Best host ever!

Paige was the best host ever….. always available with answers to any of our questions. Rainbow Beach Club is the BEST place to stay on SXM. It is walking distance to restaurants and shopping and a wonderful French bakery!! Out two grandchildren, ages 2 and 4 1/2 loved swimming in the pools and playing at the private beach. We highly recommend this condo which was superb.

I traveled to St. Martin for the week to enjoy diving and beaches. My husband, daughter, and mother joined me, and we had a fabulous week - we definitely made the most of it. Paige was fantastic in sharing recommendations regarding food and activities. We ate fresh local bakies each morning and alternated between dinners on the beach after a day in the sun and exquisite french dining on a few special nights. Our location was so conveniently located, and a few restaurants were within walking distance. If we are back at St. Martin we will book this place again.

I can't say enough positive things about this place! The location is perfect, right near the airport, it's on the beach, and an amazing balcony with great views of the ocean and pool. Security was always friendly when we would leave and enter. It's close to some tasty restaurants that we frequented a lot, and some are within walking distance. There's also 2 grocery stores to grab items to make in their fullly equipped and stocked kitchen. The layout of the condo is perfect, having 3 children, each child had their own private area. As for laundry, the condo is plenty stocked with soap and dryer sheets. The area is very quite, including the 2 pools we visited. It takes a lot to impress my children, and they were highly impressed. They are plenty of fun beach bars around the area, there is even a map of the owner's favorite spots. Pagie even recommended a great photographer that we used for our beautiful family pictures. I'm looking forward to our next visit there!

Really loved this property and location! The unit was huge and had everything we needed. My littlest loved the bunk beds and the fun lights they installed under the top bunk. It was also nice and quiet due to it being an end unit (also more windows and sunlight). Favorite part was probably the patio in the morning with the view of both the pool and the ocean, with all the palm trees and vegetation. The property is great with 2 pools and the beach is beautiful and has a really cool cave that the kids also loved. Not to mention all the iguanas around the pools :) As for the area, there’s a market across the street which was really convenient and then just down the road from that was Jordan Village which has a lot of restaurants, bakery, bars, and cafes. Only a 2 minute walk. Mullet beach was one of our favorites and is also walkable (probably about 15 mins). Its a beautiful island and would highly recommend renting a car and exploring as much as you can! Paige was really helpful in sharing which beaches that were best for the kids. I’m sure she’d be happy to give you recommendations as well!

This condo was wonderful! Corner condo with a beautiful view of the Cupecoy Beach. Paige, the owner, is very responsive & a joy to work with. The condo was fully & exceptionally stocked with anything you’d need from kitchen utensils down to chairs & cooler for a beach day. Excellent location within walking distance to markets, restaurants, bars/nightclubs, beaches, golf course, AUC campus and walking trails. We would definitely request this property again!

Our entire trip was amazing! The property is beautiful, clean, well maintained and has gorgeous views. The hosts are wonderful and the condo met all of our needs. Perfect for couples or families with kids. We can't wait to go back!

This property perfectly fit our needs, and Paige was above and beyond helpful! Everything in the unit was well labeled. (I especially appreciated the light switch labels) Beach towels provided helped so much, combined with the washer and dryer in the unit we were able to pack light. The kids (12 & 15) loved the pools and staircase to the beach. The many nearby restaurants were easy for Grandparents (80s) to walk to, and with such variety we had something different every night. Jule's bakery had excellent pasteries and coffee. The parking was easy. We never had a problem, if the garage was full there were places in the lot around it. I hope we will be able to come back and stay there again. Truly wonderful in every way!

This place is wonderful. The pictures do not do it justice. The host is great. The neighbors are friendly. The location couldn’t be better. The best part is the sunset view. Gorgeous and expansive on a cliff. There is a path along the cliff that you can stroll and watch the iguanas on the cliff and the beach waves. There is a beach access stairway down to a white rock where there are crabs in small crevices to find. Great and secluded. We loved staying here and plan to continue to return in the future.

Our stay at this property was fantastic! We used the condo as our home base for exploring Sint Maarten / Saint Martin on our first trip to the island. The condo was clean and modern with all the amenities and the view from the living room and balcony was beautiful. You have the pool deck down below, ships going by in the distance and sunsets that make you stop and watch. The condo complex is quiet with 24-hour security guard access, two pools, and a small beach at the bottom of a spiral staircase down the cliff. We had six of us at the property with the four kids being 22, 20, 20, and 18 years old. Kitchen had everything we needed but the most convenient feature was the in-unit washer and dryer. We were able to pack less knowing we could do some laundry during the trip and it was nice for washing the beach towels at night. The area was very safe. Each morning one or two of us walked 5 minutes down the street to Jule’s, a French bakery, to bring back breakfast. There were also two small grocery stores and several restaurants within walking distance. As mentioned, we used the condo as home base for exploring the island including Mullet Beach, Simpson Bay Beach, Maho Beach, ziplining, Philipsburg, day-long catamaran trip, Pinel Island, and Grand Case. All fun, but in hindsight too much to pack into one trip. Our best day was the simplest, walking 10 minutes down the street to Mullet Beach. You can bring chairs from the condo or rent them at the beach and there are a couple of beach bars for drinks and food. The surf was fun for older kids and it was great being close enough to walk back to the condo. On our next trip we would plan to walk down to Mullet Beach or the beach at the condo for multiple days and drive up to Grand Case more than one evening for dinner. We ate at La Villa in Grand Case and the food was incredible, but there were several other places that looked good too. Highly recommend this condo for whatever type of trip you have planned for Sint Maarten. It was great for our grown family but would also be great for families with little kids too.

This was our first VRBO rental experience we had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The owners were wonderful to work with and the property was just as described. We would recommend this property to others wanting to stay in St. Maarten. It is in a great location on the island!

Very nice villa in Sint Maarten with an outstanding view. Six of us stayed for 4 nights before our sailing charter and it worked out very well. Short walk to beach for swimming.

We loved the beautifully furnished condo. The location is superb, the two pools were spacious and newly done, and the beach was gorgeous! There is a beautiful view of the sunset each night and many of the neighbors join together to watch the sunset and have a drink or two! We will definitely be returning to this Cupecoy location and hopefully, this condo!

The place is pristine, beautiful views, nice pools, private beach with a small cave. Even though we went to a different beach on the island every day, we could easily have spent our time only at the condo. One really great thing in this condo’s favor is the orientation of the balcony; it is nicely shaded in the morning until about 11, and then in the afternoon starting around 3:30. Some of the other condos in the building next door have blasting sun all afternoon, making the balcony less useful. There are some great restaurants in walking distance like Bar Code and Fat Tony’s, and Jules is a really good bakery for breakfast. It’s a short ride tobSimoson Bay for places like Pineapple Pete or Greenhouse. Even orient beach, the farthest from the condo, is only 35 minutes away. For those who want to stay close, the kitchen is fully stocked with quality stuff, including a Keurig (bring your own K-cups), though they also supply a cage for using grinds. There is also a dishwasher, washer/dryer. The parking garage is about 40’feet from the condo door; no need to climb stairs when bring things to and from the beach, if you. Choose to drive to somewhere farther than the private beach or Mullet bay. The whole experience was great, thanks Paige and Dave!!

We enjoyed 15 days in SXM. I’m hoping everyone who believes in Saint Maarten would visit now well the people there are most in need. If you’re looking for a place to stay, this condominium is beautiful, well positioned geographically, and extremely convenient (easy access, garage parking, and perfectly equipped). We’d stay at 26S again without hesitation!

Amazing view, clean, close to beaches, restaurants, as well as grocery stores. Highly recommend!
