The facilities and staff were exceptional. Our room, including the bathroom, was very nice. Breakfast was outstanding with a wonderful number of inviting choices. If you are traveling by train, the hotel is well located, easily walkable. The exercise room was small but at least there was one. Many people enjoyed the Jacuzzi. We loved our 5 days at the Mystery Hotel.

The hotel was a longish walk from the river and other important parts of the city. The immediate area surrounding the hotel was nondescript.

Świetna lokalizacja, do najważniejszych punktów można było dotrzeć na nogach lub wybrać komunikację miejską, która była tuż pod nosem. Podobał nam się pokój i jego układ. Widać, że meble i wykonanie były na najwyższym poziomie. Na zdjęciach wydawało mi się, że pokój będzie malutki, a wcale taki nie był. Największym zaskoczeniem była łazienka, która mimo swojej wielkości była niezwykle funkcjonalna. Szyba prysznicowa była do sufitu, co sprawiało, że dźwięk był wytłumiony. Pokoje były bardzo czyste.

Woda w butelce była przyniesiona jednorazowo. Fajnie jakby ktoś uzupełniał tę szklaną butelkę. Druga, drobna rzecz to taka, że w toalecie przy futynie brakowało wąskiego kawałka płytki.

Loved the spa area, even if in the photos it looks a bit bigger than it is. There is jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, showers. They have very comfy thick bath robes and regular slippers. The room as really clean and modern.

The only thing is that in their welcome pack, it says they can give you free vitamin water beverages if you ask in reception. They didn't understand what I referred to and so they sent bottled water first and I asked to please send regular tap water.

Dark room. No outside view, only an internal atrium and a brick wall. Although it was very sunny and quite room we were not aloud to sit in the roof garden, closed.
