Wonderful! Great view, well-appointed, excellent location and good communication with host. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

This condo we stayed in at Palmetto’s was a cozy place to stay there was two bedrooms two bathrooms a small kitchen with stove and large fridge. Just what a couple or a small family needs the beds where comfortable!! One of the bedrooms has a set of doors that walk out to the deck from the living room you also can reach the deck. Off the deck you have some of the prettiest sunsets over looking the marshes!! It’s only a short drive to Folley Beach,James Island and Charleston. Tim and Jennifer are great hosts they’ll help you with any questions you have or things you need!! The only downside of the place is that there is 5 flights of stairs to deal with each time you leave if that isn’t going to be a problem would definitely recommend this place!!

We were in Charleston to visit Patriots Point and the historic areas of the city. Decided to stay on Folly Beach due to proximity to the restaurants and a little less people. Well to say the least we loved the location and access to all the wonderful restaurants on Folly Beach. Great vibes and the weather was perfect. It is a top floor unit but the views in the evenings from the porch were amazing!

Nice property, great hostess. This is located just minutes from Folly Beach which is a nice little beach town with everything you need. This location will require transportation which is good to have for visiting Charleston anyway. Would recommend.

4 of us stayed here for the Bridge Run. This condo was really great. 2 spacious bedrooms and baths. A note - you climb 4 flights of stairs to get to it, but the view from the deck is totally worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was just what we needed, two bedroom two bath near the beach. It’s on the third floor so they do have some steps to climb, but the view is very nice of the back deck. This location is close to grocery stores and restaurants, but not right downtown Folly Where it’s hard to park it’s quiet and the neighborhood is very nice.

I stayed at the condo for a few days with an adult child on our way to a conference in Charleston. We had 3 perfect days of quiet and relaxation. The neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed exploring Folly Beach.

Great place to stay. The condo was clean and in a great location. The property does not have an elevator, so if you have mobility issues, this may not be the property for you.

We stayed at the condo over New Year’s and it was the perfect relaxing getaway. The restaurant across the street from the condo building is absolutely fantastic, it is not your typical beach shack! Folly Beach is just a mile down the road and provides great entertainment options, and a really fun New Year’s Eve if you’re in the area. We also appreciated the tips from the host about where to find groceries and excellent Chinese takeout. The views from the condo are amazing, thanks to being on the top floor, and parking and logistics are a breeze. We also really appreciated that the condo came stocked with some basic supplies so we were able to get laundry done right away and cook a few meals over the week. Would definitely stay again, and really appreciated the high level of customer service from the hosts.

A huge thank you to Jennifer and Tim for being flexible and helpful and added an extra night as I arrived earlier. Their place was perfect, clean and close to the beach, restaurants and more. I higly recommend!

This property was perfect! Great location-close to the beach, the marsh, shopping and dining. Very cozy and clean, equipped with basic needs. Amazing view from the balcony. The stairs are tough if you've been out exploring all day. But we would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for 3 nights for a wedding and this location was great. 2 mins from Folly Beach and about 20-30 mins from downtown, the airport, and the wedding venue we attended. The cottage could definitely use a fresh coat of paint, but overall it fit what we needed. The hosts were responsive.

The condo was easy to find and clean when we arrived. The view was pretty and I liked the stairs for exercise, also morning walks around the neighborhood were dreamy!! Very close to some yummy restaurants and the beach as well.

Clean, large patio, great views AM and PM. No issues. Great location if you want to be away from the city but close to the beach and the hustle and bustle~8 miles, easy drive to downtown. A little hard turning left off of road going towards beach due to traffic.

We enjoyed our stay here. Great communicatuon from owners as well. We will stay here again.

We arrive one hour early to survey the area and found amenities within the local area, as prescribed by the owner. Love the peacefulness of the area and we really enjoyed the proximity to Folly Beach. We look forward to our next stay at this location.

We had a very nice stay in Folly Beach. This condo is in a quiet and serene area. Comfortable beds, nicely updated bathrooms and we had everything we needed for our stay. Close to Folly beach and about 20 minutes from downtown Charleston. Jennifer was great at responding to all of our needs immediately. We really appreciated that.

It was a wonderfully furnished & clean condo! The only problem we had was the keypad didn't work as it hadn't been activated yet. But, a quick call remedied that error. Anyone in their "senior" years needs to take heed of the statement in description of 45 stairs (5 flights) to climb in order to get to it. We did not. However, the condo was so delightful it overshadowed this minor downfall. I'd certainly book again!!

Beautiful views of the intercoastal waterway. Local restaurants within a mile. Peaceful, quiet, dog friendly. The condo is very relaxing. I will definitely stay again.

Although quick, our trip was great! Your condo had everything we needed and was such a good, convenient location to the beach and downtown. Loved it!

We enjoyed our visit here. Everything about the booking and access was great. Unit itself is clean. Had what we needed for a short trip to the area. Access to beach area was super easy and quick jump over to downtown Charleston, as well. One unfortunate note about the property which we don’t feel the owner can necessarily control is the location of hvac unit. The hvac unit for this particular unit is on the porch outside the secondary bedroom. It cycles on loudly.

Location is great! Took 5 minutes to get to the beach, and 15-20 to get downtown. An Uber to downtown was only $25. Apartment is clean. Nice patio to hangout on. Host is very responsive! Would stay here again.

The condo was absolutely perfect! The view from the balcony was beautiful. The condo had everything we needed and more. The owner was very responsive and quick to answer questions. They were also able to accommodate an unexpected and last minute request which was so nice of them! We really couldn’t have asked for a better first VRBO experience!

I really enjoyed my time at this location! It gets you out of the traffic that’s headed into folly beach and was 4 minutes from lost dog cafe which is the best breakfast I’ve had in awhile! Definitely will stay here again!

This is the perfect spot between folly beach and downtown Charleston! Very clean and easy check in/check out process!

The condo had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed welcoming the mornings on the deck.

Tim was great...very friendly, quick to respond and help us when needed. The steps were a challenge for us 70 somethings, but we were informed about them before we rented, so they kept us in shape! All and all, we would definitely rent there again.

We had the absolute best time staying at this property. It’s in such a quiet neighborhood and only a short distance from downtown Charleston and a two minute drive to all the best beach restaurants and beach.
