We stayed here with family. Had a great time! Pulled the boat right up to the dock. Caught several fish off the dock including snapper, sheepshead, and trout. Kids played in the pool everyday. Pool deck is huge and plenty of seating. Property Manager was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

This Florida vacation rental has THE BEST view being situated on a corner of 4 lakes. You get both sunrise and sunsets from this location. We loved morning coffee down by the water at the Tiki Hut. We took advantage of the kayaks, bikes, fishing and beach equipment. We also rented a boat for the week which was delivered right to our dock. We really enjoyed cruising the canals and visiting the Harbor and Tarpon Point as well as a day trip to Sanibel Island. The pool at this home was great and the teenagers loved the lights at night. Plenty of space for everyone with a lovely large dining table on the deck outside. Location of the home is premium and right around all the action that Cape Coral has to offer. Close to the beach/yacht club, Tarpon Point Marina (very close-biking distance) and short drive to the Harbor/Rumrunners. Valerie the manager of the property was excellent. She was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Very Professional and Nice! I would rent this home again in a heartbeat.

We spent a week at laguna breeze and had a wonderful time! We rented the house with another family and the layout of the house is great for everyone to have their own private space! We spent most of our time outdoors and the lanai and pool area are very spacious. Took us a little bit to figure out hot tub but it’s just delayed a bit. Enjoyed the kayaks although couldn’t get the lift to work. Had a few technical issues with internet as the cut a wire with building next door ( but didn’t hear a lot of noise ) and no hot water in kitchen but valerie was great about getting someone there to fix issues. Beds were comfy, view was beautiful, light switches outside confusing:-) House is on quiet street but no great area for bike riding or walking. We would definitely go back! Loved the view !

The house is nicely laid out and spacious, and we found the beds comfortable and clean. The master bathroom is particularly nice. The kitchen well-stocked with implements. There were ample towels and linens, and when we asked about cushions for the loungers, Valerie had some sent to the house right away. We had toddlers with us and the door locks and pool gate made it a safe, contained area for them to run around and play (while supervised, of course, but less nerve-wracking when you aren't afraid of them falling in the pool every second). The kayaks were fun and easy to use with the lift, and the kids had a good time fishing off the dock. We really enjoyed the common spaces for hanging out with our large group, and appreciated how responsive and friendly Valerie was. We would highly recommend.

Amazing location and great for multiple families that want to stay together. Home is so cute and pool and hot tub give you everything you need for happy kids! Only issue was a couple maintenance issues that were not fixed during our stay. (Dock lights and broken door)

Loved Laguna Breeze
We shared this fantastic home and property with our kids and grandkids for two wonderful weeks. The pool and docks were amazing. Enjoyed the kayaking and fishing right from the docks. The Tiki Hut was a great place for morning coffee and watching the sunset.
Loved the large outdoor seating and arrangements. The pool fence worked very well as a safety feature for our toddlers.
Valarie was very quick to respond to any concerns and issues.
The only negative was that the pool was deeper than expected (over 6' at the deep end)and not a lot of shallow water area for the elementarry age grandkids.

We loved this house! Actually better than the pictures! Beautifully spacious, kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals for our group of 7 adults & 3 kids. The large dinner table outside was perfect to eat our meals together overlooking the gorgeous pool & rivers. We found this house also had lots of areas to get alone to read a book or relax - especially the tiki hut where we saw awesome sunsets. We would love to rent here again except it is a bit of a drive to the beaches, 30 minutes to fort Myers. But other than that - it was 5 minute drive to Publix and pharmacy, Target & Walmart were 10 minute drive. Valerie was very quick with responses to our questions and provided all check in details clearly. Loved our holiday here!

The rental home was great! We stayed at the Laguna Breeze property with 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 8-17). The home was plenty big for all of us. Pool and hot tub were great to have. The house came with a paddle board and kayaks that we used on the lake/ canals. We were also able to catch fish off the dock. The home was clean and ready for us upon check-in, and was exactly as described. The property manager (Valerie) was wonderful to work with. She was always responsive to any questions we had prior to arrival or during our stay. She was very helpful and did a great job. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to rent a “larger” home for themselves or a group. We would happily rent this again. Location was very centralized for our activities and close to restaurants, groceries, ect. We made day trips including to the Everglades area (1.5hrs), Naples (1hr) and Sanibel (30min). Overall we were very impressed, and our expectations were exceeded.

We loved spending our Christmas New Years holiday here. The home is well stocked with everything you may need to experience a relaxing and perfect vacation. Fantastic restaurants located nearby if needed . The pool, pooldeck, hot tub, and pier/dock are top notch. Beautiful home furnishings. And thank you to Valerie for making for being so helpful. Wonderful relaxing stay at this beautiful home. They had the essentials for kitchen bathroom towels etc. but in addition couple bikes, paddle board, kayaks and some fishing poles. Wonderful touches to make it easy to enjoy your stay. We did have an issue w the hot water heater which was responded to promptly by the property manager and plumber. Master bedroom wonderful w access to full bathroom with shower. Other two bedroooms on other end of house w separate bathroom w shower. Grand living area but where this place is at its best is with the expansive outdoor areas to dine, lounge, fish, relax, lay in the sun. Pool was very inviting. Overall wonderful stay! Great communication and easy check in.

We enjoyed our stay at Laguna Breeze. The house was perfect for the 8 of us. The kids loved the pool to relax in when we returned from our days excursions and everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom. A very fun and relaxing week.

We stayed at Laguna Breeze in July 2021. The house was amazing! Clean, beautiful pool and grounds, plenty of space for the 10 of us. Loved the covered porch to sit outside when it was rainy. Plenty of kitchen supplies to be able to cook. Will absolutely return here. Only thing we would have liked was an outdoor TV and radio.

A beautiful, quiet property
We had a great time at this property. The outdoor area was remarkable with plenty of room for the 9 people that were in our party. Kids could swim, the boys fished from the back dock, the ladies lounged in the furniture and got some sun. The only negatives were that there wasn’t enough silverware (spoons and forks) for 9 of us. And that the kayak lift didn’t work, so we couldn’t use those.

Beautiful property, great location, almost perfect!
Home is very nice, but it’s the outside space that really impressed us. We had 3 families (10 people total, 3 couples and 4 teens/tweens) and we had plenty of room inside. Beds were comfy and everything was super clean. The pool area and surrounding dock is gorgeous and well maintained. Pool was easily large enough for 10, which was great because we were in it ALL. DAY. LONG. There was a large table on the deck that was perfect for our large group to eat, play games, etc. My only complaint is that while the outdoor space was beautiful, there were virtually no comfortable places to sit! There were plenty of lounge chairs, patio chairs, etc. but everything was hard plastic with no padding. There was a sofa set outside that we would have definitely used, but the cushions were so old and thin that you might as well have been sitting on the wood frame. Our kids piled 3 cushions up just to sit comfortably. Hopefully some pads will be added because then this property would really be 10/10.

Celebrating!
We travelled to Florida to celebrate two of our kids graduating from college and my retirement! The outside amenities of Laguna Breeze are wonderful, I'm sure more $$$ was invested in deck furniture than the actual house. Kids loved the pool and the fact that it was actually big and deep enough to swim. We struggled with the hot tub and getting it to heat consistently however we did use it. The king size beds were welcoming and pillow choices great. The bunk bed is a little on the flimsy order and our two adult sons who tried to use the room had struggles with it. Finally, the older one kicked the younger one to the couch. We cooked in almost every night of 9 day trip and enjoyed the layout of the kitchen, however dish towels and dish clothes would have been helpful. We were able to make do with the provided cookware and dishes. The house is located in a great community and you have easy access to a number of beautiful beaches. The house showed some definite signs of wear and tear, but you rent this home for the deck and pool area! We would rent again. BTW: The rental agent was great and responded to all of my texts within a few minutes. We had a leaking bathroom one day and it was fixed the next! Great service. Thanks

Amazing, relaxing, and clean!
We had an amazing week here. We had two families of 4 (8 total) and really enjoyed our stay. The pool is amazing and we used that daily. My daughter and husband fished from the dock. We used the hot tub nightly. This house was so big that we could spread out when we needed too, but also come together for family meals. Everything was clean and pictures are true to the experience we had. They pool deck is huge. We rent this property again!

Amazing property!
Spent a week at this location with two families and eight people total! The house worked out perfectly for us and the kids LOVED the heated pool and jacuzzi. We rented a boat for a couple days and tied up next to the dock just fine. Being on a corner lot, you felt like you had the whole area to yourself. The house was clean and as described. While there were lots of cameras, we turned the poolside ones off as able and was just fine. Would recommend this location to others traveling in the area!

The location and property was beautiful! Clean! Pool was perfect! Only cons-the cameras-clearly not “off” when the switch was turned off. 17 cameras in the back of the house alone with ones pointed right at the dinner table and hot tub. The oven needs updating. I wish the outside griddle worked. But overall great for our first VRBO experience!

Exceded Expections
My husband and I booked this home to spend a week with our 4 adult children, their spouses and our 2 grand children. The size of the house was perfect. We spent most of our time on the pool deck, in the pool, and around the huge outdoor table that was great for family meals! The only thing that I would change would be to add another shower. Only one shower besides the master for a house with five bedrooms. It worked for us because we were one family, but if four or five couples wanted to share the space....it might be an issue. I would totally recommend this home for a family vacation! Although we spent most of our time at the house, we did venture to a couple of near by beaches and restaurants. Best vacation we've had with our kids since they were little!!!!!
