We booked this house for the second time. My sons, male cousins and uncle love to fish. Great way to celebrate Father’s Day weekend. House is terrific. Everything you need. Clean and location works for us. We will definitely do this again.

My wife and I, our daughter, son in law and 7 grandchildren stayed for a week in Michael's home at the end of August. This was clearly the best rental ( out of 14) we have ever experienced. Some of the pros: A box of tissues in every room (I know that sounds weird, but our last rental had none), lots of toilet paper, garbage bags, 2 refrigerators, lots of deck chairs, chairs by the beautiful and new fire pit, lots of fire wood, nice assortment of kayaks, canoe, row boat and peddle boat, lots of life vests, very clean place and beautiful hardwood floors. The TVs were simple to use ( some places we rented it was so complicated, we never watched) air conditioners in every bedroom, the most wonderful views of the lake, nice large upper deck, nice large lower deck, floating dock for fishing and to launch/tie up boats, storage for our things in the garage, great communication with Michael if we had a question, big clean Weber gas grill, extra folding tables available in garage, some interesting travel books available, lots of National Geographic magazines, lots of cabinets in the kitchen. Cons: None. We have already booked again for next year.

We loved this beautiful spacious home ! The lake is breathtaking and my daughter took the most amazing pictures of bald eagles. You can hear the wildlife and it’s so uplifting to spend time here. Stargazing at night and hiking at local parks during the day made this a fantastic way to reconnect with our adult children. The Museum at Bethel Woods is not to be missed . The local barbecue places were top notch. We played games and floated on the lake. We also caught a lot of fish right off the dock!! I highly recommend this home if you want to get away from it all! ( good internet if you need to check in too)

The house is always clean and has lots of places to sleep for a larger group. This was our second stay and we hope to be back again!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the house. The grill and decks are a highlight, as well as the big windows and view of the lake. House comes with kayaks and canoes, plus a paddle boat, that are great since the lake is not ideal for swimming.

I am happy to had choose this property for our stay. Is such of beautiful house, amezing view. The view is beautiful each time of the day. Not much to say. The place, in particular the views are magical. My family & I love the "Lake House" as we call it, and intend to go back.

This is an excellent waterfront property on Swan Lake that offers excellent fishing grounds. Conveniently located right of the RT 17. House can accommodate a large group of people with spacious kitchen and large size bedrooms with plenty of room for everyone. Looking forward to plan your next family getaway at this place .

We were up there for the Equinox festival at Arrowhead Ranch again. Same reason we stayed last year. Again the house was fabulous. Stocked with things we didn’t even know we needed. The beautiful fire pit was a great addition to the yard. Can’t wait to come back again next year.

We were 6 children and 8 adults. There was enough room for everyone. The children loved the boats, the bunk room , the piano, and the fire pit. The children jump out of the boats and swam with their life jackets on in the lake. They turned the downstairs into there game room. My mom is 88, and with the help of her grandsons, came down to the fire pit each night. The grounds are perfect for Bocce, corn hole and hide and seek. The view is amazing and the house is fully stocked with anything you could want. The family area is very large. We were able to all eat at the same time.(which doesn’t happen often). We saw many bald eagles, 3 bears, many blue heron, cranes and many deers. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

This property is absolutely perfect for a large family gathering. We were a smaller party but could really see how it would be perfect from small to large. The kitchen lacked for nothing nor did the rest of the house. Fantastic view from the decks. Beautiful home. Highly recommend.

Awesome views from the house and decks. Plenty of paddling options on property. We had more than enough room for everyone in our group. A short drive to Bethel Woods to see a show.

We were a family of 12 and had a wonderful time at Michael’s swan lake property. The home is very well equipped and had everything we needed. The kayaks, canoe and pedal boat were great fun on the lake. Michael is a very responsive host and made sure everything was ok, the description of the place is completely accurate. The property offers privacy and accessible to surrounding trails and attraction and close to the Woodstock museum. Would love to come back again!

The property is amazing. The house has tons of space and the layout essentially encourages you to have a great time. The dock is convenient to use for swimming and kayaking, and the lake is nice and quiet. We'd stay here again for sure.

We really enjoyed the house and the amount of sleeping arrangements it offers. The boats are lots of fun and the fire pit was ideal for s’mores and campfire songs! We definitely plan on returning.

This is a fantastic vrbo for a large group that wants to spend some quality time by the lake. The house is large, with plenty of beds, various communal areas, and a gorgeous lawn on the lake. Highlights include the 4-burner gas grill on the deck (we used it almost every night given the size of our group, making dinner prep a breeze), the fire pit that seems newly installed, the three decks including a hammock, and of course the lake and dock (including a paddle boat and kayaks that we used throughout the week). While the water is a bit mucky, we had a great time on floats and in the boats that came with the house. A number of us also had a great time swimming, though I recognize it wasn't for everyone. Overall a great house for a great price, we're already talking about coming back again next year!

Annual fishing trip with close friends and family was fantastic. Plenty of room and accommodations in the house. Owner was responsive to anything we needed. Would definitely go again.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable like home. The direct view from the living room, dining room and three of the bedrooms are breathtaking. We had lousy weather so we could not take advantage of the boats and fishing gear provided however the view from the back decks were so nice that we spent most of our time on the decks watching the scenery and talking and enjoying my family. It was cold and windy but no rain. The owner quickly answered my question which included whether there was wood for the firepit. There was plenty of it and we enjoyed sitting around a fire one evening making Smores. Although there was plenty of privacy and a beautiful landscape, a few miles away is a supermarket and lots of restaurants in Liberty, NY. Don't miss this one.

Our stay was excellent. The lake was beautiful. Michael the host was very responsive.

This was our second time at Mike's lake house, and we love it. The views of the lake from nearly every room in the house are breathtaking. This place is the perfect escape from the city. Just don't reserve the place when I need it ;).

Mike's place on Swan Lake offers a large and beautiful place to gather with others and retreat. There are plenty of beds for a group. There were 8 of us, with more beds than we needed. It is located right on the lake, with a dock that goes out to the water. With three large common areas to gather as a group, it was excellent for break-out sessions on our retreat. Every evening, we gathered on the deck overlooking the lake and even saw an eagle. A wonderful location.

Everything listed was exactly as I expected. There was plenty of room and the kayak and peddle boats were really cool. My friends enjoyed them.

I stayed here for the long weekend with a group of friends and we had a great time. The house was full equipped with everything you needed to thoroughly enjoy being out on the lake. Michael was very responsive. The house was a lot more spacious than we had anticipated. We had a great time and will definitely come back.

The house was great for large group lots of space. Great for boating.. Main issue is the swimming ability, really can walk into the water,. Extremely rocky, difficult to stand once you are in the water. Bring water shoes. Really not child friendly. Other than that , house was great.

Everything about the cottage was excellent except the ability to swim and motorboat in the lake, which is very shallow and rocky. It would be perfect for people who don’t have those needs.
