This nice, comfortable home in the Lynnwood area worked perfectly for our trip to the Seattle area to visit family and friends. The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard borders a greenbelt with nice privacy, and the home is conveniently located to stores for food/supplies. The host was very responsive and communicative.

I came with my family and 1 year old baby. We loved that it was close to everything we needed. The large bedroom had a crib, which was very useful for us and one of the top reasons we chose this location. The house is very clean and had all amenities we needed. There was shampoo, conditioner, and soap. That helped not having to pack some or purchase any. The living room could use another sofa or larger couch. We were a bit squished all trying to fit and had to sit at the dining table. There is only one tv in the house which is in the living room. It would be nice to have tvs in the bedrooms to watch at night. Host is great at communicating and very easy to check in and out. Overall, it is a great location and great house for a small family. We will definitely be returning in the future.

A perfect location close to the mall, groceries and restaurants! Clean and well equipped with many of the same amenities of home! A cozy fireplace! Quiet neighbors! Who could ask for anything more! Rose was a wonderful hostess during our 4 weeks in Lynnwood. Within a few days of staying here, the house felt like home. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, and felt very safe. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay at Fei’s home. It is a wonderful location for families with young kids. We travelled with a 2 month old, 2 year old and 6 year old and stayed here for a month. While we found it hard to walk from the house to anywhere because there are no sidewalks and our crew takes up a lot of space, a short drive (2-5 minutes) will get you to a number of playgrounds and hikes. We also enjoyed the. Edmonds beaches just 15 minutes away almost daily. And the home is clean and a great layout (large master and two smaller rooms upstairs). If you need a crib, there is one but it’s right by the master bed so it was hard for us to take advantage of it and ended up having our kid sleep in the giant oversized master closet since it was dark and quiet. If you’re travelling during summer months, keep in mind there is no ac. We ended up here during the record heatwave and had to leave for a few nights as it was unbearable. Overall, we had a great experience and loved the home and especially the backyard and garden!!

Was a great place for our family get together. It was clean and well stocked. Easy access to I-5 and 405 and close to grocery stores.

The location of the property was central to many hot spots of the northwest without being in the Seattle area. Close to the lovely town of Edmonds, the ferry system to Puget Sound and easy access to the highways, (a straight shot to Seattle, Bellevue and Everett). The neighborhood was nice and close to everything, Starbucks, fast food, groceries and sundries. The house was clean and well stocked with the basics. The gas fireplace in the family room made it cozy and welcoming. Our group all said the beds were comfortable. The backyard looked amazing with nice outdoor living spaces, unfortunately for us, the northwest was the northwest and it was raining most of the time of our stay. Be prepared for a smart TV. I brought my Roku and that worked for us. I should point out that the bedrooms and full baths are upstairs so if you have trouble on stairs it would make it a little difficult.

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious, comfortable and clean property. The neighbourhood is also quiet and pleasant. A great option if you are looking to stay in the Lynnwood area.

Large, clean, welcoming home.

Immaculate property in a very comfortable home. We enjoyed it immensely. Updated conveniences with everything explained. Rose was very helpful.

House is well maintained and clean. Ample room for 6 people. Very quiet. Only thing I would remember when traveling is if you want to watch TV remember all your sign in's for streaming TV. No cable. May pose a problem for the older generation :) other than that no complaints. Would need a car to get around or UBER as not close to public transportation. Overall we did enjoy our trip.

A very comfortable home

Fei's Alderwood Retreat truly felt like a home away from home. Nice and quiet neighborhood and centrally located. I was working in Everett and the drive wasn't bad at all and also not too far from Seattle. Without a doubt if I ever have to work in the area again, I'd most definitely look to stay here again. Never met Fei but was kind and super fast to respond to any questions I had via text. If you're "thinking" about booking this wonderful place (don't think) just book it, you won't regret it.

The Alderwood Retreat is a spacious, clean, and well appointed house. Rose, the owner, is professional, prompt, and reasonably flexible. We highly recommend the retreat.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this Alderwood house! The place was spotless and Rose was an amazing hostess. She was communicative from the time I booked and was quick to answer any questions I had throughout my stay. The house is cozy and stylish, making it the perfect home away from home. Highly recommend!
