Our family had fun at Beachside Resort! Everything from fixing breakfast to playing on the beach and swimming in the pool. The only disappointment was the mold buildup inside the washing machine. There are cleaning tabs that can be used to help keep it clean.

We had a wonderful time, gorgeous view, great hospitality, just an enjoyable week. This was our third time at Beachside Condo's, first time at Beachside House. We will be back, hopefully before 5 years. We were married on the beach and want to spend our anniversary every 5 years here. That may change. Thank you for making our anniversary a special one.

Checkin and check out were simple. Place is as described in the listing and has an excellent view of the beach. Kitchen had lots of utensils and prep equipment. Couches were a bit beat up, but still comfortable l. Would recommend for groups of 5-6. The Deck bar and restaurant had some of the best food on the island and was just a few steps from our door.

All was good.My complaint is with the dog owners who leave their dogs while they are going out to dinner. The dogs do what dogs do - BARK for 1 to 2 hours.I can get the at home.

Family members wanted a fall getaway at the beach. We had stayed in another condo in Beach House in the fall of 2021, so I was happy to find availability in same complex. The condo itself was nice enough, but want to share that our first morning in the kitchen, there was what appeared to be mouse droppings in a lower cabinet. We felt the need to wash everything before using. Also, a sheet pan we pulled out to bake biscuits on looked way beyond its expiration date. Fortunately, there were others. So, nothing horrible, just be a little more attentive, especially where food services/surfaces are concerned.

We could have stayed on this balcony all summer! There was plenty to do on Tybee and we loved the bike rides, but this view and condo were all we needed. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the restaurant and pool bar, so we did not need to rent a car. Everything was within a short walk or bike ride.

Definitely would recommend this property to anyone. We loved being able to open the balcony doors to view and listen to the surf. So easy to walk out on the boardwalk onto the beach and easy access to all the island had to offer. The resort was fantastic with very clean grounds and pools. It was a great plus to able to walk up to the bar and order a yummy drink. The Deck had great food too especially the shrimp burger. Disappointed with the units floors turning our feet black and could use some simple updating like a coat of paint. But it wouldn't deter us from staying there again.

This rental has a wonderful view at mid beach on Tybee Island. It is perfect for a quick trip to the beach. It has 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and 2 baths. It is not the most modern but comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen. We had a great time there.

Nice condo. Great view. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 stars in every catagory but supplies were lacking. There were no extra garbage bags, no TP or paper towels. Also, the property map shows a "dog park". Be advised this is just a small patch of grass along a busy entrance and exit to a parking garage. Very busy area with no fence.

This is a great spot but it was not clean. Last minute “note of freshness” left a sticky film on all of the floors and we could not use the laundry facilities due to mold in the washer. Someone had left a rotting takeout container on top of the fridge.

We met up with family from NC to do Tybee Island and Savannah! We really enjoyed our unit , very clean with an amazing ocean view !! Just need a larger TV in the family room for watching football. We definitely recommend staying here ! :)

The property was as advertised on VRBO. The ONLY issue was when we removed the bed linens as instructed, the master bedroom mattress had some stains. I notified the office before we left. We visit Tybee once or twice a year and have never experienced this. Overall our experience was fantastic. Could not ask for better weather.

First arrived to a clean condo facing the ocean. Next thing we noticed was how well the AC worked on some very hot days. Overall good stay. Would recommend to others. We were there with a big group for our family reunion. Very convenient and having the deck restaraunt was an added bonus.
