This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a park. However, the beach access is very stair heavy. Overall, Lincoln City is a nice vacation spot for families.

It was super easy to do and the renting process was so smooth. The house was a little bit steep if you are older or have a disability (I was on crutches,my own fault!). The upstairs TV didn't work but with so many guests I'm sure stuff like that happens. The kitchen was stocked with spices and pots and pans so that was AMAZING! Overall would 10/10 recommend the blue bayou! Thank you!

Perfect home for our group of brothers family with newborn and 5 year old, myself and 3 grown children. Layout was great and beautiful neighborhood, nice walk to beach. Stairs may be a lot for some but no problem for out group. Would stay again.

We loved the set-up, decor, location, and especially the hot tub. This would be a great house for a family/extended family, group trip or girls' weekend. It has a view of the ocean from the upper deck, a small park close by and it's easy to get to the beach. The kitchen had everything if you wanted to cook and plenty of room for everyone to relax. We'll be back with our family next time!

It’s a nice house and we had a good time. Just be aware that there are a LOT of stairs (inside the house, outside the house and to the beach). Also a lot of the amenities were not working. Only half the jets in the hot tub worked, the grill and fireplace did not work at all, one of the showers doesn’t drain and the pool that was supposed to be open until the 30th was closed. There were also a lot of pet stains on the carpets. We still had a good time but I would not stay in this home again.

We were planning for 10. Unfortunately, one group of 4 could not make it. We found that the sleeping arrangements okay for 6 but would have been uncomfortable for 10 unless there were four younger children.

This 3 story house with hot tub was am amazing place. It was surprisingly close to beach access to the ocean. Very well Centrally located by grocery store and more. Great neighborhood, there was plenty of room for everyone in my group and there was 10 of us. The only downfalls to this stay was the driveway is very steep and angled straight up so taking a car up it was a little difficult and the kitchen is located on the very top floor so if you have older people this will be a challenge and very exhausting to get up and down to enjoy hot tub, decks, beach ect... but overall we loved this place and didn't want to leave. Home is beautiful just like the views you get from the decks.

Spacious, beautiful neighborhood, with park, stair access to beach. Love the outdoor balconies, and living spaces. Kids loved it too!

the house was great location spacious and loved the extra living space with gaming station the house was beautiful clean however the hot tub mention with rental was disappointing as it was very dirty and we could not use it

We had a great visit to Olivia Beach. House was as listed and we loved all the natural light. The kitchen was great for everyone to hang out at. My only disappointment was cleanliness. There was a half eaten apple left next to the sofa, surfaces were dirty and we didnt end up using the pull out bc when we lifted the cushions it was soooo filthy. The house definitely needs some deeper cleaning done but overall it was a great visit and we would stay again :)

We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach. However, there are a lot of stairs in this house and alot of stairs down to the beach.

Once we got the correct code to get in everything was perfect! Short walk to beach, nice hot tub, very comfortable and fun house!

We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Bayou. The property was very clean and well stocked. The kids loved the bunk beds and playroom with all the books. The king bedrooms on second floor were wonderful with the en suite bathrooms. The living area on top floor was spacious with a great kitchen area, again, well stocked. Would certainly recommend to family and friends.

Plenty of room but very loud house, wasn’t very clean when we arrived, we dealt with it and had a nice trip to the beach. Know that the key fob hanging on the hook downstairs is for the Rec. Room down the block. We didn’t.. unfortunately

This home was perfect for our family. Very clean and modern. Note to families of young children: the bedroom with the bunk beds and the game room are both on the first floor right by the main entrance and away from the master bedrooms (both on the second floor). This was perfect for my kids who are older, but might be problematic for families with littles. The main living space is on the 3rd floor. There isn't a fenced yard but a park is within walking distance if you bring a dog.

House, location, hot tub, and view were all perfect! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which was really nice. Kitchen and living area nice and open for all to be together. Would definitely stay here again!!

First the layout of the home and decor are wonderful. The home is spacious and has bathrooms on every floor. Great layout! The important areas of the house were very clean, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. However, after what has likely been a busy summer rental season, furniture, rugs and coverlets are all in need of a deep clean. The hot tub was fantastic! Sadly I rated low due to maintenance issues with the property: front door electronic lock didn’t work at check in, one bar stool was dangerously without bolts and could have caused a fall, toilet paper holders and hand towel holders falling off easily or off, window latches not working or falling off. I did have to contact Vacasa twice about the electronic lock, but their service was very good. I also had to rate low due to my biggest issue with the property which was the lack of transparency in the listing about construction taking place NEXT DOOR. If you are like me and want to sleep in or nap on vacation, things I don’t normally get to do, you won’t want to hear the “pop-pop- pop” of a new roof being installed next door. Or, port-a-potty’s being empty at 7:30am near the front of the house. This should be disclosed in the listing so customers can be fully informed and choose another property if they want to. Also, be aware that while this location is close to the beach, the view is from the top floor only and what I would call a peek. The neighborhood, while lovely, is jammed with houses, and the house is up a ridiculously steep driveway, so keep that in mind. There are nice walking paths and you will get lots of exercise climbing all the stairs in and around the house. We had a nice time and again, the home is lovely, but I don’t see this location being somewhere I would stay again.

This is our second time staying here. We had a blast. The house is laid out nicely and allows for multiple families to have space while the kids have their own. We highly recommend.

My family and I love this home. There are 10 of us and we all stayed here comfortably. It is super close to the beach, a park and playground just down the street, and the neighborhood is sweet. The home is well laidout, very clean, and stocked with all the essentials. We love the hot tub and bug living room. We are excited to come back, though while we were staying here, next door they began work to build another house. We hope this home doesn’t loose it’s amazing views of the ocean.

Really enjoyed our stay at blue bayou, property was clean, well furnished. View was great. Neaighborhood was cool. Only three minor things that might be looked into for improvement: 1. The smoke alarm in the house was EXTREMELY SENSITIVE. It went off any time we cooked, and would go off every five minutes or so, even with all of the windows and door to the deck open. We ended up rigging a fan to blow air at it after dealing with it for the first hour or so of cooking. 2. The Roku could be set to guest mode, which would allow others to download and log into apps without fear of leaving their account info for the next people to rent. There were shows we wanted to watch as a group on an app that wasn’t available because we couldn’t download it. 3. There was a slight ring of scum around the hot tub that could have been cleaned before we arrived. Other than those things, we all loved our stay. Thank you!

Large and beautiful home with a great view! Loved that there were king beds and the bunk room was so fun for my daughter and her friend! Would definitely stay again and recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The beds are super soft and comfy, the home has plenty of space to spread out and the kids loved their kid cave on the bottom floor! The top deck had beautiful view of the ocean and the lower deck has access to the hot tub as well as a great fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked with the items we needed. We would definitely stay in this home again. The only negative for our family was the cleaning of the property in between guests was not quite what we expected with such a beautiful home.

This home located in Olivia Beach is perfect for a large family! Our family of six had an amazing long weekend in this well appointed house, The downstairs entertainment room was a hit with the tweens, everyone loved the hot tub! Delicious food was prepared in the kitchen while enjoying the views from the upstairs and adjoining balcony. Be prepared to get your steps in with all the stairs. Loved the house and adorable neighborhood, will visit this area again.

If you don’t like the smell of pet urine don’t book this home. Too bad.

Our family loved the house! We will be staying again soon. Would recommend staying at least 4 days to really make it feel like a vacation. Please note that the BBQ is not functioning but still a wonderful place to stay.
