Простора квартира, дуже комфортна, затишна, є багато світла від великих вікон. Зручні кімнати з ліжками, багато подушок. Гарний вигляд на озеро, тц та будинки. Зручна вбиральня, привітні консьєржі. Чиста.

Якщо не має світла, то одразу відпадає ліфт, електро плита та і всі побутові прилади. Але це залежить звісно не від господарів квартири. В перший день відвалився карниз в одній кімнаті, через те що відкрили вікна, просто відклали його в сторону і забули про нього. Через вимкнення світла залишилась білизна у пральній машині, яку ми знайшли лише на другий день.

some areas, especially bathroom, require thorough cleaning. Shower has a crack in the base , so water leakage from underneath the shower cabin was present. also shower door doesn’t shut properly. it’s inconvenient to mop the floor after taking shower. one of the lounge windows do not have a curtain. seems like curtain had been broken a while ago and haven’t been fixed. and one last thing - a bed in a small bedroom in poor condition(squeaky and very flimsy )

We rented it because we had a refurbishment in our apartment nearby and had to stay somewhere for a week so that it could be finished faster, so my review is based on that we had to stay there almost 24*7 because of quarantine - work there, spend time with kids and so on. This apartment has an awesome view at the town, and located in the best area of Obolon district - right at the beginning of the park Natalka. It has a modern layout - main studio room with kitchen which has basic equipment for cooking and two bedrooms. It felt comfy to stay there, the host is nice and responsive.

Half of the power sockets and switchers weren't working. The washbasin stands unstable, so you can not lean on it. For a couple of days there was a smell in the bathroom. Also, the power sockets and lighting were absent at the work table which was a surprise. One more funny thing - the door on the fridge could not be opened in full because of the windowsill and thus it makes impossible using the box inside the fridge.

Nice big and comfortable flat, very clean, everything near the flat, nice owner, ideal for families.

It was an amazing apartment, with breathtaking view, very lovely and calm area at the same time very family friendly environment. I would definitely recommend it for families with young children.
