Stayed with 3 generation family. Plenty of space, very clean and had everything we needed. Kids loved the little 'hideout' under the stairs! The outdoor space and gazebo/fireplace area was a highlight. Owners were lovely as i had some struggles with the VRBO app...Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The location of the property was ideally located away from the main highway. The home was clean, beautiful and wonderfully appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

We loved our stay and had so many adventures. 2 Master bedrooms was perfect for our 2 family trip! Close to RMNP, the lakes & good food. Just loved the back deck and spent alot of time cooking out and enjoying all the outside space. Hosts were amazing. We will be back!

Loved our stay. House was perfect for our family of 9. Beautiful views from every window and the fire pit was wonderful. Hiked to Strawberry Lake and Cascade Falls they were both awesome. Grand pizza was yummm. Grab groceries in Grandby before you checkin!

This home was perfect for my husband and I and our children and grand children to explore the town of Grand Lake. We would definitely recommend this rental! Close enough to town, beautiful inside and outside, in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views of the mountains and close to Rocky Mountain National park for wildlife viewing and hiking. We saw Moose every day that we visited the Park. We enjoyed cooking at the home and also going shopping and eating at the local restaurants.

The home was comfortable and spacious for our group of nine and conveniently located near Grand Lake and Granby. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for preparing meals. Great views of the Rockies from every window. Several games and puzzles available to enjoy family game nights and unwind after spending days exploring the mountains.

Loved this property for it's great layout. Kitchen is open to dining and living area for ease of sharing stories & getting help with meals. Even has Bluetooth speaker in lightbulb fixture so you can listen to great tunes right from your phone. The backyard has several areas to enjoy including: gas firepit with roof for getting out of the rain, plus deck with large patio table for dinner/appetizers, and chairlift & custom Adirondack chairs for lounging. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood setting. Great for walks, especially for sunrise pictures.

Very nice property with nice amenities. Loved the gas fire pit along with horseshoes. Open dining/ family area worked great for our family gathering of 11. Please check the front tree for a wasp nest! We could hear the swarm and saw them flying around but they didn’t sting anyone. Nice quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay!

From the moment we arrived this property was everything we hoped it would be and so much more! A great place for making memories, with ease of access to all we wanted to do. Lots of outside offerings right on the property…everything in tip-top condition. A most beautiful place to stay with lots of space…we would definitely choose to stay here again. Such a great home. Clean. Spacious. All of us had plenty of our own space for our separate families. The house was perfect. All the comforts of home. Big kitchen with all you needed to cook. Had all our meals there. Great outdoor space to relax. Quiet neighborhood. Close to both towns. Loved every minute there! Miss it already.

This is our second time staying at the property and we just love it! It's great for a big group who wants space to hang out, cook at home, and sleep comfortably. The location is quiet, but not far from the ski resorts. We had a great time!

This was the perfect property for myself, my husband, any our grown kid's family. Loved the house's layout and proximity to Grand Lake and neighboring towns. Extremely comfortable, welcoming, and roomy!

We had a wonderful relaxing time at this beautiful property!! We come to Grand Lake every summer looking for our favorite house, and we finally found it!! The house has everything you need and is so nicely decorated! We saw a bear walking through the neighborhood one evening and got lots of great photos! We will definitely be back next year!

What a wonderful stay we had in this beautiful home in Grand Lake! As everyone is saying, the home is even nicer than the pictures! It is very spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen has everything you would need and has high-end cutlery and appliances. We cooked every night and enjoyed the large dining space. The outdoor area is peaceful and has a really nice seating area with a gas fire-pit. We enjoyed our walks around this quiet and serene neighborhood and say moose nearly every day! The beds are all super comfortable and we really liked the spacious master suite on the second floor. We liked that there was only one TV in the home in the comfy loft and enjoyed movie nights up there - was nice to go to a different part of the home for this. We rented a pontoon boat at Trail Ridge Marina one afternoon and and the staff there couldn't have been nicer. Thank you for a great stay! We would love to come back!

What an amazing home! Thank you for the hospitality. We loved every moment, especially the herd of elk that visited and the moose who made for some great entertainment in the front yard.
