Nice property and we had fun around the house has to offer. Area is closer to grocery stores and gas station.

This cabin was awesome! My friends and I went up for a weekend and there were tons of games, amenities and plenty of beds to sleep in. The movie room is a plus!

I give this place 4 out of 5 stars just because a couple things like TV didn’t work and jacuzzi water didn’t get that hot. Other then that house was amazing. My whole family had a blast watching movies in the movie room and playing pool and table tennis. Would definitely book this house again I’m the future.

The cabin exceeded our expectations and although we had a large group everyone had their own space and it didn't feel crowded at all. Very comfortable accommodations. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Perfect sized house with plenty of beds and had everything you needed! We had a large group come up for a two night stay, and everyone wanted to make it an annual trip! We will definitely be back.

My annual family get together chose Big Bear this year, as none of us had been there. It was a wonderful vacation and this cabin provided the perfect, quiet location for all of us with plenty of room, great views and a nice back patio with a private view of the hillside. Everything worked as expected and there were no issues while we were there. Perfect.

This was everything it states plus more! It is a beautiful home with all of the listed features and then some. From smaller details like plentiful towels, blankets and pillows to the more advanced wish list like sleds and a hot tub, this home was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. We will absolutely stay in it again! A couple who visited us at the house for dinner has already booked their next vacation there. Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful home!

Lovely house well equipped and located. Bedrooms not well defined and so the home not ideal for multiple couples.

The open area concept of the kitchen/dinning/living room is great for entertaining large groups. There were 13 of us staying for the weekend, and there was plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked with most any appliance (including a rice cooker and large cube whiskey ice-tray courtesy of our forgetful group lol) and other essentials like cooking oil and seasonings. The outside area is amazing as well, with a sloped hill that sometimes is covered with snow, and a hot tub and bocce court that was used early and often during our stay. The house is also about 5-10 minutes away from Bear Mtn. and Snow Summit, as well as a couple local grocery stores and eateries. There were a couple of issues that prevented us from giving the property 5 stars. During the first night, the heater wasn't working. We texted the property manager Jason, who in turn contacted the owners to adjust the thermostat remotely. Though it seemed to work during the day, later the next night it stopped working again. Also, we seemed to run out of hot water after the first few showers of each morning. Despite these minor hiccups, the property and service we received were excellent. We appreciate the beautiful home and look forward to staying here in the future. Thanks!

We stayed here for a weekend get away with a large group of friends/couples. The property perfectly accommodated everyone and was conveniently located close to the slopes, restaurants and grocery stories. Property management made the process seamless from start to finish. There was a small hiccup with the internet and Jason was there to immediately get it handled. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Pros: 1. Kitchen and living room area are very open with a nice flat screen TV, and became the main spot for gathering throughout the day. We cooked and enjoyed the view from the cabin. 2. Backyard and front yard had plenty of snow for kids. We did not have to go snow tubing - everything was right there! 3. Master suite was gorgeous. Cons: 1. Can you put instruction about the thermometer called Nest? It was hard for us to figure out to turn on the heater over night. 2. Beds in other rooms could be better. One person complained of back pain... Despite a few listed above, all my family loved the stay at this place. Would definitely love to visit again!

This cabin is beautiful! Wonderful place to stay! A group of 12 friends stayed in this cabin for a long weekend, it was a winter snowboarding trip. The location could not have been better, only 5 min from both ski/snowboarding resorts, Big Bear Mountain and Snow Summit. Also, very close to a grocery store and gas, the lot is tucked away so you can see other homes but you're not right on top of each other so there is privacy. The inside of the cabin is so beautiful and it was extremely spacious for 12 people, you could have fit more. The kitchen is amazing! It had everything we needed to cook homemade meals both nights we were there. The large grate room with a fireplace really set the mood for a winter getaway, the loft overlooking was very nice as well, it has a piano so when someone played you could hear it, very enjoying. The hot tub was nice after a day of snowboarding and there was also a hill in the back of the house so we went sledding too, which was very fun, the owner provided sleds. Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying here and I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone. The organizer was very helpful and kind, allowed us to check-in early and had the cabin ready for us on time. My only reason for not giving this cabin a 5 star is because there was no salt provided for the outside walkways and driveway, it was very icy and we had a few people fall and cars were sliding back. We had to break up the ice ourselves with shovels we found in the garage, not the most ideal situation but we had to clear areas for the tires to keep the cars from sliding and us from falling. Thankfully nobody was hurt but salt should be provided especially in the winter months. Also, the master bedroom where I stayed was freezing! It seemed as if the heat does not travel there very well and the fireplace inside does not give off much heat, we had to put two extra blankets on the bed.

This cabin was amazing! My family stayed here for a weekend and it was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, there was an abundance of towels and extra bedding, and it was clean! It's a perfect place for a small family gathering /weekend getaway for a couple small families. We had a great time and will definitely be booking this again in the future!

The cabin was beautiful and comfortable for all 16 of us. We really enjoyed our stay; however, there were a few kinks as far as communicating check-in times and taking the trash to the disposal. However, we will be prepared next time :) overall great experience.

We were a group of 16 friends celebrating a birthday. There was plenty of space for sleeping (slumber party style) and for hanging out. The main living room/dining room/kitchen area was incredible. It never felt cramped cooking in the amazingly stocked kitchen (kitchen end, so many pots and pans, 2 slow cookers...) or just hanging around on the super comfy couches. The property was stunning with a yard that went up to a beautiful lookout onto the slopes, a bocce court AND a horse shoe court, and a fabulous hot tub. We all agreed we should come back when we need another weekend away from the city. Jason was a great host who was clear about his expectations, and about the house, and who gave us our space during the stay, and returned our security deposit promptly, Can't wait to head back up and play games next to the fireplace.

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. It was so welcoming and cozy. We opened the door and the magic began. The owners had decorated a Christmas tree and put up other decorations for the Christmas season. The home was gorgeous and spacious and the outdoor area was spectacular. We enjoyed the waterfall, the jacuzzi with snow all around, and the lovely porch areas too. My dream to spend Christmas in a cabin in the mountains with snow, finally came true. We took time to slow down, turn off the tv and enjoyed our time together as a family. The property was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this property to friends and family. We did note there was no garage door opener and that master bath was big and roomy, but the other baths were quite small. Thank you for helping us to have a special Christmas vacation on.

I was so pleased with this beautiful home, location was perfect. My whole family loved this house. It actually felt like home to us. We love to cook and bbq, and the kitchen it's fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need. There is a clean well kept grill outside, perfect living room space to gather, rooms and showers were very clean. Very cozy atmosphere, just amazing times there. Already planning to spend our holidays there next year. Totally recommend!!

The cabin is amazing! So spacious and clean! Kitchen and great room perfect for family interaction and cooking. We utilized the spa, horse shoes and the kids loved the back yard! Beautiful neighborhood and easy walk to watch fireworks! Landlord was very nice and prompt when we text him. The perfect place for my 40th birthday celebration! I would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin. Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, warm and cozy and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities we needed. We did tons of cooking for our group of 12, and we had all the kitchen supplies to do so. The rooms and beds are all extremely comfortable and the hot tub just seals the deal. The hosts were very helpful and available to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this cabin, you will be pleased beyond belief. My friends and I are already planning our next adventure to Big Bear solely around staying here.

We just rented this beautiful house and loved our experience there. The view is absolutely amazing with tons of decks and windows to experience the setting. It was an extremely easy rental process - and our best experience in Big Bear to date. The house was extremely clean, well equipped for cooking. We loved the rooms, especially the main one with the kitchen/living room as one large space. It made watching small children much easier! The waterfall in the back is beautiful - lots of birds and wildlife to enjoy. We would highly recommend this space and look forward to renting again in the future!

My friends and I spent a weekend here and had a great time. It was a group of 14, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The entire house was clean and the pictures accurately reflect the actual appearance. We loved the big kitchen (which was stocked with just about anything you could want), and the common area was quite nice. There is also a loft upstairs where people could also hang out. While the upstairs bedrooms are somewhat tiny, we still managed to fit 5 into one of the rooms (we didn't want anyone to have to sleep on the pullout in the loft since noise from downstairs easily carries up.) Small quibble -- the water pressure in the upstairs shower was pretty weak. However, the shower downstairs had great water pressure -- so it was a trade-off. The location was very nice -- just up the hill from the lake and just a few minutes (driving time) from the village area. Izzy, the manager, was very friendly and accommodating and was ready to answer all of our questions. Another small note: We were told we'd get the deposit back the next day (which seemed impressive) but 12 days later I still hadn't received it. But one quick email and I had my deposit back within 30 minutes -- so probably just an oversight. Anyway, the overall experience was great and therefore... 5 stars.

it was a wonderful stay with my family. the kids loved it and so did everyone. I highly recommend to everyone. it was a great Christmas. the cabin was excellent ., clean and above all hugh. it had everything you would want. it was an excellent choice. we had a great Christmas stay. we would definite stay again.
