Emplacement excellent un peu bruyant car toutes les chambres sont au Rez de chaussée et il y a une TV tard dans le hall. Mais vous pouvez demander du calme au personnel qui est sympathique surtout la dame. Bonne visite de Batumi ancien

Perfect location right in the old town, many bars and restaurants around, 12 min from the beach. The staff are always available and very helpful. The place was clean and there were even shampoo/hair conditioner samples, as well as a hair dryer.
The only thing was that there was no sheet/dedicated blanket on the bed so we had to use the bed covering for sleeping.

Very comfortable room, Very friendly staff, the lady at the front desk noticed that I was drying my laundry on a clothesline and hung it up where they hang the sheets. Right in the center with 24h reception.

Staff are vey kind and hospitable. Room was clean and free wifi was available. The most important advantage of Iveria is it best location. You don't need to take a taxi for seeing 80% of attractions. The rooms are exactly the same as you see in the photos.

The hotel is very economical as well as a very convenient location. It has a very good position. There were two women in reception who were both kind.

it was convenient. it was close to the beach .
there was markets restaurants shops. AC was
working good, fridge too. clean towels, great stuff
they were helping me with everything.
I asked them to change the sheets they told me
that they would do it even though they’re changing
shits every second day but they did not (there was
stains that’s how I know that they didn’t change it).
before last day they didn’t clean the room and I was
surprised because I was expecting for them just
to make a bad and change the towels (like they
were doing it every day).
