighbors were great and very friendly, beach was just sublime and got to see the launch on Friday night from the porch!!! Unfortunately will not fit for our growing family next year 😞

View from Condo was Beautiful! Oceanfront View with King Size Bed, Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and Cable TV was perfect for this vacation. King Bed had a very comfortable mattress. Living Room furniture was a little uncomfortable, but we spent most of our time on balcony.

After a year and a half of postponements due to Covid, we finally made it to our vacation in Cape Canaveral and our stay in Cape Winds 507! All we had to go on beforehand were the photos posted online, and the condo did not disappoint! The view from the balcony and thru the sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom was breathtaking. My only problem with the condo was the height of the bed. It was so high that I really struggled to get up into it, We were there for 10 days at Thanksgiving and the weather was uncharacteristically cold. Apparantly Florida was the victim of a cold front dipping down from the north. Consequently we weren't able to get as much use of the balcony as we would have liked, but the views were just as captivating from inside as from outside. There were a couple of little hiccups during our stay, but Kelsy was right on top of everything. I can't say enough about the great service that she and her co-workers at Stay in Cocoa Beach provided. I highly recommend them to anyone who is headed to the area. We are planning on renting from them again later this year.

Loved our Cape Winds condo. It was the perfect size for 2 people. The outdoor space was wonderful, loved watching the cruise ships come and go and we could see the SpaceX shot from the balcony. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were both pristine. We hope to return next year.

We had a wonderful week staying here in Florida!! Everything in the condo was great and just as described. The location was amazing! We are cruisers so being able to see the ships go in and out was awesome for us!! We had beautiful weather and just a great vacation! We would definitely stay here again!!

What a great location, beautiful morning views of the sunrise, easy beach access. Just perfect for relaxing with all the amenities of home. Great communication with staff during and after booking.

Every time our family comes down to Cocoa Beach, we typically have bounced around trying to find a place we love and fits our family. We found it, and can't wait to come back!

This is one of the best views we have ever had in our beach vacation stays! Waking up in our master bedroom while watching the sunrise will be a hard one to top! Enjoyed the pool and beach access within just a view steps. We will definitely be back!

This was our first time staying at Cape Winds . This unit did not disappoint! It has the best view. It was just my husband and 2 teenage boys but man did we have a good time. The beds were so comfy. There were plenty of beach chairs and body boards. The beach was beautiful to walk on every morning. If you are looking for some good places to eat, Squid Lips never disappoints! We also ate at Long Doggers and Fish Camp Grill. They were all amazing too. It was such a bonus to be able to come home with all clean laundry since there was a washer and dryer in the unit. We loved being so close to the beach that we could bounce back and fourth between the beach and the pool. It was not ever crowded at the pool either. We will definitely be back again. My only complaints which are very minor are that, I did have to clean the bathroom counter top before I could place anything on it as it was not cleaned off and the sliding glass doors to the balcony were quite hard to open, but I'm guessing with being on the beach all that salt water is what causes that.

We had a great trip to Cape Canaveral! Check in directions were clear and easy. The condo was updated, nicely decorated and clean, even though the building itself is older. The view was beautiful! We were able to utilize the balcony from the living room and master bedroom. Access to the beach was very convenient. It was nice and quiet and not too crowded, but only a mile walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We had such a relaxing week at Cape Winds. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and perfect for our family of 4. Look forward to vacationing here again.

Great beach spot, not crowded, nice and relaxing

Rented this 2 bedroom condo with friends. There are two ocean front lanai’s, you can see the cruise ships and other boats passing by. Spacious bedrooms with Very comfortable beds, plenty of closet space and drawer space. New washer and dryer, easy keypad entry, 6 beach chairs. Would rent there again!!

First off, Kelsy and the crew at Stay at Cocoa Beach are amazing. Their customer service and response times are top notch. For everyone who has done the “condo thing” at the beach, you know it's important. Next, the condo. It's definitely above the regular “shabby beach chic” that seems to proliferate everywhere. The beds are comfortable and there aren't too many things cluttering up the apartment. Enough pillows and towels and beach toys to fulfill a family. There are board games and books. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with basic items and the place was CLEAN when we got in. The porch is amazing. When at the beach I like spending a lot of time on the porch just looking at the sea and I had unobstructed views of the beach and could just sit and listen and enjoy. There are lots of chairs on the porch and once again, the porch and outside was super clean. They have smart tv's which makes life so much easier to watch any shows you may feel the needs to catch up on. We had a great time and have already booked our vacation here next year and looking for a week or part of a week later in the year. We've stayed in the cocoa beach area twice a year for three, going on four, years now and this company is, by far, the best we've dealt with.

The condo had all the amenities that my family needed. A gorgeous view, clean pool, kitchen/beach accessories and the perfect location near restaurants, shopping and Universal Studios.

The condo is very well equipped and the view is amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every day watching the boats and people in the ocean and on the beach. The pool was heated and comfortable and with the pool on the southern side of the building, it was great for sun tanning. The location is excellent, relatively close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Watching rocket launches form the beach was amazing and is a must do for anyone staying here. We enjoyed it so much, that we have already booked to come back again.

Great location. Peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed The heated pool and hot tub and sauna just about every day.

The condo was on the 5th floor facing the beach. Build was right on the beach, the beach was quiet no crowds, great view of Kennedy Space Center. The grounds and building were super clean and the staff(especially Jan!!!). We’re very friendly and helpful. Jan really made our visit! She’s awesome!
