Close too Terminal one.. Take a walk around the streets in the evening the people are so friendly and welcoming.more than I can say for the young guy that checked me in..

Staff took my suitcase upstairs, nothing much else to like, maybe nice to not be sleeping on streets I guess.
Room was extremely basic for the price, bed was falling apart, there was no kettle for making hot drinks. Room was in need of renovations. AC was very noisy. Tv didn't work, was told there was no signal?? And asked for 2 coffees and had the nerve to charge for them despite no tv working! This hotel should not be advertised on booking.com, the standard is not even close to acceptable.

The staffs are amazing from the moment we arrived, very welcoming and assist us with whatever we need.

Cockroaches everywhere - weirdest staff I ever met (I really wonder if they were part of the staff or part of the local mafia, maybe both). We left the hotel, we did not sleep there even the rooms were paid.

How close it was to the airport. The staff were nice.
No eftpos machine so have to pay cash only. No soap to have a shower, no elevator had to cart luggage up the small staircases, no blanket on the bed, only a sheet.

The picture of the room left a lot to be desired. The bed was too soft and there wasn't a view.

Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Check in open late.
Really hard to find at night as there’s no sign outside. No change available when we paid so had to trust they would refund us later. Lots of midges in the bathroom and room smelled very bad when we arrived. Lots of noise from very early in the morning. Lots of narrow stairs and no lift which is difficult with big bags.

Horrible staff as the reception was covered by literal children. No proper bills or documents and refuse to provide change and kept the remainder and asked us to collect the change at check out but they refuse to give the change in full.

They asked me for money to pay my stay, but I’m the booking I select the option to pay by card when the booking was confirmed.
Staff not so “warm” and there are no facilities, like toilet paper, shower gel, soap.
