No proper reception

Love that it was close to the beach and just off the main road

Didn't like that I couldn't get a grab to the airport and the restaurant wasn't open but the staff was very nice. They called a cab which came right away.

Too many creatures. Not worth the Price.

The resort is located in a quiet part of Lamai Beach thus hardly disturbance from noise and tourism activities. Resort and rooms are cleaned daily and staff is helpful and efficient

It would have been helpful to have a safe in the room and some cusions and moskito coils on the verandah to make the stay more cozy. The pool could have cleaned a bit more regularly

In my opinion, service is measured when there are problems, I was given a room with a weak air conditioner, when I contacted the reception, the lady at the reception immediately came to check the problem with me and offered an alternative room, when I explained that I was ready to stay in the room but I asked for the automatic power off to be canceled, she agreed even after about an hour ( She informed me in advance) a technician came to fix the problem, I should note that everything was done with a smile on his face and in a pleasant atmosphere while giving me the feeling that everything I ask will be done for the best. There is no restaurant on the premises and when I asked where I should order a pizza, the lady at the reception entered the website of a pizzeria from her cell phone, gave me a choice while helping with the translation and even called me from the room when the courier arrived. Amazing service on every scale. The room is large with a balcony overlooking the garden, clean and tidy. I saw the process of cleaning the next room and they changed the sheets and towels, a very clean and pleasant place.

Opening a restaurant

perfect location, super polite and friendly staff, room has a perfect size with AC and a mini fridge, bathroom is quite spacious and has everything needed and is clean, nice beach with a pool and lounge stools.

the bed mattress needs changing, really hard and you feel the spirals… they really heart your bones and you don’t wake up feeling rested! I’d suggest they empty the pool and clean the tiles for once. it’s a nice pool: great size, and beautiful location and the water didn’t seem dirty but the tiles do need a good scrub!

it’s a slightly tired feeling but that really didn’t disappoint whatsoever. it’s a small resort with terrific bungalows in a quiet peaceful part on the outskirts of Lamai.

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

The beach access was fantastic, even though the property is a little out of the main "action" this works to it's favour as far as the beach goes, since sometimes it feels like your own private beach and it's very relaxing and much nicer than the main Lamai beach which feels a little dirty.

Location is a little out of the way, a motorbike is a must. The first room I was given had a bit if a strange smell and the owner isn't always so friendly. They need a bar near the swimming pool / beach.

The Manita Resort is located between lamai and chewang , it’s very close to the Silver Beach beach which in my opinion was the prettiest. If you rent a scooter , they provide it to you , you can reach every spot easily .The resort is very well kept by nice girls who clean the rooms and clean the garden every morning and is located near a very quiet beach , it also has a swimming pool, it is the ideal place to rest and recharge your batteries.
