Staff took my suitcase upstairs, nothing much else to like, maybe nice to not be sleeping on streets I guess.

Room was extremely basic for the price, bed was falling apart, there was no kettle for making hot drinks. Room was in need of renovations. AC was very noisy. Tv didn't work, was told there was no signal?? And asked for 2 coffees and had the nerve to charge for them despite no tv working! This hotel should not be advertised on booking.com, the standard is not even close to acceptable.

The staffs are amazing from the moment we arrived, very welcoming and assist us with whatever we need.

Cockroaches everywhere - weirdest staff I ever met (I really wonder if they were part of the staff or part of the local mafia, maybe both). We left the hotel, we did not sleep there even the rooms were paid.
