Convenient to where my workplace location

Parking space is limited and they close the gate during the night. Not possible to get inside the street during that hour.

Budget hotel. A mixed bag real. Some good things but plenty of bad too. Honestly, disappointed as not that cheap compared to other hotels in South East Asian countries and there standards in Vietnam and Thailand are so much higher often for cheap prices than these. The good ok. One staff girl was super helpful and friendly. Having a coat hook and TV in room with towel was nice for the price plus was very quiet at night so a big plus. Breakfast included is a plus too. Location is very good, near enough to the more upmarket Makati centre city 20 mins walk so on the superb edge within the 5 mins of the Japanese quarter a little Tokyo if u will.

Plenty here too I'm afraid. Super rude staff member at check-in. Who spend 10 mins telling me I had no booking without even checking properly, when 1st arrived after an enormous 35hour journey. Super unappreciated, the bad attitude and laziness and unprofessional behaviour. Room is tiny. Insect ridden and cockroaches around. A/c is such an old unit that its cooler doesn't work anymore so effectively just a small fan. Room temperature was always the same as outside air temperature. Tea set in room was a plus but the water jug with lid absolutely stunk of bacterial and mud. Disgusting. The breakfast for basic but ok. Warm food options but very limited and small portions with is fine and to be expected at this price. Shared bathroom not really clean. But warm water, older shower head. Did the job. This place has potential shame it's let down in areas.

Fit to my overnight stay needs. There's a table and chair, pitcher and glass, electric kettle and mug, which I needed for my overnight stay. Comfort room is clean. Water dispenser is accessible as well.

Staffs are very nice and accommodating

location, the gate in the area closes at 10PM-4AM so if you bring your own car you cant get inside the area at that period.

Style. And budget friendly for solo traveler.

Staffs are very nice. Location is very near to the corporate jungle. I love that it has breakfast! rooms are clean and they change sheets too.
