Staying in the condo allowed for proximity to the beach while being very comfortable and enjoying the amenities offered at Beach Dreams. I recommend this condo to anyone.

Perfect spot for me, my wife and two teenaged boys. Had everything we needed for a fun filled week. Having a pool and hot tub to hang out in after a day at the beach was icing on the cake!

This property is located on the 2nd floor condo unit in the Beach Dreams community. It has 2 bedrooms [queen bed in each], living room and full kitchen. The accommodations are comfortable and provide enough room for parents/kids to have their "own" space if needed. (The living room has a separate glass door that divides the living area so noise can be minimized.) This was ideal for a family of 4. I think a 5th person would make the space seem a tiny bit cramped. An added benefit is having access to a washer-dryer - you can dry your bathing suits and towels and be ready for another day at the beach. The Beach Dream property also had a pool that the kids enjoyed - and it was a short walk to this facility. Beach Dreams is situated right in between Wells & Ogunquit, so you have your choice of beaches to visit - and it is a quick drive to Scoop Deck for ice cream or Wonder Mountain Fun Park for mini-golf [these are walkable from the property, but Rt 1 is a high traffic area] - so we chose to drive out of convenience. The neighbors were welcoming and polite. Check-in and reservation process was seamless. Definitely recommend to families/couples looking for a great place to stay in southern Maine.

Everything you need is there and it is close to beaches, restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay there again!

This condo was right off the main drag but felt very secluded. It was supper hot during our stay, so having access to the condo community's pool was a huge bonus. The kitchen is super well equiped and Kathleen was very responsive.

This property was a amazing! It was kid-friendly and had all the comforts of home for my entire family. My boys, 9 and 11, especially enjoyed the boogie boards, scooters, footballs, and variety of games that were available. The condo itself was very clean and a comfortable place to settle after a fun day in the sun! Looking forward to staying here again!!

We had a fantastic time staying at this Beach Dreams cottage in Wells. The place is spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The location, just a short drive or walk from local beaches, restaurants etc. was perfect to enjoy our extended vacation. Highly recommend!

This location is perfect for visiting Wells, Kennebunk and Ogunquit. The condo is perfect for a family and is quite comfortable. There are multiple air conditioning units that kept the unit comfortable. The sleeping accommodations were very comfortable. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

The first impression is "wonderful". We found the property comfortable, clean and very well prepared for guest's needs. Kitchen had abundance of supplies to prepare favorite meals. The unit has a beachy feel and lots of beachy deco with whales being the fav. The check in process was a mishap, but due to the heavy rain, but all came out in the wash we think. as, no one was at the gate to allow us access to office for the keys , etc. I would give this property a 5 star for the price and atmosphere.

Great property. Very clean and located close to lots of restaurants and shops in both Wells and Ogunquit. Easy check in and check out process. The owner and the property manager were easy to communicate with and were quick to respond with any questions. This is a two bedroom condo but the living area has doors that can close, so it could easily be used as a sleeping area. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are a couple of large grocery stores in the area. We would stay here again!

We loved our stay at Beach Dreams #D3. The cottage was charming and had everything we needed. The ammeneties on site were great as well. Cottage is in perfect location - tons to do! We visited Wells beach, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport and Portland. We will be returning to Beach Dreams #D3!

Overall we had a great experience. The property was clean and well maintained. Last year when we stayed at this property we made some minor suggestions and were happy to see this year the owner took up on our suggestions. The condo is close to everything.

This cottage has everything you need in a very cute cottage surrounding. The location is excellent for access to all beaches and stores and restaurants in the Wells , Ogunquit area and further up the coast. Will come again. Ang n Til from NorCal.

The condo is in a superb location right on Rte 1 with easy access to many locations in each direction. The home was very neat and relaxing. The kitchen had every comfort from home. There was not a single thing we wished we had. We would highly recommend a stay at Beach Dreams.

Very nice experience overall! Easy booking and registration on-site. The condo is located at the entrance of Beach Dreams, a summer cottage site, which is near the main road (less than 10 minutes drive from Ogunquit Beach, Ogunquit Center and Perkins Cove, 15 minute drive from Kittery Outlets, 15 minutes drive from Kennebunkport and Kennebunk Beach) and also a short 15-min walk to Moody Beach. There is also a supermarket and pharmacy less than 2 miles away. The personnel and other owners/renters were very nice. We had access to the pool and main building which was nice to have on more cloudy days. Kathleen was available and on-site if we ever needed something. We were also given a list of restaurants, activities, and beach descriptions to start our vacation - this was highly appreciated! The condo itself is very clean, well decorated and had everything we needed (microwave, fridge, oven, washer/dryer, wi-fi, etc). Would highly recommend this condo or any other Beach Dreams ones vs. others that were available in the area for the same rental price!
