We had a great time in Nashville!! The Uber/lyft process from here was super easy. The house was clean and well maintained! The owner responded to my text messages immediately and was very helpful! Would definitely stay again!!

Vrbo was easy. Beautiful and very clean home. Check in was easy. Very thoughtful host. Everything you need is provided. Beautiful setting and close to downtown.

This house is beautiful and immaculately clean. The host was extremely responsive although we had little to communicate about. Entry was easy, the house had everything we needed and more. The location was five minutes to downtown and a $7.00 Uber ride. We would stay here again if we get a chance to return to Nashville.

We had a great time in Nashville and this house worked perfect. We were able to walk to downtown and it was an inexpensive Uber when we drove. The house was perfect and we will def stay here again when we make it back to Nashville! The owner was super helpful and responsive to all our requests and changes!

Had a great stay. Very clean. Was the perfect home for 2 adult couples. Both bedrooms had an en-suite which was nice. Close proximity to Broadway and on a quiet street. There is the interstate behind the home but it was never enough noise to worry about and could only hear the traffic when sitting in the hot tub or in the back yard. Very quiet in the home. Overall a great place to stay!

The property was extremely clean and beautifully laid out. My husband and I traveled with another couple and we all had plenty of space. The patio was outstanding. Such a beautiful outdoor area. There was a grocery store in walking distance. Also, some small local restaurants we enjoyed nearby. We Ubered, and even walked to Nashville. We felt fortunate that there was no need for a rental car. We were able to catch many sights in Nashville and enjoy local flavor.

Such a bonus to have a house with two master suites. The back yard was great to relax in before heading into the city and well as enjoying the hot tub at the end of the day! There is a great farmers market within walking distance. Richard is an extremely responsive host, we will be back!

Perfect landing pad for a Nashville long weekend with friends. Property is a short Lyft/Uber ride to the downtown bar district on Broadway. Cost was between $8 and $14 depending on the time. More convenient and cheaper than driving. We drove once and paid $50 to park for a few hours. The hot tub was a delight, beautifully situated in the oasis right outside the back door. The house had everything you need and even some extra’s. The beds were SUPER comfortable!

We were looking for a home with a private backyard and good proximity to downtown and this listing did not disappoint. First, Richard was very responsive and friendly to work with. He gave us clear checkin information a week prior and was always available if we had a question. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything to make our stay comfortable. The pictures represent the home very well and shopping is very close. This was our friend’s first VRBO experience and they enjoyed every minute of it.

Stayed here for a weekend trip. Location was great. Property was just as described. Richard was great to communicate with and very accommodating. Only thing that was on the downside was the construction noise next door that continued through the weekend. Besides that, great place. Thanks Richard!

Was a very nice place to stay, very close to downtown, an easy uber ride down. Hot Tub was very nice to have after a day out and about. a perfect space for 2 couples. very charming.

We had a great time visiting with family to celebrate thanksgiving. Easy access to the rest of the city and a nearby grocery store was a bonus!

House was as discribed, very clean and nice, close or a short ride to everything. The host was very reponsive to questions. Perfect for a little get away. Nice place to stay if visiting Vanderbilt.

A friend and I were on a road trip and stopping in Nashville for a couple nights. This property looked like the perfect place to unwind while also being close enough to downtown Nashville to be able to enjoy the city. Both bedrooms were great, with their own bathrooms, so we each had our own privacy. It was great to use the hot tub at the end of the night, prior to going to sleep; and it was even better waking up in the morning to use the fireplace while we enjoyed our morning coffee/breakfast. Getting in and out of the house was easy and convenient. Parking was readily available, without any issues. Downtown wasn't too far of a walk, with plenty of cool bars and restaurants along the way to make the walk seem even shorter. The Uber/Lyft back to the house was short and quick. Plenty of delivery options for food and/or groceries to the house as well. The owner was great at communicating as well, when we had a couple questions regarding the property. He also included a binder full of great, nearby recommendations. We would happily stay here again if and when we swing through Nashville again!

This stay was just what you would want in a perfect VRBO. Great communication, great home, good location from downtown. Definitely would stay here again.

Loved our stay at the Arthur Avenue home. The house was lovely and had all the comforts of home. Beds, linens and towels were top quality. A short Uber ride to downtown, averaging $10-$20 in the evening. Would definitely stay there if we return and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Nashville!

The house was everything we expected. Comfortable and homey. Richard responded to any questions very timely. Close enough to downtown Nashville. Would definitely recommend this house!!

The property and home was even better than advertised with a few surprises that exceeded expectations.

The house was nice, but not in walking distance to much. We had a problem with a remote. The house was clean and comfortable. I would suggest an upgrade to the pillows.

The property was very clean and spacious. Rick communicated entrance instructions very clearly and was very prompt in communication. The backyard and jacuzzi were a bonus. We used Uber a lot because we had my elderly parents with us. Very quick Uber ride to downtown and 17 minutes to airport. Kroger grocery store is a short walk away. It was the perfect place to stay!

We stayed here Labor Day weekend!!! Although the local market has everything you need, this host has everything!! When coming from far and a day of travel nothing like just needing to get drinks and snacks for after your nights out!! Also tried recommendations for local spots and allll were fantastic!! Was only $7 dollars with lyft to get to the fun!! Will definitely book again!! Thank you Rick!!

The house was clean and cozy in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to getting in to downtown, and plenty of local restaurants and places to go to nearby on the outskirts

Just as advertised. Lovely home and very quite, other than construction nearby but nothing you can’t ignore. Close enough to Broadway. Would stay again.
