Property was as advertised. Clean and great view. We even watched 2 rockets launch.

A great relaxing vacation with the family. Beautiful ocean views, pool and amenities were spot on. The boogie boards and golf putters were used daily. Kids had a ball as we all did. We hate to leave but hope to return one day. Thank you for this memory

We stayed at the Canaveral Towers and we had a great time! Beautiful view of the beach! The condo was large, comfortable, and very clean. Highly recommend you stay here if visiting Cocoa Beach. Perfect spot to see NASA rocket launches!

We loved this place. But I must agree with previous reviewers the mattress on every bed needs to changed out. My husband layed down on one king and his butt almost sunk to the floor. If you have a bad back like myself these beds are not for you. The views were great incredible of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall it is a great place to stay only one draw back the very worn mattress.

Our family loved this condo - it is just as good as it looks in the photos! Super clean and nice updates in kitchen and bathrooms. The beach is literally steps away and is nice and quiet. The pool is great and the shuffleboard was a big hit too. Love this location and condo - highly recommend!

Property was nice right on the beach. Property Mangers were great ! Only down side was no door in the bathroom in Masterbedroom for obvious reasons. Walk in tub in other bathroom got used to using but worked fine. Everything else was great:

Property highlighted *new*. Maybe referred to listing rather than condition. All photos were accurate. Condition of contents was fair at best. Worn mattresses and linen. Some kitchen cabinets velcroed in place. Bathroom showers were barely functional. Rehab of some years ago doesn't appear professional. Positive side- great location, wonderful views. One large and one smaller balcony on end unit directly viewing the ocean.

I was very impressed with the communication from booking through our stay. Kelsy was quick to respond, super friendly, and helpful. The location was perfect for a laid back family beach/pool vacation. Would book again!

The condo was beautiful. We loved the private balcony off the master bedroom. Had an issue with the air conditioning for one day. The owner had it repaired the next morning, offered another unit for the night and issued a generous discount for the inconvenience. Only con was the bathrooms are not great for bathing young children. Would absolutely stay again.

My family and I decided to visit Cape Canaveral because my son wanted to see the launch of SpaceX. The location was perfect for viewing. The property was perfect for our family. The only downside was the spare bathroom. I did notice when I made the reservation that it was a walk-in tub/shower, but I didn’t realize exactly how small it was until we arrived. It wouldn’t have been so bad if the shower curtain wasn’t constantly clinging onto me. I couldn’t stand taking a shower there, so I ended up using the shower in the master bedroom/bathroom. When speaking to an employee who worked at the property they mentioned that this unit was going to be updated this summer. Keep your fingers crossed that they take out that handicap tub. The master shower is large and they had a shower chair in the master closet for use if needed. Other than that one complaint our stay at this property was perfect.

This condo has stunning views from sunrise to sunset. Seeing the cruise ships in the distance daily was truly beautiful. The kitchen was stocked and the beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella were a nice touch.

Dishwasher will not shut off.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. We all enjoyed the pool and the 2 minute walk to the beach. Everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was clean and looked updated. We loved the fact that you had to have a key to access any of the amenities. We felt very safe. We will definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time at Canaveral Towers. Beautiful condo & beach. Great restaurants nearby. We rented a pontoon boat one day & cruised the Banana River. Everything was perfect.

Ocean views from 2 bedrooms and from the living room. Ocean views while working in kitchen! Beautiful condo. Kitchen had everything I needed for Thanksgiving dinner- roasted a turkey. Master bedroom with large closet with hangers and large bathroom. Guest bathroom ADA complaint tub is a little small for adults- but workable. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms also with large closets and hangers. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach is right outside. I liked the key for elevator/stairs/pool- a great safety feature. You can walk either to the pier or to Jetty park in 30 minutes on the beach. This section of beach was not overly crowded and plenty of shells. Beautiful condo!

It was a nice place inside. The key to have to unlock elevators and gates were a bit much . Others it was a great stay.

Right on the ocean with all amenities and close to shopping and restaurants. We return twice every year.

We had a lovely spring break vacation enjoying the beach and the sights at this beachfront paradise. The condo is immaculate with ample space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The shuffleboard equipment, boogie boards, and TVs in every room were a plus for the kids; and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, especially a washer and dryer! The owner/manager was very attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Beds were extremely comfortable and common areas acceptable. Kitchen worked but very tight and lacking in good equipment for serious cooking. Common bath with handicap shower suitable only for small people.

This property is a beautiful condo right on the beach. It is absolutely lovely, clean as a whistle with all the amenities. The location is perfect, good restaurants and shopping abound. The key access process needs some work but the Property Manager is right on the ball and takes care of any issues or concerns.

We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed the views from two of the three bedrooms and living room. We saw dolphins from our deck almost daily swimming in the ocean. We even saw a shark! (kids loved it) From the beach you can see Cocoa Beach Pier and from the front door you can see ships leaving the pier at Cape Canaveral Port. The condo building has excellent exterior maintenance. Workers were constantly spraying off walk ways and removing trash. The pool was maintained well as well. You must have a key to access pool, elevator and beach area. Overall security was nice. The condo itself, has had a lot of furniture and wall decor updates, but overall could have been cleaner in the bathrooms and main flooring areas. The counter tops appear to have been updated as well. I know that the owners aren't the ones doing the cleaning, so I'm not trying to be harsh, they obviously are hiring a service. We had one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and had to purchase our own for our 10 day stay. The home was equipped with pots, pans, towels, silverware. We did pull several dirty dishes out of the cabinets...again a reflection of the cleaning staff and not owners. Dean was quick to respond to inquiries prior to our stay and we are very pleased with his communications. We love the area and were located in an ideal location to have quick access to our favorite spots. We frequent the area and would give Canaveral Towers a try again, especially for that million dollar view.

This place was equipped with everything we needed!! Beautiful ocean view from three sets of sliding glass doors. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, we had 7 with us. Dean was accommodating and answered all our questions quickly. We would definitely stay in one of his places again!

We loved our stay here! We have 4 children and the condo was large enough for us all to spread out. Everything we needed was there - hair dryer, kitchen supplies, towels, beach toys, boogie boards, and beach umbrella and chairs. You need a key to access the pool and the elevator which made us feel quite secure. We were impressed with how clean the condo was and how comfortable the beds were! We will definitely stay here again!!
