I saw a snake, and the pool was not clean all the time, sometimes was a little bit with leaves and some staff

The room was quite comfortable and well maintained. Great location in Canggu on a slightly more calm street and close to lots of great food spots.

So many mosquitos!! The pool looks nice in the photos but you wouldn’t swim in it, looks a bit sad in person.

We have stayed here twice in our 6-month Bali trip. The first time we stayed almost a month here. It's a really comfortable place, with pool and walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. It's also a convenient accommodation if you want to cook your own meals as it has a fully equipped kitchen. The staff are all fantastic and made us feel well looked after and even taught us some Balinese and Bahasa words. We made a few lovely friends in this place from all over the world, including the staff too!! We will always have beautiful memories of Lamun at Ayanna.

Property is good but too much mosquitoes in the room not good with babies!

the number on the listing website was not responding at all, i tried to whatsapp them and email as well but no replies. when we arrived found out that the number that i texted was not with the handler of the property, im suggesting should put out the number of the handler instead, so guests can easily get connected. thank you.

We only stayed the one night, but it was a fantastic hotel. The room was very modern and comfortable. Quiet. Large bed and spacious bathroom. I had a great nights sleep after a long flight.

The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are comfortable. There are two very well-maintained pools. Rooms are cleaned every day. The shared kitchen is very clean and has everything you need. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

As far as I could see the sheets and towels were not changed on a schedule. I had to request for them to be changed.
