I have been in many holiday apartments and studios but never one as outstanding as this. It must be the apartment with the most complete inventory in Spain. The location is superb, cross the street to the beach, walk 2 minutes tot Alicante center, sit in the sun on the balcony, 2 bathrooms and very comfortable beds, everything you seek on your holiday you will find here. Your gentleman-host Miguel can answer your every question and keeps in contact by whatsapp, he is one more reason to choose for this apartment

Location was perfect. Beach a cross the road. Plenty of lovely restaurants with in walking distance. Miguel was an amazing host, with lots of suggestions of where to eat and places to visit. As it was cold on our visit he provided extra heaters for the bedrooms. He organised for us to be picked up and dropped of at the airport. We were a group of four the apartment was large with everything you needed for a perfect break.

Great location - very central. Big apartment, with plenty of space for everyone. Fantastic views of the beach and castle. Lots of handy extras like toiletries in both bathrooms and the kitchen was stocked with salt, pepper, oils etc. Miguel was a charming host, who made us feel very welcome and explained everything about the apartment and things to do in Alicante. Especially appreciated the drinks on arrival.

Road noise at the front of the apartment (but we were prepared to overlook that, because of the central location - plus this was a city break for us, rather than a relaxing beach holiday).

The apartment is located opposite Postiguet beach, and about a two minute walk from the C6 airport bus stop. The views of the sea, beach and marina from the balcony are amazing. It is just a short walk to the lift up to the castle. Miguel, the host, was very welcoming and helpful.

Only the living room and two of the bedrooms have air conditioning/heating. The other two bedrooms were unheated' and extremely cold during our stay in January. We bought hot water bottles for the occupants of those rooms to keep them warm. Unfortunately the lift broke down for the last day of our stay. This did have an impact on some of our party who were 80 and 82 years of age, as there were a lot of stairs up to the 4th floor. Miguel was extremely apologetic, and did help us to take our luggage down the stairs on the day of departure.

The apartment was werry nice the locasion was perfect,the beach was right in front of it and everything we needet for the beach was in the apartment. The beds were super conforteble and the host is very helpful and welcoming.
