The location is good. It is closed to control area . The faculty such as toilet is not drain properly, shower water overflows and the lavatory water was always clog up drain dow very slowly.

The room is quiet small. It is not similar as it was shown in the booking website. Accessibly is very narrow.

Staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Fairly good location. Cheap.

We booked a "Superior Double Room". We were given an internal room - no outside window. It wasn't on the listing. We had a window that looked into the corridor. That meant not only could we not open the curtains, but we could hear EVERYTHING. Every person who walked past and the noise they made. Also, the drains were lots, we could hear any time someone flushed their toilet or took a shower. The bathroom was a wet room. They didn't provide a squeegee so the floor stayed wet. It was not superior at all.

The hotel is good located. The personal was friendly.

They gave us a room on the 1st floor. We found the room not really clean. Bathroom was fine, but we found hair on the pellow and the top part of the friedge was dirty. We found ants on the bed and in the sink of the bathroom. We didn't feel comfortable in this hotel. Actually when we booked the hotel, we wrongly booked it; we had another one in mind.

Staff dont understand english,the door lock was damage i was locked outside,i have to go down to report it and when i go donw the staff was sleeping..He give me keys because the card wasnt working..When i go for check out the reception doesnt speak english and I waited for morethan 30min to get my change as they dont have even cash for the change..

I am a businessman with a very tired busy schedule. Umi gave me a “home” feeling, mean cosy and someone to talk to and wait for me at home and take care of me. Highly recommend 😎

Rebooked again for their friendly staff, clean room and great location. Definitely coming back if im in this city again

The room was nice and clean. A nice big tv to enjoy watching your favorite Netflix episodes and movies. The bathroom was nice and big and proper toilet amenities were provided. The location was great and right in the heart of District 1. A lot of nice coffee shops and eating joints around the hotel. Not to mention, The bed was comfortable and the decoration of the room was nice. A nice storage drawer to hang your shirts and a laundry basket was provided. The reception guy was friendly when I checked in, but he became a bit weird when I checked out. There's a mini bar inside the room and a nice workspace. This hotel has a nice lobby. Indian solo traveler here in Vietnam.

The mini bar fridge was not working which was a big disappointment. The room next to mine was very noisy with a few Vietnamese girls screaming around most of the time and becoming a bit wild. A lot of door banging and a few of those women running up and down the stairs violently. Shower gel was not provided, but shampoo and hand wash were there. During checkout, the reception guy was a bit weird but was super friendly when I checked in. The walls in my room had inbuilt connecting pipes to other toilets in this hotel. So, I could hear other people flush loudly inside my room which was very awkward!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, staff was friendly and great location
