We had an amazing trip. The house was very pristine and well kept. The owner was very prompt in adjusting the temperature of the house for us upon request. The house fit our family of 9 Adults comfortably. Would stay here again!

Great Property, Just a couple minutes to Casinos by car. Pool and Hot Tub were Great.

House was roomy for a family of 9, with pool table, ping pong table and pool /spa there was plenty of things to keep people entertained. At night the house has a great view of the strip lit up. House was clean and we had no issues. Will plan a return trip to this property.

My experience was great. I was really impressed with the view.

The property was great for the most part. The location is great! The photo's were a bit deceiving. The rooms were smaller then expected, the water is not potable. ( No mention of this until arrival.) The pool looks way bigger online. The bathrooms were not filthy but not very clean. All in all it was okay at best. Could be improved quite a bit. Compare this to a 2-3 star hotel.

We stayed in Bullhead for a wrestling tournament and loved the house. It was perfect for the size of my family and it had some fun amenities like a Pool and Ping Pong table. There is a TV in every room and the place was clean and presentable. There is also a swimming pool and a hot tub. Great place for a family to stay.

The morning and evening views at this property make you want to be there from sun up to sun down! With a pool, spa, ping pong and pool table there was plenty to do! The casinos are a hop away. It’s more than spacious for everyone. Plenty of seating for eating and hanging out both inside or outside. The property management and owner of the property were quickly available for questions both before we arrived and while at the property. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

We loved the house. The pool and jacuzzi were just amazing! The home is on a hill so the view to Laughlin,NV casinos was incredible, especially at night! Very close to Colorado River! The family had an awesome time! We are ready to come back next year for our birthdays! And Barbara, the guest contact ( owner of the home) was such an amazing person. Very friendly and she made sure we had everything we needed. The house has everything you need for a vacation. We didn’t want to come back home! I recommend this home for family of 10 or less!

Location was minutes from where we wanted to be (river/casinos). The house was cozy and inviting. Both kids and adults enjoyed the stay. Would definitely recommend and would even return. Thanks for the memories!

This property has everything need to rest and relax! Beautiful views all around while grilling and eating. Conveniently located close to grocery store, gas station, casinos, river, and Lake!

We had an amazing weekend. The house was actually a little more than we expected. Nicely furnished, Master bedroom was very nice. Second bedroom with the Queen had a little half bathroom which made it nice. Pool And jacuzzi were perfect. It was really nice coming back after a kind day at the river or lake, to Bbq while the kids played in the pool. It is a very comfortable house, with views of the Casinos and the river. Our host Barbara was very helpful and returned calls right away. We will definitely be coming back.

The house has a great view of the river and the casinos! The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The pool table was fun for the family along with the big tv in the living room. Plenty of outside seating near the pool. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this property last weekend and had a great time. The house was wonderful and had everything we could ask for. The views in the morning and evening were incredible over looking Laughlin. Barbara was very accommodating and a very easy to get a hold of. If we go back we will definitely be staying here again.

We came with our family for Easter weekend and really enjoyed the home. The views of the mountains and casinos are lovely. The pool and jacuzzi were a hit. Enough bedrooms and the whole family and comfortable. Pool table was fun as well! Overall 5 star experience, would definitely stay again in the future!!

This property was the perfect getaway. I enjoyed every moment living there. The view of the city, especially at night over looking the glamorous city of Bull/head, Laughlin, the Airport, and city lights of all the Casinos. The Casinos was only 5 minutes away, and the uber ride was very cheap. The owners was very helpful throughout our stay, and the property is a vacation dream. All the amenities was great, the home was very clean and carefully decorated, and beds was super comfortable, really a little more than what we expected, but all our expectations was met. The jacuzzi was refreshing, and just chillin outside BBQing on the front porch area was relaxing. Our family enjoyed all the spaces that this property offers. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall our stay was very pleasant especially since we didn’t have to stay in a smoke-filled casino hotel. It was comfortable and quiet. The pool area and pool table provided added activities for our group. I would have given five stars but for a few things: the towels need to be retired; they’re a bit sad, and the chemical “air fresheners” throughout the house... As much as people think that air fresheners clean the air, they don’t, they just cover up odors while adding their own. They add harmful, dangerous chemicals to the air while there are more natural, healthful methods such as therapeutic essential oils and/or baking soda. We had to open windows and air out the house as the chemical order was overpowering. Not good. Since there is a soft water system it would have been nice to know ahead of time that we needed to bring our own drinking and cooking water. I understand the need. Hard water interferes with cleaning products and leaves residue. Perhaps you could bypass the cold water only in the kitchen to satisfy both the need to cook and drink without added salt while providing soft water for the rest of the house. I have to admit that casinos aren’t my thing so being able to satisfy six adults and enjoy family time in a relaxed environment outside the casino hotels was very enjoyable.

This is a lovely home with great views of Laughlin and the surrounding area. Check in was very easy and the home is supplied with everything you would need for your stay. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area.

We booked this house to spend time with family that was coming in from all over the country for a concert. The group had not all been together in a long time. This place was perfect. The large living room area was perfect for us all to gather. Along with the pool table and dining areas. The kitchen was nice. We were able to get a couple of people in there cooking at the same time. We would have loved to take advantage of the pool and beautiful views more, but the wind was howling when we were there. We are hoping to make this an annual trip and would love to stay at this property again.

I and my brothers thoroughly enjoyed the property and the amenities that were included. We are very early risers and it was a wonderful to go out on patio and enjoy our morning coffee. The view anytime of day or night was spectacular. The home was very clean, the furniture very comfortable, and the mattresses were heaven. Can't remember when I last slept that well! We made some use of the hot tub and lots of use of the pool table. We enjoyed being able to grill our steaks on a very nice grill, and we enjoyed all the amenities in the kitchen. We had some questions for the owner, and she was absolutely wonderful to deal with. It was spacious and as I said previously, very comfortable. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat!!

When we drove up the drive we had a feeling it was going to be a great week! The house is just awesome. It's homey and inviting and the spa and pool are outstanding. You're on a hill top so the view is breathtaking as are the sunsets and sunrises (not that I saw to many sun rises). Barbara was as close as a text when we did have questions. I feel as though I know her. She took great care of us and made sure everything was in tip top shape. The bed in the master is sooooo comfortable, we are looking to purchase the same mattress. My husband loved the heat lamp in the master bath. Thank you Barbara for the use of your home, we really enjoyed our week.
