Excellent location. Good sized rooms. Parking for cars

The property was not fully equipped and some items were broken eg there was an iron but no ironing board, no bottle opener/ corkscrew. Bed linen and towels were clean, but covered in makeup stains.

The house was very clean, comfortable and an amazing space for a friend's weekend away. The location is perfect and everything is within walking distance.

As I said our stay was perfect, if I was to be picky some more instructions around the heating as we could only stick it on max for 2 hours rather than a regulated temperature. Whether that was down to us being idiots or couldn't find more detailed instructions who knows lol

Place wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival but I informed the manager who apologised. Manager I think was called Diane was brilliant very courteous and friendly and helpful

Great location.. Bathroom was lovely

First look it looked clean, it wasn't! Underwear in the washing machine, sauce and crumbs on the table, window sills not clean (tea stains and ice pop wrapper) sweet wrappers in the downstairs bedroom, cutlery wasn't clean (kids asked me to re-wash them) neither was the oven.. Very small pull out bed in the livingroom wasn't comfortable at all we didn't use it as a bed but as a sofa.. We've travelled alot and to be honest this property is a 4* I've stayed in better 3*.. for almost £260 per night! We wouldn't stay again even the kids agreed

I loved the proximity to the amenities in the area. There was parking available and the house was very clean and comfortable.

We had two toddlers in the house and it was over three floors, with the living area on the second floor. This was the only challenge for us.

Brilliant place to stay just disappointed that it said beach front and Seaview but it wasn't
