In the 4rd day of my stay some guy climing he worked in altido tried to enter the flat with keys, I was half dressed and I begged him not to open de door beacuse he was very decided to open, after I asked him not to open he told me to come out of the flat just to clarify. I got dressed and open the door I told him that I rented that flat for 5 days but it was very bothering that he wanted to look inside the apartment. I called the greeter Andrey and he calledd his supervisor I guess. At first Andrey did not believe me but I explained I was very nervous. Then Andrey asked in Altido what was happening and they told him this guy was a new greeter and that he was suppose to greet someone in other flat but that he took the wrong keys and went to my flat :(. So who was responsable for that? I was scared, nervous, half dressed as a woman traveling alone was not a nice experience in London. So I do not recommend this company, they are not making sure their new people have the right keys and the right address of the properties and they can just walk in your flat with keys in hand and when you are half naked.

Comfortable, modern and well-equipped. Great location. Easy transit access.

Kitchen needs a few more large plates. Only two Lg plates for our family of 4. We couldn’t find a broom and dust pan to sweep the floors (something needed for a weeklong stay). Other than those two relatively small items, the place is excellent.

The staff were great and communication was easy and friendly. Facilities were good and the apartment was very spacious for a 1 bed. The bed was comfortable.

Most of the furniture was poor quality and not very sturdy. There was a huge stain on the wall in the livening area which was clearly from an old water leak, it was badly stained and was growing mould. As well as being unsightly we were worried about the impact of breathing in the mould so we had the windows open a lot.

The area was quiet (except for the trains passing regularly under our windows). They replaced very soon the broken shower hose that we found upon arrival. The kitchen had all the needed appliances for cooking. There was free parking.

Not impeccable clean, no mopping device in the apartment - even though there are no cleaning services available for 7 nights. No change of bed sheets or towels for 7 nights. Not enough toilet paper rolls, no garbage bags, not enough amenities. No shelves or drawers to deposit the clothes (only hangers), we had to keep them all in the suitcases.
