Geoff and Sue were very helpful and communicative. The house is very comfortable, and it is a short walk to the beach. It is also a short drive to get groceries or to downtown. We loved the quiet of this neighborhood and the access to beach and butterfly garden! A great house for our family of 10.

The house was very nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed. A fort and swing for my grandson. Beautiful backyard. It was close to the beach, grocery stores and quant places to eat nearby. Minutes away from boardwalk by car. It actually looked nicer in person than online, usually that just the opposite. Pop pool

The location is perfect. A five minute walk down to Natural Bridges Beach and the views of the ocean are spectacular. There are lots of trails to go look at monarch butterflies. Everything worked perfectly in this house… The hot tub, the fire table, and the barbecue. We will definitely rent this house again!

Weekend visit with our daughter who attends UCSC. Very comfortable and easy walk to west cliff! Being able to bring her dog priceless. Looking forward to another stay

Would stay again and would reccomend. Needs more serving/mixing/salad bowls. Stair railings should be on right hand side on both levels of stairs. Shouldn't have to wait for dishwasher to complete.

Location is great - so close to the ocean. The house has a nice outside area. But the interior needs some attention, seriously. The knives were so dull they were scary to use. The couch has a huge unappealing stain on it. Furniture, decor, appliances, etc., all just felt very old and in need to replacement.

We had every age you can image, from toddler, teen to adult staying at the house. Ten of us in total and we had a blast. We enjoyed the fire pit, Jacuzzi, bikes, and boards. We walked to the beach daily and even walked to the Boardwalk. The stove, fridge, & couch are large and could hold everything we needed for the week. The only thing the house needed was a few cosmetic updates (paint, new carpet, maybe a rug downstairs so you can sit on the floor) but that is it. The dryer was broken when we arrived but the nicest repair guy came and fixed it. No problem. I didn't get the usual email through VRBO for arrival and was getting a little nervous about it, but then received a text (that I almost did not respond to because I thought it was a scam) about needing to speak to me via phone. With a little more context in the initial text I would have understood it was Sue, the house manager, who is amazing! She gave recommendations on where to go based on the age of the kids and was texting updates about the dryer repair man's visit. Everyone needs a Sue when traveling:):):) Thank you again for a great memorable trip!

This house was perfect for us. It is a little beach funky, clean, well equipped, & very homey. We loved it. The kids (2 teens & a 6 yr old) ended up having movie nights & sleeping on the couches in the living room. Plenty of space for the 6 adults. We used the bikes & the walk to the beach was easy. Lots of beach stuff & the hot tub relaxing.Susan was very friendly & accommodating. She recommended The Crows Nest for our 48th wedding anniversary. It was amazing. Great trip.

We had a great time at this super comfortable home. The location is amazing. There is so much to do, we went to the boardwalk, marine center, and natural bridges beach. All of these fun experiences are just minutes away. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation, everyone had a blast!

Booked last minute, and received a welcome call from property manager, telling me a few things and checking in with me (nice service). The house is very comfortable, large and clean. Pillows were top notch, beds super comfortable, very clean home and loved the backyard (hot tub, bbq pit and just chilling out there). Walking distance to a perfect. beach (no dogs though), but the older teens loved biking down to the pier and exploring other beaches. Wish we could've stayed longer!

This is our second time staying at this property. It’s just as we remembered. Clean, quiet, so close to the beach!we could sit out by the fire pit at night and listen to the beach! It was a great family time.

Absolutely perfect for our extended family. Very accurate description of the inside, outside and access to the beach.. We really were able to walk there with a 5,7 and 18month old ( thanks to the stroller). Baby equipment was fine too. Fully equipped kitchen. Very clean! Plenty of beach related items for all ages. I’m guessing the cleaning of kid toys in the house due to Covid might be the reason there were no inside toys. Plenty of books, though. Only suggestion I have is rickety play structure in the backyard might be replaced by some fake grass or plants? All in all, great place!

We had a successful, comfortable family reunion at Geoff's house in north SC. The property is spacious enough for everybody to spread out or gather together. The beds and linens were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. The location was the best feature of the house. We walked to coffee many mornings, we ran or walked along W Cliff Dr, and we explored the monarch trail, marine center and Wilder Ranch along with a farmers market, a playground and a few breweries. The outdoor space was the second best part of the house. We used the hot tub daily, had many BBQ dinners and used the outdoor seating for games or relaxing around the fire pit. The house itself is spacious but fairly dated for the price. My suggestions for improvement would be an easy-to-clean, more comfortable couch and a few new beach toys and chairs. Overall, we had a great stay!

We enjoyed our second stay at this property and Geoff made it easy to accommodate my daughter's dog. The location is perfect for beach and walks through Natural Bridges Park.
